Valve and system for application of a covering product including such a valve
A valve including a body having an inner central orifice and a chamber, a piston formed by a rod and by a head mounted in the chamber, the rod extending outside the body and moving in a bore of an application system. The valve includes a first sealing device around the rod on one side of the valve where the rod extends outside the body, part of the chamber being filled with a pressurized control fluid to obtain movement of the piston against the force of a spring housed in the body. The valve includes a second sealing device around the rod, between the first sealing device and the chamber. The valve includes a vent duct in the rod that communicates with the inner central orifice between the first and second sealing devices and emerges in the open air or in part of the chamber communicating with the open air.
Valve, system for application of covering product including such a valve and dedicated mounting and dismounting tool
Valve for a system for applying a covering product, including projecting or recessed shapes on a peripheral part, configured to cooperate with projecting or recessed shapes of a dedicated mounting and dismounting tool, these projecting or recessed shapes of the valve being configured to transmit a rotational movement to the valve, and to be secured to the tool. The projecting or hollow shapes of the valve include a first peripheral profile having at least one planar surface, and a second peripheral profile located behind the first profile relative to an outer end of the valve. The second profile has at least one first planar surface aligned with the planar surface of the first profile, and at least one second planar surface angularly offset relative to the planar surface of the first profile, such that the second planar surface of the second profile forms a shoulder relative to the first profile.
SMOOTH BORE NOZZLE
A smooth bore nozzle includes an inlet section having planar converging inlet side walls and top and bottom walls forming an unobstructed rectangular inlet section fluid passageway; a straight section having planar side walls and top and bottom walls contiguous with the inlet side walls and top and bottom walls forming an unobstructed rectangular straight section fluid passageway; and an outlet section having planar converging outlet top and bottom walls and diverging outlet side walls contiguous with the straight section side walls and top and bottom walls, and an unobstructed rectangular outlet section fluid passageway; wherein the cross-sectional area of the fluid passageway remains constant or decreases in a downstream direction, and a perimeter of the cross section increases along a length of the inlet section, and a perimeter of a cross section of the rectangular outlet section fluid passageway decreases along a length of the outlet section.
AUTOMATIC RETURN SHOWER HEAD AND USE METHOD THEREOF
An automatic return shower head and a use method thereof are provided. The automatic return shower head comprises a handle, a valve body, a water distribution disc, a switching return assembly and a shower head body configured to be connected with the handle and having a water outlet passage communicating with a water supply passage of the handle. The valve body is provided with water distribution hole(s), fixed to a joint between the shower head body and the handle, and located between the water supply passage and the water outlet passage. The water distribution disc is provided inside the joint and rotates relative to the valve body. The switching return assembly comprises a switching assembly linked with the water distribution disc, a knob provided on a wall surface of the joint and linked with the switching assembly, and a return portion linked with the knob.
APPARATUS FOR COOLING METAL MATERIAL
Provided is an apparatus for cooling a metal material, the apparatus comprising: a spray cooling unit for spraying a cooling medium onto the surface of a metal material; and a spray amount control unit which regulates the rate of passage of the cooling medium sprayed from the spray cooling unit onto the edge region of the metal material, and controls the spray amount of the cooling medium.
Pretreated wastewater spray system
A sprayer system for spraying water, onto and for absorption by, a surrounding area, such as used in wastewater treatment. The sprayer system includes a substantially vertical tubular housing extending from a well base to a distal end from which water communicated to the sprayer system is discharged. The tubular housing includes an inner tubular casing slidably supporting a piston assembly which is movable from the well base to the distal end in response to water communicated from a source to the well base. The piston assembly includes a primary check valve that is biased into engagement with an associated seat and includes a spray nozzle located downstream of the main check valve. When water from the source is applied to an effective pressure area on the piston assembly, an upwardly directed force is applied to the piston assembly when water is delivered to the well base. At least one bypass passage communicates bypass water to a region defined between the piston housing and an inside wall of the tubular casing so that warming water is delivered from the well base and flows around the outside surface of the piston assembly, whereby icing, which would otherwise block movement of the piston assembly, is inhibited.
DISPENSING APERTURE HOODS
An example of a device (100) may include a valve body (108). The device (100) may include a printing substance transfer aperture (122) through the valve body (108).
