20180058684 · 2018-03-01 ·

A multi-cone, multi-stage spray nozzle includes a nozzle body, a valve stem with a first valve head, and a second valve head attached to the first valve head. The first valve stem is biased into a closed position against a valve seat of the nozzle body by a bias device. The second valve head is continuously open. Upon the application of a first fluid pressure, which is less than a threshold fluid pressure, the bias device maintains the valve stem in the closed position while the second valve head is continuously open. And upon the application of a second fluid pressure, which is at least as great as the threshold fluid pressure, the valve stem moves to an open position while the second valve head remains continuously open.

Single pushbutton device for switching to output water with multiple spray patterns

A single pushbutton device includes a housing, a bushing, a water channel assembly, and a rotary assembly. The bushing and the rotary assembly are mounted inside of the housing, the water channel assembly is mounted around of the rotary assembly, and a button is through a hole of the housing. When push down the button, a rotary sleeve of the rotary assembly is rotated, a bump of the rotary sleeve is rotated along multiple noses of the multiple abutting inserts of the water channel assembly to sequentially press down the abutting inserts, further open different waterways, and output water with different spray or bubbling forms. Given the foregoing structure, the single pushbutton device is compact, facilitates quick and convenient operation, and requires less force exerted thereon for operation.

A spray assembly includes an inner chamber, an outer chamber, a spray face, a plurality of shafts, a lever, a moving fulcrum, and a plurality of sleeves. The inner chamber provides a fluid in a first spray mode of a plurality of spray modes. The spray face is fluidly coupled to the outer chamber and includes one or more nozzles that are movable between a plurality of nozzle positions such that the spray face provides the fluid in a second spray mode and a third spray mode. The plurality of shafts are movable for directing the fluid within the spray assembly. The lever operates the plurality of shafts. The moving fulcrum changes a location of a fulcrum of the lever such that the fulcrum changes as the lever is operated. A first sleeve is configured to move the one or more nozzles of the spray face.

Switcher nozzle high efficiency flow insert

A nozzle assembly includes a hollow nozzle body having a central bore and a plurality of ports extending through the body from the central bore; a switching valve assembly disposed in the central bore that directs fluid flow to ports upon application of fluid flow above a predetermined threshold to the inlet and direct fluid flow to different ports upon fluid flow having subsequently dropped below the predetermined threshold and then exceeding the predetermined threshold; and a flow insert configured to replace the switching valve assembly for directing flow through all of the ports when switching functionality is not needed. This flow insert may be made of a low pressure material such as a polymer.

Spray gun shower

A spray gun shower includes a shower body, a plurality of shower valve cores, a spray gun valve core, a limiting member, and a reset elastic member. The limiting member is arranged in the shower body and movable between a limiting position and an avoidance position. The limiting member is configured to be in limiting fit with a limiting portion on the shower valve core when located at the limiting position, and the limiting member is configured to avoid the limiting portion on the shower valve core when located at the avoidance position. When the shower valve core is driven, a pushing portion on the shower valve core drives the limiting member to move from the limiting position to the avoidance position.

VALVE DEVICE
20250027580 · 2025-01-23 ·

A valve device includes an inlet, an outlet connected to the inlet, a valve member having an open position in which fluid can pass from the inlet to the outlet, and a closed position in which fluid cannot pass from the inlet and the outlet, and an actuator. The actuator selectively actuates the valve member, and has an open actuator position and a closed actuator position. The valve has a first operating mode in which, over a whole of the range of operating values of the inlet pressure, the actuator is fixed in the open actuator position and the valve member is in the open valve position. In a second operating mode, the actuator switches from the closed actuator position to the open actuator position, switching the valve member from the closed valve position to the open valve position, when the inlet pressure exceeds a second threshold inlet pressure.
