Spreader
A spreader for spreading a material including at least one pair of rotating discs having a plurality of generally radially oriented blades attached thereon for disbursing the material in a pre-selected pattern. The discs are rotatably positioned below an end of a funnel unit to receive material passing through the funnel units. The material, as it passes through the funnel units, is directed to a predetermined impact region on each of the rotating discs by a corresponding pair of deflecting vanes integrally fit and movably attached within each funnel of the pair of funnel units. Each deflecting vane is selectably movable by a corresponding actuator from a first position to a second position while the spreader is operating.
Air humidifying appliance
BUILDING FEATURE APPLIED IN AIR-CONDITIONING APPLIANCE, capable of enriching the air with atomized water droplets in two stages, where in a first moment the water sent directly from the water supply network is pre-atomized in an appliance; being then delivered to the main atomizer, which produces the final atomization, creating an ultrafine mist that facilitates the thermal exchange between the mist and the air. The air-conditioning appliance must be associated to a fan so as to spread this mist to the room.
APPARATUS FOR DISINFECTING AT LEAST ONE ROOM, IN PARTICULAR A DWELLING ROOM FOR PERSONS, WITH AN ATOMISER
The invention relates to an apparatus (100) for disinfecting at least one room, in particular for one or more persons, preferably a dwelling room, storage room, cooling room or treatment room, for example a treatment room of a building, in particular a sickroom, a patient room and/or an operating room, with a rotatable bell cup (1) for atomising a disinfectant, a hollow drive shaft (10) for driving the bell cup (1), and a housing (11) in which a drive unit (2) for driving the drive shaft (10) is accommodated and preferably the drive shaft (10) is accommodated. The apparatus (100) is particularly characterised in that the housing (11) has a plurality of cooling ribs (12), and/or the drive shaft (10) is provided with a labyrinth seal (13), preferably in order to prevent unwanted penetration of liquid into the housing (11).
ROTARY ATOMIZER HAVING POROUS GAS BEARINGS
A rotary atomizer comprises an electric motor having a stator and a rotor, a vertical shaft, one or more porous gas bearings configured to provide frictionless radial and axial support to the shaft, and a rotating disc installed at a lower end of the shaft, said rotating disc configured to spray liquid into the form of fine particles. A gap detection system monitors a distance between the porous gas bearings and the vertical shaft. Bushings on the motor housing help to maintain precise alignment of the rotor during installation and maintenance.
HYGIENIC CONTROLLED DROPLET APPLICATOR DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
A fluid dispensing system is described herein. In some embodiments, the fluid dispensing system includes a CDA cone constructed as a unitary body; a motor comprising a sealed housing resistant to liquid ingress, the motor configured to rotate the CDA cone around a central longitudinal axis of the CDA cone; and a reducer tube configured to deliver a fluid solution to the CDA cone.
Automated drone-based paint delivery system
An automated drone-based surface treatment material delivery system includes a drone having a body, at least one propeller rotatably supported by the body, at least one propeller motor supported by the body and configured to selectively apply motive power to the at least one propeller, and a controller supported by the body and configured to control a flight path of the drone at least by manipulating a speed of the at least one propeller. The drone also has a rotary atomizer supported by the body for movement therewith. The rotary atomizer includes a rotating dispersion structure configured to disperse a surface treatment material from a material supply.
VARIABLE-RATE SPRAYING NOZZLE DEVICE AND SPRAYING DRONE
A variable-rate spraying nozzle device includes a chemical supply assembly and an atomization spray assembly for atomizing and spraying a chemical solution. The atomization spray assembly includes spray housings arranged sequentially from top to bottom, chemical solution channels are provided between two adjacent spray housings, and the spray housings are assembled together to form an inverted tapered exterior structure; spray holes are densely and circumferentially provided in each spray housing; spray housings are connected with an atomization power mechanism including atomization rotation shafts and a power mechanism including motors and transmission mechanisms for connecting main spindles of the motors with the atomization rotation shafts correspondingly; the atomization rotation shafts in the atomization power mechanism corresponding to the spray housings are coaxially disposed; the motors in the atomization power mechanism are connected with a speed control module.
INSTALLATION INCLUDING AN ATOMIZER AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
An installation including an atomizer configured to atomize a fluid, a robot and a first station, the robot being configured to move the atomizer in a predetermined reference frame between at least a first position and a second position, the atomizer being configured to atomize the fluid when the atomizer is in the first position, a distance being defined between the atomizer and the first station, the distance when the atomizer is in the second position being strictly less than the distance when the atomizer is in the first position. The first station includes at least one sensor configured to measure at least one value of a parameter of the atomizer when the atomizer is in the second position.
A CENTRIFUGAL ATOMIZATION STRUCTURE AND A SPRAYING DEVICE WITH THE SAME, A CENTRIFUGAL ATOMIZATION DEVICE, A DRIVE DEVICE AND A DUAL-DRIVE SPRAYING DEVICE
A centrifugal atomization structure and a spraying device with the same are provided. The centrifugal atomization structure comprises: a centrifugal atomization disc that is provided with a plurality of flow guide grooves, and each flow guide groove extends from the central position to the edge of the centrifugal atomization disc; an annular body is arranged at the outer side of the centrifugal atomization disc, a plurality of teeth are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the annular body, and the teeth are radially arranged outwards; the annular body and the centrifugal atomization disc are coaxially arranged, and a space is arranged between the annular body and the centrifugal atomization disc in the radial direction; and the center of the centrifugal atomization disc is in transmission connection with an output shaft of a motor to form a spraying device.
