NOZZLE ARRANGEMENT AND DISPENSING HEAD
A nozzle arrangement for the preferably fan-like atomization of a fluid, particularly oil, a dispensing head with such a nozzle arrangement, and the use of such a nozzle arrangement for the particularly fan-like atomization of a fluid, particularly of an oil, is proposed, wherein a channel of the nozzle arrangement has a first channel portion and a second channel portion that connects to the first channel portion in the direction of flow of the fluid, wherein the first channel portion converges in the direction of flow of the fluid, wherein the second channel portion is elongate and/or slot-like in cross section and bordered by two elongate side surfaces and two short leg surfaces, wherein the leg surfaces are inclined relative to the direction of flow and/or a longitudinal axis of the channel, and/or wherein the second channel portion is embodied as a trapezoidal prism and the side surfaces are arranged so as to be at least substantially parallel to one another.
System, Composition, and Method for Dispensing a Sprayable Foamable Product
A system for the application of foamable chemical compositions is presented. The application system comprises an ergonomic handle/adapter removably attachable to a pressurized source of a foam product, the handle having inlet and outlet orifices or openings for flow of the foam product from the pressurized source to a nozzle, the nozzle having an outlet orifice for dispensing the foam product and an inlet orifice for connecting to a flexible tubular connecting member which interconnects the outlet orifice of the handle/adapter with the inlet orifice of the nozzle. The nozzle of the present invention includes design features to produce a fan shaped spray pattern of the foam product and to reduce the incidence of leakage or dripping of either moisture or the foam product at the nozzle's outlet. The tubular connecting member is flexible and therefore allows a user to spray foam into hard to reach places.
OUTLET DEVICE AND SHOWER HEAD WITH SLOW VORTEX ROTATING WATER
An outlet device with slow vortex rotating water includes a diverter and an outlet body; the side surface of the diverter has at least two spiral accelerating grooves extending along the axial direction; the bottom surface of the diverter is disposed with a column shaped collision chamber concaved in the axial direction; the spiral accelerating grooves are evenly arranged about the axes of the collision chamber at the side surface of the diverter, the end of the spiral accelerating groove extends to the bottom surface of the diverter to connect to the side wall of the collision chamber; the outlet body has an accommodating chamber and a vortex rotating chamber connected to each other in the axial direction; the diverter is disposed in the accommodating chamber; the vortex rotating chamber is a ball-crown body, the flat end face is connected to the bottom end of the accommodating chamber.
Modular dual vector fluid spray nozzles
Various embodiments of modular dual vector fluid spray nozzles are disclosed. Embodiments of the nozzles are characterized by specially shaped fluid channels, impingement surfaces and exit orifices used to generate atomized mists of fluid under pressure. Embodiments of the nozzles are generally characterized by composite fluid spray density patterns having horizontal and vertical components, i.e., dual vector in nature. The nozzles disclosed are modular and may be easily installed or removed from a given fluid spray system, nozzle head, or fixture as dictated by any given application.
Low profile air delivery apparatus with interchangeable nozzle inserts
An air delivery apparatus which has a low profile by virtue of an angled/offset air outlet. The apparatus provides superior air delivery performance which is customizable to any application by selection of orifice patterns in an interchangeable nozzle insert, and the flexibility of easily changing the nozzle inserts to suit the application, while maintaining a constant amount of pressurized air energy input. The low profile enables use of the apparatus in applications where space between machinery and products is limited, where other air delivery apparatuses would not fit. Various embodiments of low profile, angled/offset air delivery apparatus are disclosedincluding designs with one, two or four exit openings, where the airflow path inside the apparatus turns at a 90 degree angle in order to minimize the height of the apparatus. The single-opening designs include both left-hand and right-hand models, and the dual-opening designs include both offset and opposed air streams.
Air delivery apparatus with interchangeable nozzle inserts
An apparatus that uses an optimized body design incorporating one or more interchangeable nozzle inserts with a wide array of discharge orifice sizes, configurations and spacings to efficiently and effectively deliver a pressurized, high velocity, laminar flow air stream to dry, cool, or clean objects that are either stationary or moving transversely through the optimized air stream developed by the apparatus, all while minimizing the operational downtime required to implement the interchangeable nozzle insert modifications to the apparatus.
Rectifying member and nozzle provided with the same
A rectifying member capable of improving a collision force of a jet fluid, and a nozzle. A rectifying member includes rectifying elements each having a tubular casing and a division wall structure formed in the casing; the division wall structure includes partition walls, and has a circumferential division wall group being adjacent in a circumferential direction of an inner wall of the casing and having an extending partition wall, and an inside division wall group in an inside region of the fluid flow path.
SPRAY NOZZLE WITH IMPROVED SPRAY COVERAGE
A water spray nozzle for evaporative cooling equipment having a D-shaped bore with an internal diameter across the widest portion of the flat portion of the D-shape of 2 inches or greater, capable of casting water about a radius of 170 degrees or greater six feet or greater at 1 psi of pressure. A single body two bore device provides 360 degrees of water spray of 6 feet or more at 1 psi. A flat or planar portion at the top of the flat portion of the D-shaped bore improves nozzle performance.
SPRAY NOZZLE
A spray nozzle is basically provided with an inlet space, a restriction and a nozzle orifice. The inlet space has an essentially cylindrical shape. The restriction has an essentially circular shape, with a contour of an inner surface of the spray nozzle tapering down in size with a first taper from the inlet space to the restriction and then tapering out in shape with a second taper from the restriction to the nozzle orifice, with the nozzle orifice having a stadium shape.
