An improved nozzle includes a nozzle body having a conical portion and a lower portion. The nozzle is used for irrigating nasal cavities and sinuses. Passageways for fluid are disposed in the conical portion, and fluting is provided on the lower portion to facilitate manual grasping. In one embodiment, each of the passageways is formed as a bore having a central axis aligned at a specific angle to a centerline of the nozzle body. In one embodiment, the passageways are evenly spaced about the central axis, and the specific angle is at 45 degrees.

Dispensing head (1) intended to be fitted on a container that contains at least one product to be dispensed, this dispensing head comprising: a body (3) that is open at its two opposite axial ends, an engaging part (10) that is open at its two opposite axial ends, at least partially defining a dispensing orifice.

CIRCUMFERENTIAL AEROSOL DEVICE

The present application discloses devices and methods for delivering a therapeutic compound to the olfactory epithelium of an animal or human. The device having one or more channels for imparting a circumferential and axial velocity to the discharged fluid, and an outlet that discharges an aerosol spray having a circumferential and axial velocity as it enters the nasal cavity of a user. The device is designed to displace the air in the upper nasal cavity in order to specifically deposit a therapeutic agent on the olfactory epithelium while minimizing pressure and discomfort experienced by the user.

A fluid dispenser head including a spray wall (1) that defines a central axis (X) and that is perforated with holes (O1, O2) through which the fluid under pressure passes so as to form jets of fluid, the holes (O1, O2) extend along axes (Y1, Y2) that correspond to the path of the jets of fluid; the dispenser head being characterized in that at least some of the axes (Y1, Y2) intersect, such that the jets of fluid that extend along the intersecting axes (Y1, Y2) meet at at least one collision point (P).

COATING SYSTEM AND METHOD

An atomizing spray device includes a housing having inlets that receive a first fluid and a slurry of ceramic particles and a second fluid. The inlets are fluidly coupled with outlets by an interior chamber that mixes the first fluid with the slurry to form a primary mixture of the first fluid and first atomized droplets of the slurry. A first outlet on a first side of the housing and a second outlet on the first side of the housing are shaped to change the primary mixture to form a secondary mixture of the first fluid and second atomized droplets of the slurry. The first outlet sprays the secondary mixture onto a first surface as a first layer of coating and the second outlet sprays the secondary mixture onto the first surface as a second layer of coating while the housing moves in a direction along the first surface.

Aspects of the invention include a nozzle assembly having a housing configured for attachment to the wall of the vessel. The housing has a proximal end portion and a distal end portion spaced from the proximal end portion along a length of the housing. The housing defines a passageway extending from the proximal end portion to the distal end portion, which is delineated by an inner surface of the housing. The nozzle assembly further includes a nozzle that has a base portion adapted for coupling to the housing, a shaft portion that extends from the base portion, and a tip portion coupled to the shaft portion of the nozzle. The tip portion defines a plurality of orifices. The nozzle also has an outer surface extending along a length of the nozzle that is spaced from the inner surface of the housing to create a gap when the nozzle is coupled to the housing.

Adjustable Cantilevered Paint Actuation System

A surface treatment assembly for treating a contoured surface includes a surface treatment array formed from a plurality of base structures, each base structure operably coupled to a first phalange structure and a first phalange structure first end. A second phalange structure operatively coupled to each first phalange structure and a phalange joint disposed between each first phalange structure and each second phalange, thereby forming a finger structure. Moreover, at least one applicator head is coupled to a second phalange structure second end of each finger structure and configured to treat the contoured surface. A base structure actuator and a phalange joint actuator operatively coupled to and configured to manipulate the first phalange structure and the second phalange of each finger structure to adjust the surface treatment array relative to the contoured surface.

SHOWERHEAD WITH SCANNER NOZZLES

A showerhead assembly including a plurality of scanner nozzles. Each scanner nozzle includes an oscillation chamber fluidly coupled to an inlet aperture and an outlet aperture, and configured to discharge a random sweeping jet from the outlet aperture over a coverage area.
