A cyclone separator useable in a surface cleaning apparatus comprises a cyclone casing defining a cyclone chamber and having first and second opposed ends and a sidewall extending between the first and second ends. A separated material collection chamber surrounds at least a portion of the cyclone chamber and is communication therewith via a separated material outlet. The separated material collection chamber is spaced at least about 0.5 inches from the cyclone chamber. In addition, the separated material collection chamber is spaced from the bottom of the cyclone by at least about 0.5 inches.

A cyclone separator useable in a surface cleaning apparatus comprises a cyclone casing defining a cyclone chamber and having first and second opposed ends and a sidewall extending between the first and second ends. Dust cup assembly and handheld cleaner having the same
A dust cup assembly (100) and a handheld cleaner (1000) having the same are provided. The dust cup assembly (100) includes: a cup casing (1); a device housing (2) configured as a tube shape and disposed in the cup casing (1), wherein an outer end face of the device housing (2) at an axial side thereof abuts against or extends beyond a partial inner surface of the cup casing (1), and a dust removal chamber (A1) is defined between an inner surface of the cup casing (1) and an outer peripheral surface of the device housing (2) and surrounds the device housing (2) along a circumferential direction of the device housing (2); and a negative pressure device (3) located within the device housing (2) and enabling dusty air to enter the dust removal chamber (A1) for dust and air separation.
Dust cup assembly and handheld cleaner having the same
A dust cup assembly (100) and a handheld cleaner (1000) having the same are provided. The dust cup assembly (100) includes: a cup casing (1); a device housing (2) configured as a tube shape and disposed in the cup casing (1), wherein an outer end face of the device housing (2) at an axial side thereof abuts against or extends beyond a partial inner surface of the cup casing (1), and a dust removal chamber (A1) is defined between an inner surface of the cup casing (1) and an outer peripheral surface of the device housing (2) and surrounds the device housing (2) along a circumferential direction of the device housing (2); and a negative pressure device (3) located within the device housing (2) and enabling dusty air to enter the dust removal chamber (A1) for dust and air separation.

The invention relates to a chip extraction system for the continuous disposal of chips, comprising a chip extracting tube (9), which opens out into a vacuum chamber (2) with a base on which chips (12) that are sucked in collect, a chip discharging tube (17), which has an inlet (16) arranged on the base and an outlet (18) arranged outside the vacuum chamber (2), wherein an inner cross-sectional area of the chip discharging tube (17) increases between the inlet (16) and the outlet (18), and at least one chip forcing device (14, 19), which is arranged at the inlet (16) and forces the chips (12) that have collected on the base into the inlet (16).

The invention relates to a chip extraction system for the continuous disposal of chips, comprising a chip extracting tube (9), which opens out into a vacuum chamber (2) with a base on which chips (12) that are sucked in collect, a chip discharging tube (17), which has an inlet (16) arranged on the base and an outlet (18) arranged outside the vacuum chamber (2), wherein an inner cross-sectional area of the chip discharging tube (17) increases between the inlet (16) and the outlet (18), and at least one chip forcing device (14, 19), which is arranged at the inlet (16) and forces the chips (12) that have collected on the base into the inlet (16).

A handheld cleaner is provided. The handheld cleaner includes: a dust cup assembly comprising: a cup casing; a device housing configured to have a tube shape and disposed in the cup casing, wherein an outer end face of the device housing at an axial side thereof abuts against or extends out of a partial inner surface of the cup casing, and a dust removal chamber is defined between an inner surface of the cup casing and an outer peripheral surface of the device housing and surrounds the device housing along a circumferential direction of the device housing; and a negative pressure device located within the device housing and configured to enable dusty air to enter the dust removal chamber for dust and air separation; a holding assembly mounted to the dust cup assembly and configured for handholding.

A cyclone assembly for a surface cleaning apparatus has a first cyclonic cleaning stage and a second cyclonic cleaning stage downstream from the first cyclonic cleaning stage. The first cyclonic cleaning stage has a first cyclonic stage air outlet and the second cyclonic cleaning stage has a plurality of second cyclonic stage cyclone air inlets and a second cyclonic stage air inlet end. The first cyclonic cleaning stage air outlet communicates directly with an annular flow region that extends around the second stage air inlet end of the second cyclonic stage.
SEPARATION APPARATUS, GRINDING APPARATUS AND BEVERAGE PRODUCING APPARATUS
A separation apparatus for separating an unwanted substance from an extraction target includes a forming unit configured to form a separation chamber through which the extraction target passes, and a suction unit communicating with the separation chamber in a direction crossing a passage direction of the extraction target and configured to suck air in the separation chamber. The forming unit includes an inlet for the extraction target, which communicates with the separation chamber, and an outlet for the extraction target, which communicates with the separation chamber, and the air is sucked from the outlet into the separation chamber by suction of the suction unit.
