FLUID SPRAY NOZZLE
A fluid spray nozzle includes a first member that is configured to be fixed to a sensor or a mounted portion to which the sensor is mounted, and a second member that is fixed to the first member. The first member has a fluid inlet and a first fluid passage that is connected to the fluid inlet. The second member has a second fluid passage that is connected to the first fluid passage, and a spray port from which the fluid that has passed through the second fluid passage is sprayed onto a predetermined location of the sensor.
URINAL FLUSH ASSEMBLY
A flush assembly for a plumbing fixture, the assembly comprising a sprayer body, wherein the sprayer body comprises a bottom wall, a front wall, and a rear wall, the sprayer body is configured to be in fluid communication with a water source, and the sprayer body bottom wall comprises a first outlet through which flush water is delivered during a flush cycle. The first outlet may comprise a slot shape and/or an arc slot shape. The flush assembly provides a large flush profile.
Methods, apparatus, and chemical compositions for selectively coating fiber-based food containers
Methods and apparatus for vacuum forming and subsequently applying topical coatings fiber-based food containers. The slurry includes one or more of an embedded moisture barrier, vapor barrier, and oil barrier, and the topical coating comprises one or more of a vapor barrier, a moisture barrier, an oil barrier, and an oxygen barrier. For food containers having deep sidewalls, a spray coating system includes a first nozzle for applying a full cone spray pattern to the bottom surface of the container, and a second nozzle for applying a hollow cone spray pattern to the inside surfaces of the side walls.
A SPRAY NOZZLE
The invention relates to a spray nozzle comprising an elastomeric tube (1) comprising a proximal end (7) through which a fluid is intended to enter said tube (1), and a distal end (8). The spray nozzle also comprises a slit (9) formed in the elastomeric tube (1) between the proximal end (7) and the distal end (8), for spraying the fluid out from the elastomeric tube (1). The elastomeric tube (1) includes a reinforcing element (10, 11) for limiting deformation of the elastomeric tube (1). By providing a slit in a tube between the proximal and distal ends of the tube, the slit can be sized to provide a broad spread pattern to the spray. The reinforcing element prevents over-expansion or deformation of the elastomeric tube.
Spray bar deflection tray
A spray trough is described herein, including a trough body, wherein the trough body has a bottom portion, a first side portion, a second side portion, a front portion, and a back portion, the bottom portion, the front portion, and the back portion each having a first end and a second end, a top plate having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the top plate is fixedly attached to the second end of the back portion, wherein the top plate extends substantially perpendicular from the second end of the back portion, and a deflector plate, wherein the deflector plate is attached to the second end of the front plate, wherein the deflector plate extends downwardly from the second end of the front plate, such that the deflector plate angles towards the front portion.
Spray Nozzle for High Viscosity Spray Applications with Uniform Spray Distribution
A nozzle and spray dispenser for generating a uniform substantially flat fan spray pattern when spraying high viscosity fluids (i.e., oils, lotions, cleaning liquids, shear-thinning liquids and gels and similar Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids having viscosities of 10-100 cP) is configured with an exit orifice 134 defining multiple lip segments 150A, 150B, 150C. Cup-shaped nozzle member 100 has a cylindrical side wall 102 surrounding a central longitudinal axis and has a circular closed end wall with at least one exit aperture passing through the end wall 112. At least one enhanced exit orifice structure is formed in an inner surface of the end wall, and includes two to five lip segments of selected width defining edges at the orifice 134, where each edge segment is defined at the distal edge of a separate and distinct interior wall segment 160A, 160B, 160C which has a selected wall convergence angle β.
MODULAR DUAL VECTOR FLUID SPRAY NOZZLES
Various embodiments of modular dual vector fluid spray nozzles are disclosed. Embodiments of the nozzles are characterized by specially shaped fluid channels, impingement surfaces and exit orifices used to generate atomized mists of fluid under pressure. Embodiments of the nozzles are generally characterized by composite fluid spray density patterns having horizontal and vertical components, i.e., dual vector in nature. The nozzles disclosed are modular and may be easily installed or removed from a given fluid spray system, nozzle head, or fixture as dictated by any given application.
Applicator machine
An applicator machine and a process for heating and coating a section of pipeline. The applicator machine includes a frame configured to rotate about a section of pipeline to be heated and coated, rotating means operable to rotate the frame, and coating material applicators induction coils and radiant heaters mounted on the frame and rotatable therewith. The induction coil is configured to heat a section of pipeline adjacent to the induction coil to a coating material application temperature. The radiant heaters are configured to heat factory-applied coatings. Each coating material applicator sprays coating material through an aperture in a respective induction coil. The applicator includes an enclosure configured to surround a section of pipeline and provision for evacuating and collecting waste coating material. The coating material applicator may be configured to spray powder coating material, such as fusion bonded epoxy powder material and/or chemically modified polypropylene powder material.

SYSTEM, METHOD, AND APPARATUS FOR IMPROVED CLEANING OF INDUSTRIAL FURNACES
A system, method, and apparatus for cleaning deposits in industrial furnaces. An improved fan jet nozzle for air cannon includes either a 4″ or a 6″ inner diameter circular inlet. The nozzle includes a flattening of the inlet on opposed top and bottom side walls converging towards an outlet of the nozzle.
