NOZZLE ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE

A nozzle assembly includes a first nozzle device that provides a fluid passage, in which a fluid flows, and a second nozzle device that surrounds the first nozzle device, and when an imaginary straight line passing through the fluid passage and extending in a direction, in which the fluid flows, is defined as a reference straight line, the first nozzle device includes a spacing area having a shape that is recessed in a direction that faces the reference straight line to be spaced apart from a portion of the second nozzle device. The nozzle assembly may be fixed to a body of a vehicle as part of an ejector for ejecting fluid having a pressure to a targeted location such as a hydrogen fuel cell of the vehicle.

METHOD AND ARRANGEMENT FOR MAINTAINING FLUID FLOW PRESSURE IN A SYSTEM AT A PRESET, ALMOST CONSTANT LEVEL
20170045898 · 2017-02-16 · ·

A method and arrangement for maintaining fluid flow pressure in a system at a preset, almost constant level. One application is an impulse turbine's nozzle valve, which automatically maintains the system pressure essentially constant so that it does not depend on occasional variation of the pumped inflow, resulting that also the jet from the nozzle remains constant and its kinetic energy optimal. The nozzles independently maintain system pressure when the inflow varies.

SPRINKLER APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR IRRIGATION
20170028428 · 2017-02-02 ·

A sprinkler apparatus, a flow rate control valve assembly, and a sprinkler irrigation system for providing an even distribution of water across an asymmetrically shaped water receiving area. The sprinkler apparatus comprises a pop-up sprinkler head with a base housing for confiningly receiving a pressurized water flow that actuates a nozzle housing slidingly and rotationally cooperating with the base housing to pop-up into an operating position for discharge of water through at least one pair of nozzle assemblies. The pair of nozzle assemblies comprise an upper nozzle assembly and a lower nozzle assembly near the top end of the nozzle housing. A flow rate control valve assembly comprises a flow control valve assembly that can be coupled to a pop-up sprinkler head to supply the pressurized water flow.

Method for controlling the volume flow rate from a nozzle

Methods for controlling or regulating the volume flow rate of a substance to be sprayed and/or a gas from a nozzle suitable for spraying substances, particularly dispersions, emulsions or suspensions, wherein the nozzle has a nozzle body comprising a nozzle mouthpiece, wherein the nozzle body has an inner pipe, which is connected to a supply for the substance to be sprayed and has an inner wall and a discharge port, and an outer pipe, which is spaced from the inner pipe, is connected to a supply for a gas and has a discharge port, and the discharge port of the inner pipe and the discharge port of the outer pipe are arranged in the region of the nozzle mouthpiece.

Systems and methods related to fluid splash containment
12453979 · 2025-10-28 ·

Systems and methods for containing fluid splash include using a fluid flow spaced from a vessel and/or fluid surface to effectively trap materials from a fluid stream flowing through the fluid flow. The fluid flow creates a spray envelope in connection with the fluid surface and/or vessel and substantially prevents droplets of the fluid stream from exiting the vessel. The fluid flow is created by allowing a supply fluid to flow through a nozzle oriented to cast a spray pattern into the vessel and/or into contact with the fluid surface. The fluid flow may be selectively activated and deactivated and/or be automatically (e.g., light or motion) activated and deactivated.

Slurry arm and chemical mechanical polishing apparatus including the same

A slurry arm is provided. The slurry arm includes: an arm body; a slurry line that extends through the arm body; an oxygen removal chamber provided in the arm body and configured to receive slurry from the slurry line; a purge gas supplier configured to supply a purge gas to the slurry in the oxygen removal chamber; and a main valve configured to selectively discharge gas from the oxygen removal chamber.

Water jet kit for recreational purposes

A water jet kit for recreational purposes, including: a water collection tank having a trough in an upper portion including at least a first opening in communication with a lower tank to collect water flowing into the trough, a water outlet tank above the collection tank, including water outlet nozzles and at least one opening in a lower face of the outlet tank, oriented towards the collection tank, water exiting the nozzles forming a curtain of water, a supply column for the outlet tank, of rigid and translucent material, having a first end fitting into a second opening of the collection tank and a second end fitting into the opening of the outlet tank, the supply column enabling the outlet tank to be held above the collection tank, a pump for sucking water collected in the tank and injecting it into the supply column to replenish the outlet tank.
