Self-cleaning jet tube
Embodiments of a self-cleaning jet tube may include an elongate hollow body that is generally rectangular in cross-section and tapered from an open first end to a second end generally opposite the first end. The elongate hollow body may have an upper wall, a lower wall, side walls, a plurality of apertures arranged along the upper wall, an end plate coupled with the walls at the second end, and at least one through-slot. A through-slot may be disposed through the end plate or a wall, between the end plate and a wall, or between two walls. The jet tube may be configured for use with the through-slot(s) open and unblocked, thereby allowing debris to be expelled from the jet tube during operation of the jet veneer dryer. Corresponding systems and method are also provided herein.
NOZZLE DEVICE FOR A FOUNTAIN AND FOUNTAIN
Nozzle means for directional jetting of a fountain fluid comprising at least one, in particular elongated, nozzle for directed radiation of the fountain fluid, wherein the nozzle has a main extension direction, so that the fountain fluid can be removed substantially parallel to this main extension direction along a main distribution direction, at least one nozzle carrier on which the nozzle is arranged detachably or inseparably, characterized in that the nozzle carrier forms a main extension plane of the nozzle carrier, and wherein at least the main radiation direction of the nozzle leads away from the main extension plane of the nozzle carrier in at least one directional component.
MOBILE RESEARCH SPRAYER
A system for spraying objects in a field, wherein the system includes a treatment hoist connectable to a mobile platform main deck. The treatment hoist includes a treatment platform that is structured and operable to support and carry at least one treatment container, and at least one lift assembly. The lift assembly is structured and operable to lower the treatment platform to a loading position and raise the treatment platform to a dispensing position. In the loading position the treatment platform is lowered such that the treatment container(s) can be secured on the treatment platform in order to configure the system to dispense a desired solution, wherein the solution comprises at least one object treatment contained in treatment container(s). In the dispensing position the treatment platform is raised to a height above the objects in order for the system to dispense the solution onto the objects.
SLOPED SIDEWALL FOR A FURNANCE
Described herein is a sidewall suitable for use in a metallurgical furnace, and metallurgical furnace having the same. The sidewall has an upper wall, an outer wall coupled to an outer side of the upper wall, and extending downward from the outer wall. A sloped wall is coupled to an inner side of the upper wall. The sloped wall extends downward and inward from the upper wall. The sloped wall has a first surface facing the outer wall and a second surface facing a centerline of the sidewall. A spray cooling assembly is disposed between the sloped wall and the outer wall. The spray cooling assembly is configured to spray coolant on the first surface of the sloped wall.
Hand free footwear and foot cleaning device
A hands-free footwear and foot cleaning device which allows the user to clean the bottom or the sole of the footwear as well as the exterior surrounding sides of the footwear. The device can also be used to clean a user's bare foot. The device utilizes a plurality of rollers and a series of water line sprayers that are adapted to spray in a direction to contact one or more of the side portion, bottom portion, or top portion of the sole of a footwear or foot. The sprayers are activated by either a sensor or a pressure devise. The device may also include the option of incorporating additional elements for the purpose of cleaning bare feet rather than just the bottoms of the footwear.
FLUID EJECTION DEVICE
The fluid-ejection device (100) comprised a first member (110) having an inlet suitable for being connected to a source of fluid (120); a second member (130) that can be moved relative to the first member (110); and a control member (150) arranged to be at least in a first condition, in which the control member (150) is at least substantially inside the second member (130) preventing the flow of fluid through the second member (130) to define a first stroke (51) of the second member (130) where no discharge of fluid is allowed out of the device (100); and a second condition, in which the control member (150) is at least substantially outside the second member (130) allowing the flow of fluid through the second member (130) to define a second stroke (S2) of the second member (130) along which discharge of fluid is allowed out of the device (100).
Insulation plate to minimize energy consumption for ice cream moulding
A mould arrangement for moulding ice cream products includes an upper metal plate, and a plurality of mould pockets that each protrude from a bottom side of the upper metal plate. An insulation plate is arranged adjacent the bottom side of the upper metal plate and the plurality of mould pockets extend through the lower insulation plate.
Large Area Liquid Solution Application
A Large Area Liquid Solution Application includes a boom equipped with a series of easily removable spray nozzles, for easier cleaning and maintenance, attached to a standard truck trailer hitch receiver with a pump assembly attached onto a reservoir loaded onto a truck bed. This invention presents an effective deicing apparatus and method to spray brine evenly on the pavement. The reservoir is easily secured manually with standard ratchet straps and the boom connects to any standard truck tow hitch without the use of tools. The equipment panel with attached pump is easily removable and the pump fittings and corresponding output hoses manually snap in and out of place to allow easier maintenance and cleaning. Communicating wirelessly, the present invention is activated by a wireless key enabling a truck driver to control the system without needing to exit the vehicle and manually shut of the sprayer.
