INSERT ASSEMBLY FOR FOAMING DEVICE
An insert assembly for a foam generating device includes a first insert and a second insert with a channel defined therethrough. Inserts may be formed by two shell halves that are coupleable to one another to define the channel. A plurality of ribs extends along an interior surface of the channel. The channel is configured to grip porous pad structures by the plurality of ribs for generating form by breaking-up the cleaning solution and agitating. The ribs may be arranged horizontally relative to a longitudinal axis of the insert assembly. Inserts may be arranged in series along a longitudinal axis of the foam generating device.
Wide Mouth Spray Actuator
A spray actuator for use in controlling the flow of a pressurized fluid from a spray can where the actuator includes a body having a top, a shroud having a bottom perimeter and a central passageway oriented parallel to the shroud and a mouth inlet having a cross-sectional area that is smaller a cross sectional area of the slotted outlet wherein a choke point is located in the central passageway.
Variable width fan nozzle
A water delivery device that may be used in a water display is described. The device includes an orifice or outlet through which water is shot out. The shape and configuration of the water device may be varied to dynamically adjust the configuration of the water shot out from the device. For example, the water delivery device may shoot out water in the shape of a fan, and the width of the fan may be varied.
Gas and liquid knife and control method thereof
A gas and liquid knife and a control method thereof are provided. The gas and liquid knife includes a chamber and a knife head. An ejection opening is provided at the knife head The knife head has a first knife lip and a second knife lip. The ejection opening is defined between a first inner wall of the first knife lip and a second inner wall of the second knife lip. The chamber is defined between the first wall plate and the second wall plate slidably connected with each other. The first knife lip connects to the first wall plate. The second knife lip connects to the second wall plate. The first knife lip and second knife lip moves relatively as the first wall plate and the second wall plate slides relatively, such that a minimum distance between the first inner wall and the second inner wall could be changed.
Rotating cleaner
A rotating cleaner (1) comprising a housing (2) which has a cavity (10) and an inlet (9) which is connectable to a fluid supply line, a shaft (5) extending in sections into the cavity (10), a sprayer body (3) which is non-rotatably connected with the shaft (5) and has an outlet (8), and further comprising a sliding bearing for rotatably supporting the shaft (5) in the housing (2), said sliding bearing having a rotating bearing surface (23), an idle bearing surface (22) and a bearing gap. To improve the cleanability and the rotational characteristics of the rotating part, it is proposed that the rotating bearing surface (23) and the idle bearing surface (22) are each formed as a contiguous surface for supporting the shaft (5) in the radial and axial direction.
Heating, mixing and hydrating apparatus and process
The invention relates to apparatus and a process for mixing a gas/vapour with a process liquid comprising a material and a carrier liquid. The apparatus comprises a passage (10) of polygonal cross section having an inlet (14), an outlet (16) for a process liquid comprising the material, and a nozzle (24) for introducing supersonic gas/vapour at a mixing zone (42) in a single plane.
APPLICATION DEVICE
An application unit (13) comprises a rotation unit (26) and a support unit (27), The rotation unit (26) comprises a nozzle unit (28), a nozzle support part (29), a body base (30), a first supply part (31), a second supply part (32), a third supply part (33), a valve (34), and a motor (35). The nozzle support part (29) rotatably supports the nozzle unit (28) such that the central axis of the nozzle unit (28) is inclined with respect to the rotation axis of the rotation unit (26).
Shower head with waterfall function
The present invention is provided with a shower head with waterfall function. The shower head includes a shell body, the interior of the shell body is having a waterfall waterway. The shell body is further includes a rectifying passage, one end of the rectifying passage having an inlet, the inlet is connected to the waterfall waterway. The other end of the rectifying passage has an elongated outlet nozzle, and the distance of each point of the outlet nozzle to the inlet are substantially equal, such that water flowing out of the each point of the outlet nozzle has the same flow rate, efficiently delaying the converge of the water and thus lengthening the water curtain.
AUTOMOTIVE IMAGE SENSOR SURFACE WASHING AND DRYING SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present disclosure relates to automated or remotely controlled methods and apparatuses for cleaning and drying soiled external 2-D or 3-D image sensor surfaces such as objective lenses on Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) sensors when mounted in a configuration that is exposed to dirty environments.
CATALYTIC CRACKING SYSTEM WITH PIPE FORMED NOZZLE BODY
A catalytic cracking system having a spray nozzle assembly adapted for more economical manufacture and efficient performance. The spray nozzle assembly includes an elongated pipe formed nozzle body formed of one or more lengths of cylindrical pipes which define a mixing zone and an elongated barrel extension zone that extends through a wall of the riser of the catalytic cracking system. The spray nozzle assembly includes an elongated liquid deflection member supported by the pipe formed nozzle body within the mixing zone which defines an impingement surface against which pressurized liquid hydrocarbon directed through a liquid hydrocarbon inlet impinges and is transversely directed from the impingement surface into the mixing zone for atomization and direction through the barrel extension zone by a stream of pressurized steam.
