VAPORIZATION DEVICE, VAPORIZATION DEVICE CONTROL METHOD, STORAGE MEDIUM FOR VAPORIZATION DEVICE PROGRAM, AND FLUID CONTROL DEVICE
A vaporization device is provided with a control valve on a flow path along which flows a liquid material, a vaporizing portion in which the liquid material is vaporized by decompression or heating, a liquid flow rate sensor that measures a flow rate of a liquid material flowing along the flow path, and a valve controller that controls the control valve using PI control or PID control that is based on a set value showing a set flow rate and on a measurement value of the flow rate that is measured by the liquid flow rate sensor. The vaporization device is configured to, during a transient response period of the flow rate that is measured by the liquid flow rate sensor, switch the integral gain set in the valve controller from a reference integral gain to a corrected integral gain that is different from the reference integral gain.
SPOOL VALVE FOR POLYURETHANE FOAM DISPENSER
A foam dispenser having a metal housing has a spool valve socket therein. A metal handle extends from the housing. A spool valve is disposable within the spool valve socket. A trigger couplable to the spool valve enables the spool valve to be rotated between open and closed orientations within the housing. The spool valve has internal channels for selectively passing liquids through the spool valve in the open orientation and not in the closed orientation. The spool valve also has a channel for selectively passing a gas through the spool valve in both the open and closed orientations.
Filtering fluid dispensing device
A fluid dispensing device has a spool valve in a dispenser housing with a spool in a spool housing and a spool wall around the spool housing with entrance and an exit openings defined therethrough; an entrance channel in the dispenser housing proximate to the spool wall entrance opening; a force applying element in the entrance channel that applies force against the spool wall with entrance and exit ends with the exit end proximate to the spool wall; a hose adapter fitting with an entrance end extending out from and an exit end extending into the entrance and contacting the force applying element with a flow passage extending through it; and fluid communication through the hose adapter fitting flow passage through the force applying element and into an entrance opening in the spool wall; where the force applying element defines a tortuous path through which fluid must travel.
Material spray gun
A spray gun includes a gun body and valves configured to control flow of material and air through the gun body. A trigger is mounted to the gun body and is disposed relative to the valves such that the trigger actuates the valves in sequence to begin air flow and material flow. A sensor senses when the trigger is in an actuated state and the sensor causes a pump to begin pumping material to the spray gun. Release of the trigger causes the trigger to leave the actuated state. A detent mechanism holes the trigger in a detent state intermediate the actuated state and a resting state. The sensor does not sense the trigger with the trigger in the detent state. The trigger maintains the valves open with the trigger in the detent state.
Sprayer for Mixed Solution and Water
A sprayer for mixed solution and water is revealed. The sprayer can be used for cleaning objects, spraying mixed solution for agricultural purposes, and so on. The mixed solution is formed by liquid mixed with water, while the liquid can be fertilizers, pesticides, detergents, and etc. The sprayer can selectively spray out the mixed solution or water only.
Sprayer Able to Adjust Flow of Mixed Solution and Water
A sprayer able to adjust a flow of mixed solution and water is revealed. The sprayer can be used for cleaning objects, spraying mixed solution for agricultural purposes, and so on. The mixed solution is formed by liquid mixed with water while the liquid can be fertilizers, pesticides, detergents, and etc. The sprayer not only can spray out the mixed solution or water selectively, but also can adjust concentration and flow of the liquid.
Pumping system and method for 3D printing
A three-dimensional (3D) printing system and method for printing with the 3D system. The 3D system includes a pneumatic dispense gun for mixing a thermoset resin and catalyst and dispensing a catalyzed resin to a rotary dispense valve for application of the catalyzed resin to a substrate on a movable table. The dispense gun contains a catalyst injection unit and a mixer for mixing the catalyst with the thermoset resin. The mixer is downstream of the catalyst injection unit and the catalyst injection unit includes a catalyst injector and a distribution ring surrounding the catalyst injector. One or more first pumps are provided for pumping the thermoset resin from a storage container to the pneumatic dispense gun. A second pump is provided for pumping the catalyst from a storage container to the dispense gun.
AUTOMATED DEPOSITION OF MICROFILMS, SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The implementations include a system configured to automatically deposit a variable film of an inoculant containing one or more pathogens, the system including: a base configured with a receptacle for a removable chamber; a liquid inlet receiver configured to provide the inoculant from a liquid inlet thereon to the removable chamber; a gas inlet configured to provide a pressurized gas from a gas tank to the removable chamber; and an adjustable nozzle configured to spray the inoculant from the liquid inlet and under the pressurized gas from the gas inlet.
Backpack sprayer
A backpack sprayer includes a housing, a spray nozzle assembly, a fan assembly and a switch assembly. The housing is configured to contain a liquid. The spray nozzle assembly is communicated with the housing, and is configured to spray the liquid out from the housing. The fan assembly is connected to the spray nozzle assembly, and is configured to provide the spray nozzle assembly with power to spray the liquid out from the housing. The switch assembly is connected to the spray nozzle assembly and electrically connected to the fan assembly, and is configured to control opening and closing of the spray nozzle assembly and start and shutdown of the fan assembly simultaneously.
