A steam atomizing liquid spraying system which in the preferred embodiment includes a spray nozzle assembly having a central liquid passageway for coupling to a liquid supply and a plurality of spray nozzles each removably mounted in the nozzle body and having a respective central steam passage communicating with a steam supply. The spray nozzles each further have a plurality of circumferentially spaced liquid accelerating passages that communicate with a respective angled passage of the nozzle body which in turn communicates with the central liquid supply passageway for directing liquid into the central steam passage of the spray nozzle for interaction with steam directed through the central steam passage and atomization of liquid discharging from the spray nozzle. In an alternative embodiment, a single spray nozzle insert is utilized.

Electrostatic spray drying nozzle assembly

An electrostatic sprayer operable at high flow rates and low pressures particularly suitable for spray drying. The sprayer includes an elongated body having a downstream spray nozzle assembly through which electrically charged liquid is directed via a central feed tube within the nozzle body and atomizing air is supplied via an annular passage about the liquid feed tube. In one embodiment, the nozzle assembly is an external mix cluster head spray nozzle assembly having a plurality of circumferentially spaced metallic spray tips. In another embodiment, the spray nozzle is an internal mix nozzle assembly having a spray tip with an internal mixing chamber for atomizing liquid prior to discharge.

Automatic adhesive spraying control system for progressive die of motor iron core of new energy vehicle

The present invention discloses an automatic adhesive spraying control system for a progressive die of a motor lamination core of a new energy vehicle. During stamping of the progressive die, a nozzle is moved downward under the effect of downward movement of a steel strip, such that a gap is defined between a side wall of a conical head of the nozzle and an inner side wall of a first conical hole of the nozzle. An ejecting hole ejects an adhesive subjected to air pressure regulation, such that different gas pressures can be used for adhesive spots and adhesive channels at different positions.
