The present disclosure relates to a bioprinter spray head assembly and a bioprinter, wherein the bioprinter spray head assembly comprises an outer nozzle having a second channel and an inner nozzle having a first channel, the inner nozzle is coaxially provided within the second channel, the first channel forms a first material channel, and an annular space between the outer nozzle and the inner nozzle forms a second material channel, which surrounds the first material channel at an outlet of the first material channel, for converging a second material sprayed from an outlet of the second material channel toward a first material sprayed from the outlet of the first material channel, so as to form a fluid printing unit. Such spray head assembly can allow that the second material uniformly wraps the first material at the outlet of the spray head assembly, so as to form a fluid printing unit having a high quality to protect the cells, thereby reducing the cell damage caused by the extrusion pressure and the frictional force subjected in the printing process, so as to improve the survival rate of the cells.

FLAVOR AND ADDITIVE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR BEVERAGE DISPENSERS

Flavor and additive delivery systems and methods for beverage dispensers are disclosed. An example beverage dispenser includes flavor containers configured to contain flavor mixtures, flavor tags each of which is fixed to a respective one of the flavor containers, flavor sensors each of which is positioned to read tag information from a respective one of the flavor tags to monitor the respective one of the flavor containers, memory configured to store instructions related to dispensing water and the flavor mixtures, and a processor. The processor is configured to detect, based on the tag information collected by the flavor sensors, whether any of the flavor containers is at least one of expired, counterfeit, or out-of-position. The processor is configured to disable use of each of the flavor containers that are detected to be at least one of expired, counterfeit, or out-of-position.

ACTIVE SUBSTANCE SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR AN AGRICULTURAL SPRAYER

The invention relates to an active substance supply system for an agricultural sprayer, having a main liquid circuit which comprises a reservoir for a main liquid and permits circulation of the main liquid, where the main liquid circuit comprises one or more distribution sections which are each configured to distribute to several dispensing elements a spray liquid to be dispensed, and a feed system which is connected to the main liquid circuit and in which the main liquid is mixed with at least one separately supplied active substance to form a liquid active substance mixture, where the active substance supply system is configured to introduce the active substance mixture into the one or more distribution sections at several places.

Continuous vertical spraying of bodies such as cans

A vertical internal coating machine is taught, which may be used with bodies such as cans (2 piece, 3 piece, draw, redraw) and including cylinders, containers and any similar body. In the machine cans or similar bodies are sprayed with the star wheel in continuous motion without stopping and starting. The machine teaches that a plurality of spray guns may be provided for each pocket of the star wheel. By means of the machine an improved line layout is devised which may eliminate the need to raise the bodies immediately prior to a necker by allowing the vertical can internal coating machine and internal bake oven to be disposed on any level of the facility, upper, lower, mezzanine, etc. In green aspects, the machine may use negative pressure cabinets/hoods and positive pressure tunnels to entrain volatile organic chemicals emitted by the spray guns and coated bodies and may send these VOCs to a VOC destruction device, such as an oven.

ACTIVE SUBSTANCE SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR AN ADRICULTURAL SPRAYER

Application device and method for applying a multicomponent coating medium

An application device for the application in series of a paint or other coating compositions to motor vehicle bodies or add-on parts thereof has a nozzle print head which contains a plurality of nozzles arranged, for example, in one or more rows, which apply the coating composition to the surface to be coated as continuous jets or individual drops. The nozzle print head is arranged on a multi-axis coating robot. In contrast to application devices of this type known hitherto, the coating composition consists of at least two components which are to be mixed together, such as, for example, 2K paint, which are fed to the nozzle print head via separate supply lines for jointly supplying the nozzles.

Multi-orifice nozzle for droplet atomization
11383254 · 2022-07-12 · ·

A method of atomizing a liquid comprising providing the liquid to a liquid duct in a dispensing body, providing a gas to a gas duct in the dispensing body, and introducing the liquid into a head via a plurality of liquid duct channels. The method further includes introducing the gas into a pressure chamber of a pressure cap, the pressure cap positioned proximate the dispensing body such that the head is positioned between the pressure cap and the dispensing body. The gas is expelled through a plurality of pressure chamber exit orifices, the pressure chamber exit orifices positioned proximate a plurality of liquid supply channel exit openings via an alignment spacer defined on the head. The method includes expelling the liquid from the liquid supply channel exit openings and through the pressure chamber exit orifices, such that the liquid and the gas interact and form atomized droplets of the liquid.
