MULTI-COMPONENT FLUID MIXING DEVICE
A multi-component fluid mixing device for mixing two or more fluids which can be used with an applicator tool, such as a spray gun. The mixing device is used with a removable cartridge that is pressure fitted into the body of the mixing device using an actuation mechanism that elevates a cartridge engagement base to create a fluid-tight seal.
A Perfume Dosing Device
The present invention relates to a perfume dispensing device, the device being electronically controlled and the actuation of perfume spraying being performed via an actuator (12) located on or under a device housing (1). All components of the device are located on or in the housing (1), wherein the housing also accommodates a control circuit (10) for controlling the device, which may optionally include a system (13) for wireless communication with a smart device (14) having a dedicated application uploaded, through which the user sets the desired parameters. The device may include several storage containers (2), which allows the user to select the desired perfume or to personalise the perfume via a dedicated application. The actuator is actuated by pressing or touching the actuator (12) or via an external device.
Mechanical Boost Type Cup Spray-Washing Unit Integrated with Temperature-Adjustment and Press-Control
This invention discloses a mechanical boost type cup spray-washing unit integrated with temperature-adjustment and press-control. This unit may regulate the mixing proportion of the cold water and hot water. It in combination with the boosting spray-wash effectively dissolves and washes the residues and juice on the inner wall of cup. This unit is clever in structure, integrates the temperature-adjustment and flush-washing, is directly hidden in the intermediate of the desk installation holes, never occupies surplus space of the kitchen desk, and may be installed in the standard small-hole of the kitchen water-trough desk without extra-opening, or may be directly fixed above the bottom of the water-trough after removal of the drain-panel.
Sprayer able to adjust flow of mixed solution and water
A sprayer able to adjust a flow of mixed solution and water is revealed. The sprayer can be used for cleaning objects, spraying mixed solution for agricultural purposes, and so on. The mixed solution is formed by liquid mixed with water while the liquid can be fertilizers, pesticides, detergents, and etc. The sprayer not only can spray out the mixed solution or water selectively, but also can adjust concentration and flow of the liquid.
Air purging apparatus for a coater
An air purging coater apparatus is disclosed for purging mixed components from the apparatus disposed in a pipeline at a pipeline site. The apparatus includes a remote-controlled apparatus for insertion within the pipeline at the pipeline site. The remote-controlled apparatus includes a drive for controllably moving the remote-controlled apparatus internally within the pipeline. A high-pressure mixing device defines a first and second inlet controllably connected to a pressurized and further pressurized source respectively of a first and second component. The high-pressure mixing device defines a high-pressure mixing chamber connected to the first and the second inlets for mixing together the first and second components. The high-pressure mixing device defines an outlet connected to the high-pressure mixing chamber for receiving a flow therethrough of the mixed components. A spin head defines an internal conical surface and a baffle so that the mixed components are applied to an inside surface of the pipeline. The high-pressure mixing device is controllably movable from an application disposition thereof to a purging disposition. In the purging disposition, the flow of the mixed components is terminated and a source of pressurized air flows into and through the first and second inlets and the high-pressure mixing chamber and the outlet for purging any residual mixed components from the high-pressure mixing device thereby avoiding any need for the use of a potentially hazardous solvent.
Dispensing assembly including an additive mixing device
A dispensing system (2000), includes a container (900) containing a flowable base formulation (910) to be dispensed, an additive mixing device (2004), and an actuable pump engine (2002) which draws the flowable base formulation from the container and pumps it through the mixing device. The additive mixing device includes a body (2022) with an internal cavity (2052), an additive ingredient (2054) within the cavity, and a flow path/mixing chamber (2058) between an input and an output. With each pump of the device (2004) the additive ingredient is introduced into, and mixed with, a flow of the base formulation traveling through the mixing device. Multiple additive mixing devices (2004) may be interchangeable for different formulations, and the mixing devices may be refillable.
SPRAY FOAM ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE ABSORBER
A method, a device, and a composition are disclosed. The method includes providing a polyol blend that includes a polyol resin and an electromagnetic (EMA) additive, providing an isocyanate resin selected such that blending the isocyanate resin with the polyol blend results in an EMA spray foam. The device includes a first compartment containing an isocyanate resin and a second compartment containing a polyol blend, which includes a polyol resin and an EMA additive. The composition includes a polyurethane spray foam and an EMA additive blended into the polyurethane spray foam.
INDEPENDENT HEATED HOSE
A plural component dispensing system includes a first heated hose, a second heated hose, a controller, and a dispensing device. The first heated hose and the second heated hose include electrical wires that supply heat to the first and second heated hoses to heat fluid components within the first and second heated hoses. The first and second heated hoses are electrically coupled to the controller and are fluidly coupled to the dispensing device. The controller is configured to control and alternate the electrical power supplied to the first heated hose and the second heated hose to heat the first heated hose independent of the second heated hose.
High-speed system for weed control
The invention relates to a modular system for weed control for a rail vehicle. The modular system has a control unit for producing control signals for controlling valves and mixers in a separate herbicide and mixing module and for producing a second set of control signals for controlling valves of a nozzle rod. The herbicide and mixing module has a container for holding different herbicides and electrical connection elements for connections to the control unit. Furthermore, a nozzle rod is present, which is fitted with a nozzle set, in order to spray herbicides of the herbicide and mixing module. In addition, a camera module is present, which produces a weed signal in response to the detection of a weed, in order to control the spraying of the herbicides. The camera module is at such a distance from the nozzle rod that, despite high speed, there is sufficient time to provide the herbicide at the nozzles.
Fluid cartridge for a plural component sprayer
A fluid cartridge for a plural component sprayer is configured to receive first and second component materials and purge air from the sprayer and provide the first and second component materials and purge air to a mix chamber for spraying.
