DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING CONCENTRATION OF WATER-SOLUBLE SUBSTANCE IN SOLUTION
This disclosure recites a device that includes a body and a coupling near a first end of the body configured to attach to a water source. The device also includes interior tubing inside the body that includes a base portion that receives water into the device via the coupling, a fork that separates the base into a first path and a second path, and an end portion that combines the first and second paths. The device further includes a compartment along the second path that holds a solid, water-soluble substance. The device also includes a first dial that controls an amount of the water that enters the first and second paths. The device further includes a second dial that controls a rate that the water passes through the compartment. The device also includes a nozzle near a second end of the body.
WET/DRY HOSE END SPRAYER
A sprayer head may be removably mounted onto a concentrate tank of a hose end sprayer. The sprayer head may include a valve assembly having a valve body having a first axis of rotation selectively movable between a closed orientation, a wet mode orientation, and a dry mode orientation. A metering plate may include a first annular series of spaced-apart flow-metering holes with each successive respective flow-metering hole has an increasing hole diameter adapted to withdraw a selectively adjustable amount of a concentrate from the concentrate tank when the valve body is in either the wet mode orientation or the dry mode orientation. The metering plate has a second axis of rotation which is non-coaxial with the first axis of rotation.
Dispensing assembly including an additive mixing device
A dispensing system includes a container containing a flowable base formulation to be dispensed, an additive mixing device, and an actuable pump engine which draws the flowable base formulation from the container and pumps it through the mixing device. The additive mixing device includes a body with an internal cavity, an additive ingredient within the cavity, and a flow path/mixing chamber between an input and an output. With each pump of the device the additive ingredient is introduced into, and mixed with, a flow of the base formulation traveling through the mixing device. Multiple additive mixing devices may be interchangeable for different formulations, and the mixing devices may be refillable.
Wet/dry hose end sprayer
A hose end sprayer includes a concentrate tank and a sprayer head. The sprayer head has an inlet end, an outlet end and a flow tube, along with a suction tube and a valve. When the sprayer head is closed, neither the first nor the second flow orifice communicates with the flow opening and the concentrate opening is closed by the valve body. When the sprayer head is in wet mode, the vent opening communicates with the concentrate opening as concentrate is drawn into the flow tube. When the sprayer head is in dry mode, the concentrate orifice communicates with the concentrate opening to direct a portion of the fluid into the concentrate tank. A metering plate injects a selectively adjustable amount of concentrate into the fluid stream. The sprayer head may further include a concentrate basket to hold a dry product within the concentrate tank.
SPRAY WAND
A spray wand for use with a chemical or chemical formulation in solid form. The spray wand has a spray wand body having a hollow tube with an angled wand spray end, a spray end selector attached to the angled wand spray end, a wand hose end screen inserted into or otherwise attached to the hollow tube of the spray wand body, and a wand hose end connected to the spray wand body. The wand hose end has a wand hose end valve for control of water flow from a hose. A refill cartridge having a swirl chamber may be attached to the hollow tube. The refill cartridge has external channels or grooves on its external surface as a water rinse feature for the spray wand.
Directionally adjustable foam generating attachment for a hose
A foam generating spray nozzle for water jet hose attachments having an adjustable spray nozzle that provides incremental directional nozzle outlet adjustment. A cleaning mixture reservoir having premeasured dissolvable cleaning product pod receivable within in fluid communication with the nozzle assembly. Selective cleaning product mix reservoir access provides fluid reservoir product to the nozzle fluid stream under metered acceleration and aeration foam prior to direct outlet nozzle directional adjustment and spray stream deflector downstream thereof.
SHAMPOO BOTTLE WITH REPLACEABLE COLOR CARTRIDGES
A bottle includes a squeezable main chamber configured to dispense a bulk liquid; a cap that dispenses the bulk liquid; and a bulkhead between the main chamber and cap, wherein the bulkhead supports a cartridge containing an additive liquid that is dosed into the bulk liquid.
System for dispensing controlled and selective amounts of chemical salt compositions
A chemical salt composition dispensing system allows chemical salt composition mixtures to be applied to a user. The dispensing system includes a mixing chamber releasing a mixture onto a user at a predetermined and controlled flow rate. The dispensing system may include one or two shelves mounted within a tubular container to permit flow through the first ring or flow through one sieve member to a second sieve member mounted below the first sieve member and further permits passage of the liquid flow onto the body of the user.
SPRAY WAND
A spray wand for use with a chemical or chemical formulation in solid form. The wand hose end has a wand hose end valve for control of water flow from a hose. A refill cartridge having a swirl chamber may be attached to the hollow tube. The refill cartridge has at least one nub, indent and/or external channel or groove on its external surface.
