An electrofilter for smoke purification having a set of mutually parallel positive electrodes, which form a number of mutually parallel ducts through which the smoke to be purified can pass and by a set of negative electrodes, which are suspended midway between the collection plates, the collection plates are designed as circular plates mounted at a uniform mutual distance on a rotating shaft, and the discharge wires are suspended from a common frame on which a vibrator is mounted which can vibrate and thus clean the discharge wires of collected dust. On the frame of the electrofilter between each collection plate, stationary scrapers are mounted which bear against each collection plate and clean them of dust.

The present invention provides a cleaning device (1) for cleaning the air-ionizing part (4) of an electrode (3), said device comprising a cleaning member (5) arranged to be in physical contact with the said air-ionizing part of said electrode, the air-ionizing part of electrode and the cleaning member being arranged to slide relative to each other. The cleaning device further comprises an actuator (6, 8, 9) arranged to activate the relative motion between said air-ionizing part (4) of the electrode (3) and the cleaning member (5). There is also provided an ionization electrode comprising an air-ionizing part and the cleaning device, as well as a ultrafine particle sensor, an air ionizer or an electrostatic air cleaner comprising such an electrode.

For the sake of improving dust removal from an electrostatic precipitator by rapping, the present disclosure proposes an electrostatic precipitator, comprising a flue gas chamber, a collecting electrode, a first rapping arrangement that raps the collecting electrode, a dust hopper, and a second rapping arrangement that raps at least one of the dust hopper and an element located within the dust hopper, wherein the second rapping arrangement is located within an inner chamber defined by the flue gas chamber and the dust hopper. The rapping by means of the second rapping arrangement may comprise rapping at least one of an inner wall of the dust hopper, a structural element located within the dust hopper and connected to at least one inner wall of the dust hopper, a rapping plate located within the dust hopper proximate to an inner wall of the dust hopper, and a baffle located within the dust hopper.

The invention provides an electrostatic precipitator, including: a gas inlet, supplied with gas containing dust that is a magnetic substance; a charging part, charging the dust; a collecting part, capturing the charged dust; a cleaning device, including at least one of a charging part cleaning device and a collecting part cleaning device; a magnet filter, provided downstream of the collecting part; an ozone removing filter, provided downstream of the magnet filter and removing ozone from the gas; and a gas outlet, discharging the gas in which the dust and the ozone are removed. In the magnet filter, multiple magnet plates are arranged at a predetermined interval. A downstream side of each magnet plate provided on an upper side with respect to a center is inclined downward. A downstream side of each magnet plate provided on a lower side with respect to the center is inclined upward.
