A gas atomization nozzle includes a through-hole formed along a center line; a nozzle portion configured of a Laval nozzle which is disposed around the center line and provided to be inclined at a predetermined angle toward the center line; and swirling motion imparting means for imparting a swirling flow around the center line to gas which is injected from the nozzle portion. The nozzle portion is formed in a ring shape which is continuous around the center line, and the swirling motion imparting means is configured as a fin provided in the nozzle portion to impart a swirling flow.
FLOW CONTROL VALVE AND SYSTEM FOR CLEANING A VEHICLE SURFACE
The present disclosure provides a flow control valve for controlling the flow of a cleaning media, such as controlling the flow of cleaning media to a nozzle positioned to distribute the cleaning media to a vehicle surface. The flow control valve includes a plunger and a flexible diaphragm which operate to open and close the a fluid passage through the valve. Vehicles and systems incorporating a flow control valve are also provided.
CHEMICAL LIQUID SPRAYING APPARATUS
A chemical liquid spraying apparatus suitable for disinfecting and sterilizing a large space, comprising: a case equipped with a pressurized chemical liquid tank and a compressor; an extension connecting pipe including a compressed air pipe through which a part of compressed air supplied from the compressor flows, and a pressurized chemical liquid pipe through which a chemical liquid pressurized by a rest part of the compressed air supplied from the compressor flows from the pressurized chemical liquid tank; and a two-fluid nozzle attached to a distal end of the extension connecting pipe; wherein the two-fluid nozzle comprises a compressed air passage connected to the compressed air pipe and a pressurized chemical liquid passage connected to the pressurized chemical liquid pipe, and is configured that the compressed air and the pressurized chemical liquid are mixed and ejected.
SPRAY APPARATUS FOR SPRAYING WATER AND DISCHARGING RESIDUAL WATER AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a spray apparatus and a method for controlling the spray apparatus in a system for controlling special effects in a 4D movie theater that are configured to spray water therefrom to provide rain and wind special effects, and more particularly, to a spray apparatus and a method for controlling the spray apparatus that are configured to drain the residual water remaining therein to the outside just after driving stops, while being engagedly operated with a content reproduced in a movie theater to provide rain and wind special effects for customers.
NOZZLE DEVICE FOR DISPENSING TWO APPROACHING JETS OF A MEDIUM TO BE DISPENSED
The disclosure relates to a nozzle device for emitting an emission medium onto a component, preferably for emitting the emission medium onto two side faces and preferably an end face of a fold, an edge or a transition joint of the component. The nozzle device comprises an opening configuration for emitting the emission medium and is distinguished particularly in that the opening configuration comprises at least two openings for emitting at least two jets of the emission medium and the at least two openings are oriented inwardly so that the at least two jets approach one another toward the emission side.
NANOFIBER MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND HEAD USED FOR SAME
An object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for producing nanofibers and a nozzle head use for the same which can be manufactured by drilling and is capable of efficiently carrying molten resin on a gas flow.
A nozzle head 20 of an apparatus for producing nanofibers 1 comprises a raw material discharge surface 22 on which a raw material flow passage 25 for discharging a liquid raw material is arranged, and a gas discharge surface 23 which is arranged with an angle (0<90) toward the raw material discharge surface 22 and on which a gas flow passage 26 for ejecting gas is arranged. The raw material flow passage 25 is orthogonal to the raw material discharge surface 22, the gas flow passage 26 is orthogonal to the gas discharge surface 23, and the raw material flow passage 25 and the gas flow passage 26 are arranged so that the liquid raw material discharged from the raw material flow passage 25 meets gas ejected from the gas flow passage 26.
DEVICE FOR COATING CYLINDER
A device for coating a cylinder includes a coating head capable of being inserted into the cylinder, a plurality of coating guns which are provided on the coating head and are configured to discharge a coating material in a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the coating head, and a rotating cover which, when the coating material is discharged from one of a first coating gun and a second coating gun among the plurality of coating guns, is configured to cover the other of the first coating gun and the second coating gun, in which the plurality of coating guns are connected to coating material supply devices of different systems, respectively.
Spray nozzle using advanced oxidation
A method for dispensing a sanitizing composition comprising a carrier fluid involves passing a carrier fluid under pressure through a nozzle and a chamber mounted to the nozzle. The chamber receives the carrier fluid from the nozzle and has an opening on an opposite side from the nozzle through which the carrier fluid exits the chamber. Ozone is provided to an interior of the chamber in the presence of the carrier fluid, and is irradiated with ultraviolet radiation as the carrier fluid and the ozone pass through an interior of the chamber.
Film-forming apparatus to form a film on a substrate
A film forming apparatus includes a spray nozzle, a first chamber, a first gas supply port, a second chamber, a through hole, and a mist outlet. A solution transformed into droplets that is to be sprayed from the spray nozzle is housed in the first chamber and transformed into a mist in the first chamber by gas injected from the first gas supply port. The solution in mist form moves from the first chamber through the through hole to the second chamber and is misted onto a substrate from the mist outlet of the second chamber.
Spraying Process for Coating a Substrate
In a spraying process for coating a substrate with a substance atomised in a stream of gas, a spray head is used to generate a stream of gas that acts upon the substrate. The substance is present in a syringe-like application container equipped with an application tip. The application tip of the application container containing the substance is introduced into the stream of gas outside the spray head at a distance therefrom and transversely with respect to the main direction of flow of the stream of gas, and the substance is introduced from the application container into the stream of gas at that location.
