SPRAYING VESSEL CAPABLE OF RELIEVING OVERPRESSURE AND VALVE ASSEMBLY THEREOF
The present invention relates to a spraying vessel and a valve assembly comprising the same, the spraying vessel comprising: a housing provided with an upper sealing cap for sealing an upper portion and a receiving space for receiving contents; a mount cup, mounted on the upper sealing cap, having a through hole formed in a central portion thereof; a stem housing provided with a mounting portion, mounted to the mount cup, having a hollow portion formed therein, and a communication flow path for making the hollow portion be in communication with the receiving space; a valve stem which is installed to pass through the through hole and slide in the hollow portion, and is provided with an orifice being configured to selectively communicate with the hollow portion by a sliding motion; and a flow path blocking valve formed to block an inlet of the communication flow path.
PUMPING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR 3D PRINTING
A three-dimensional (3D) printing system and method for printing with the 3D system. The 3D system includes a pneumatic dispense gun for mixing a thermoset resin and catalyst and dispensing a catalyzed resin to a rotary dispense valve for application of the catalyzed resin to a substrate on a movable table. The dispense gun contains a catalyst injection unit and a mixer for mixing the catalyst with the thermoset resin. The mixer is downstream of the catalyst injection unit and the catalyst injection unit includes a catalyst injector and a distribution ring surrounding the catalyst injector. One or more first pumps are provided for pumping the thermoset resin from a storage container to the pneumatic dispense gun. A second pump is provided for pumping the catalyst from a storage container to the dispense gun.
Fluid regulation system
A system includes a spray tool including a trigger and a sensor. The system includes a fluid regulation system including a container configured to store a coating material and a pump configured to control a flow of the coating material. The system includes a pump control system including a controller configured to change an operating parameter of the pump distributing the coating material in response to an input from the sensor. The pump control system is coupled to the fluid regulation system.
Multi-cartridge drain guns, accessories therefor, and methods of use and manufacture thereof
A drain gun includes a handle and a trigger. The handle includes a channel and a plurality of inlets. The inlets feed the channel. The trigger causes a staged release of a plurality of fluids from a plurality of cartridges to the channel via the inlets when the cartridges are stored in the handle and feeding the inlets.
MATERIAL SPRAY GUN
A spray gun includes a gun body and valves configured to control flow of material and air through the gun body. A trigger is mounted to the gun body and is disposed relative to the valves such that the trigger actuates the valves in sequence to begin air flow and material flow. A sensor senses when the trigger is in an actuated state and the sensor causes a pump to begin pumping material to the spray gun. Release of the trigger causes the trigger to leave the actuated state. A detent mechanism holes the trigger in a detent state intermediate the actuated state and a resting state. The sensor does not sense the trigger with the trigger in the detent state. The trigger maintains the valves open with the trigger in the detent state.
System and method of delivering reactive fluids to an applicator
The present invention relates to a system of delivering at least two different reactive fluids to an applicator utilizing a pressurized gas. A method of delivery is also disclosed.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF DELIVERING REACTIVE FLUIDS TO AN APPLICATOR
The present invention relates to a system of delivering at least two different reactive fluids to an applicator utilizing a pressurized gas. A method of delivery is also disclosed.
SHOWER DEVICE
The shower device according to the present invention comprises a main flow path connecting the shower hose and the shower head portion, having a central portion extending in an up-downstream direction, and guiding water from the shower hose to the shower head portion. And a main body provided to detachable a cartridge having an inner space formed therein to an outer diameter side of the central portion, and forming a secondary flow path for guiding water from the main flow path to the cartridge.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL SHOWER HEAD ATTACHMENT DEVICE WITH SUCTION AND PRESSURE CAPABILITY
A multi-functional shower head attachment device with suction and pressure capabilities enables users to induce a pressurized flow of liquid, or suction with handheld device selectively removably couplable to a conventional shower head. The device includes a housing containing a fluid transport network that is selectively manipulated along a valve translation path to selectively induce a negative pressure vacuum, and a pressurized discharge of fluid. The vacuum is generated as the pressurized fluid is diverted through a configuration of conduits, past a venturi channel and through a secondary exit port; thereby creating the vacuum through adjacent, fluidly coupled conduits. The pressurized fluid discharge is generated as the incoming pressurized fluid is diverted directly through a series of conduits to an exit port. The housing is coupled to a handheld suction and pressure housing assembly through which the user washes, removes acne/oils, etc., with both suction and pressurized fluid discharge.
TECHNOLOGIES FOR FOAM FORMATION AND OUTPUT
A foam output device, such as a dispenser, a gun, a turreted cannon, a hose adapter, an aerosol can, or others. The foam output device includes a valve configured to switch between a first mode and a second mode. The valve is configured to simultaneously receive a plurality of compositions and a fluid during the first mode such that the compositions and the fluid are able to react with each other within the valve to form a foam thereby. The valve is configured to prevent the compositions and the fluid from reacting with each other in the valve during the second mode.
