20200346231 · 2020-11-05 ·

The present disclosure provides a sprayer. The sprayer includes the spraying part. A spraying needle penetrates a first control channel and passes through a second water channel to reach a spraying end. A control block is connected with the spraying needle, the spraying needle is fitted in with an inner wall of a second control channel to block the water passing through the second control channel, meanwhile, the control block blocks an air inlet hole, and water in a water tank is separated from the atmospheric pressure. When the spraying needle is separated from the second control channel, the control block is distal to the air inlet hole, water in the water tank is communicated with atmospheric pressure, and the water reaches the spraying end through the second control channel.

20200331013 · 2020-10-22 ·

An atomizing nozzle and an atomizing device comprising the same are disclosed. The atomizing nozzle comprises a spray head and an atomizing nozzle body. The spray head is arranged in the atomizing nozzle body. A through hole in the spray head and a liquid through hole in the atomizing nozzle body form a liquid channel used for delivering liquid. An airtight air channel used for delivering a spiral air flow formed by air is formed in the surface of the spray head and intersects with the liquid channel at an end, provided with the through hole, of the spray head. An air flow is sprayed out via the air channel outside of the sprayer head to form a spiral vortex, so that a siphon suction force is generated to suck liquid in the liquid channel.

SPRAY TRAY DEVICE CAPABLE OF ROTATABLY SPRAYING DIE LUBRICANT

Provided a spray tray device capable of rotatably spraying a die lubricant, wherein a rotating driving mechanism drive the rotating shafts and the spray tray rotators to rotate, and several external nozzles are arranged on the spray tray rotators. The air pipe joints and the lubricant pipe joints respectively input compressed air and a lubricant into cavities, formed between the spray tray rotators and the connection sleeve bodies, through the nozzle connection pipes, and then the compressed air and the lubricant are sprayed out through the external nozzles. The device implements that the same dosage of the lubricant is uniformly sprayed into the surfaces of the maximum pitch circles of upper and lower dies.

HOSE BRACKET FOR TEXTURE SPRAYER

A peristaltic pump comprises a drive assembly, a hose pump, and a hose bracket. The drive assembly is rotatably disposed within a frame to move a roller along a pumping path with respect to the frame. The pump hose has rigid hose ends connected by a bendable hose section with limited flexibility tending to bias the pump hose towards a substantially unbent shape. The hose bracket has a rigid body with a first central opening sized to receive the rigid hose ends at first and second retention locations, such that the natural bias of the pump hose towards a substantially unbent shape retains the hose ends within the first and second retention locations, positioning the bendable hose section along the pumping path of the roller.

The present invention refers to a method for providing a liquid display displaying a selectable pattern (20-29, 45-48, 58-62) wherein a) either light rays (8, 79) emitted by a first emitter are characterized by at least one light parameter, with the light parameter being defined by a first light parameter defining the light rays (8, 79) as such, like the frequency and/or amplitude of the light, and/or by a second light parameter defining the emission of the light rays (8, 79), like the location, repetition rate, width and/or form of emission pulses of the light rays (8, 79), and light deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62, 82) emitted by a second emitter depend on the light parameter such that the emitted light deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62, 82) are tuned to the emitted light rays (8, 79) to create cinematographic light effects, b) or the light deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62, 82) emitted by the second emitter are characterized by at least one deflecting parameter, with the deflecting parameter being defined by a first deflecting parameter defining the characteristics of the deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62, 82) as such, like the material size, geometry, weight, amount, density, velocity, acceleration and/or kind of gas or solid material, and/or by a second deflecting parameter defining the emission of the deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62, 82), like the location, repetition rate, width and/or form of emission pulses of the light deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62), and the light rays (8, 79) emitter by the first emitter depending on the deflecting parameter such that the emitted light rays (8, 79) are tuned to the emitted light deflecting means (17-19, 39-43, 60-62) to create cinematographic light effects.

MATERIAL SPRAY GUN

A spray gun includes a gun body and valves configured to control flow of material and air through the gun body. A trigger is mounted to the gun body and is disposed relative to the valves such that the trigger actuates the valves in sequence to begin air flow and material flow. A sensor senses when the trigger is in an actuated state and the sensor causes a pump to begin pumping material to the spray gun. Release of the trigger causes the trigger to leave the actuated state. A detent mechanism holes the trigger in a detent state intermediate the actuated state and a resting state. The sensor does not sense the trigger with the trigger in the detent state. The trigger maintains the valves open with the trigger in the detent state.
