COMPACT SPRAYING MODULE, SYSTEM FOR SPRAYING AND CONTROLLING A PLURALITY OF SUCH MODULES, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING MODULES OF SUCH A SYSTEM
Disclosed is a compact spraying module for spraying a liquid in the form of droplets for treating a target. The module includes a spraying unit including a nozzle containing at least one spraying member and a fan that is capable of generating a carrying air flow in the nozzle and of carrying the droplets originating from the member to the target. The module includes its own liquid supply system that and includes an electric pump, an electronic control and monitoring unit, a holder that keeps the pump near the spraying unit, an individual communication interface, and a power supply interface. Also disclosed is a system for spraying and controlling a plurality of such modules and to a method for controlling modules of such a system.
SPRAYING UNIT, COMPACT SPRAYING MODULE INCLUDING SUCH A UNIT, AND SPRAYING AND CONTROL SYSTEM INCLUDING A PLURALITY OF SUCH MODULES
Disclosed is a spraying unit intended for spraying a liquid onto vegetation and including: a nozzle formed by a tube, a rotatable atomizer, and a fan generating a carrying air flow around the atomizer, a drive system, and a transport unit for transporting the liquid to the atomizer, which is capable of breaking the liquid up into droplets. The nozzle encloses a body surrounded by the carrying air flow and including a rotatable portion formed by the rotatable atomizer, the rotation of which causes droplets in the carrying air flow to be propelled, preferably in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. Also disclosed is a compact spraying module including such a unit and to a spraying and control system including a plurality of such modules.
Seed treatment device with improved fluid application
A seed treater provides enhanced seed coating capabilities and performance. The seed and/or treatment fluid may be heated for improving vaporization and absorption by the seed. Air may be injected in the seed treater to provide heat, dehumidified air, and to provide vaporization enhancement, and component cleaning functions. The functions may be controlled by a control processor based on recipes and may be changed dependent upon sensed or input environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.
GENERATION AND SPRAYING OF MICROSCOPIC WATER DROPLETS
A method and system for generating and spraying massive amounts of microscopic water droplets with moderate power consumption; according to said method and system a body of water is subjected to fast rotation, and to associated centrifugal acceleration, which gives rise to strong hydrostatic pressure forcing said water to pass through dense microscopic meshes, so that from each hole in said meshes emanates a micro-jets of water; said micro-jets of water keep accelerating in the direction of centrifugal force and break up into a cloud of said microscopic droplets; forced air flow applied to said droplets pushes them out to the free atmosphere; ultrasonic cleaning, integrated into the main operational cycle, removes deposition constituents from the surface of said meshes, preventing their clogging and possible disruption of generation of said water droplets.
Rotary atomizer nozzle head, and rotary atomizer with such a nozzle head
A bell plate is rotated about a rotational axis, and coating material is supplied to a discharge surface of the bell plate such that the coating material is projected away from the bell plate. A working fluid is blown at least temporarily as a transonic or supersonic flow onto the coating material coming from the bell plate by means of a dispensing device. Furthermore, a spray head for a rotary atomizer is provided for applying a coating material to an object, having a bell plate which can be rotated about a rotational axis and which has a discharge surface, wherein coating material can be supplied to the discharge surface such that the coating material is projected away from the bell plate. A dispensing device which can blow a working fluid at least temporarily as a transonic or supersonic flow onto the coating material coming from the bell plate.

Rotary coating product sprayer and method for controlling a surface temperature of such a sprayer
A rotary coating sprayer including a spray bowl rotating about an axis of rotation and an air turbine for driving the bowl. The turbine includes a rotor and a body forming a support for the rotor and defining at least one air feedline for a rotation chamber wherein the rotor blades are arranged. The feedline includes an intermediate chamber defined, radially to the rotation axis, between the body and a ring mounted around the body. In this way, lowering of temperature of an element of the sprayer housing due to flow of exhaust air from the turbine, is limited.
Rotating plate misting fan
A rotating plate misting fan (RPMF) capable of delivering cooling to industrial environments including loading bays for docked trailers, includes a rotating plate assembly configured to eliminate or minimize water collection in the environment area and a controller configured to automatically adjust a vapor rate and fan speed of the fan as a function of distance to objects in proximity to the rotating plate misting fan and psychrometric parameters.
