GUIDING PIPE FOR WATER SPRAYER
A guiding pipe for a water sprayer, and the water sprayer has a handle with an intake end configured to connect to a water source and another end connected a spray head through a guiding pipe. The guiding pipe has a spiral main tube provided with a respective circular connecting section at each end, and the circular connecting sections are respectively connected to the handle and the spray head.
NOZZLES WITH INTERNAL MANIFOLDING
A nozzle includes a nozzle body defining a liquid circuit extending from a liquid inlet to a liquid outlet. The liquid circuit includes a plurality of spiral liquid passages spiraling radially inward relative to a spray axis. The spiral liquid passages all lie in a plane normal to the spray axis. A manifold assembly includes a plurality of such nozzles. A manifold ring is in fluid communication with the liquid inlet of each of the nozzles to deliver liquid to the nozzles. The nozzles are circumferentially spaced apart around the manifold ring.
Spraying Apparatus
Afforded is a spraying apparatus that enables the large-volume generation of fine particles having particle diameters minute to a level that can give rise to Brownian motion. A spraying apparatus of the present invention is furnished with: an atomization tank 11 enabled for storing a liquid formulation; an atomizing device 12 being ultrasonic vibration elements arranged in the atomization tank interior, for atomizing the liquid formulation to generate fine particles; a blower 13 furnished with a blower element enabled for maintaining predetermined rpm, for blasting into the atomization tank interior, through a blow port 11b provided in the atomization tank, conveyance air that is for conveying the fine particles of the liquid formulation; a send-out port 11c, provided in the atomization tank, through which the fine particles are sent out together with the conveyance air; and a baffle plate 14a arranged in the atomization tank interior so as to receive liquid columns of the liquid formulation, produced by the ultrasonic vibration elements; wherein the baffle plate and the send-out port are arranged so that conveyance air supplied through the blow port goes through a gap between one end part 14ae of the baffle plate 14a and the atomization tank, winds in along the surface on the plate's liquid-column receiving side and then arrives at the send-out port.
Spray tip and method of manufacture
A spray tip comprises a tip body, a tip piece, and a pre-orifice piece. The tip body has a fluid channel along a channel axis (A.sub.C). The tip piece is disposed within the fluid channel, and has a stepped, narrowing passage that terminates in an outlet orifice. The pre-orifice piece has an inlet passage, and is disposed within the fluid channel, abutting and immediately upstream of the tip piece. The pre-orifice piece and the tip piece together define a turbulating chamber therebetween.
Swirl pot shower head engine
A showerhead engine internally swirls water within a swirling chamber. Multiple swirling chambers may be used, each separated from one another. The water is swirled angled through holes in a mid plate. As the water passes through the angled holes, it is projected out an angle. The water then contacts the swirling chamber wall and continues to follow the curvature of the wall. The curved wall paired with the angled entry causes the water to continue to swirl within the swirling chamber. The water is released out of the swirling chamber through slots, which allow the water to retain the angular velocity at a discharge angle.

FLUID SUBSTANCE DISPENSING DEVICE
A device for dispensing a fluid substance, including a container in which the fluid substance is housed, the container being coupled with a valve or a manual pump equipped with a hollow stem which is movable between at least a first position, in which the fluid substance is dispensed through a cavity thereof and a second position in which dispensing of the fluid substance through its cavity is prevented, there being a dispenser button coupled, in an essentially sealed manner, at the top of the hollow stem so that application of pressure to the button moves the hollow stem between the said second and the said first position, the button defining a delivery channel endowed with a first opening in a free surface of the device and which is equipped with a surface facing the stem cavity; the surface is conical or pyramidal, being tapered towards the stem cavity.
Low-pressure spray nozzle assembly
A low-pressure spraying equipment for atomizing a working fluid at a low-pressure, includes a spray tip body having a top and a lower end, a handle arranged on the top of the spray tip body, and a chamfer defined at the lower end of the spray tip body. The spray tip body further includes a retaining shoulder and a ring collar, a mounting hole having a channel axis, a pre-atomizing component, and a tip atomizing component. The pre-atomizing component further includes a feeding channel, a pre-atomization channel, and a pre-atomization regulating channel. The feeding channel, the pre-atomization channel, and the pre-atomization regulating channel are three coaxial hollow channels sequentially defined and connected along the channel axis inside the pre-atomizing component.
