Measuring and mixing devices
The invention relates to a measuring and mixing device including a cartridge holder (1) and a cartridge (2), a flat, at least form-fit connection being mounted between the cartridge and the cartridge holder. The invention also relates to a method for coating substrates with two or multi-component coating agents, in which the measuring and mixing device is used.
DEVICE FOR DISPENSING A FLUID PRODUCT
A device for dispensing a fluid product, having a body with a dispensing orifice, two removable reservoirs each containing a single dose of fluid product, a dispensing mechanism, and an actuating mechanism. The reservoirs are closed before the dispensing device is actuated. The body has a mechanism for opening each reservoir and adapted to open the reservoirs during actuation of the device. The reservoirs each form a sealed unit which is separate from said body, each reservoir filled with a respective fluid product and hermetically sealed before installed in the body. The body has a receiving mechanism for lateral installation of the reservoirs in the body.
DISPENSER
Dispensers are disclosed that are adapted to be coupled to a reservoir to dispense a fluid contained in the reservoir. A dispenser includes a pump having a pump chamber, an intake conduit, a discharge conduit, and a pulsation dampener. The pulsation dampener includes a housing with an interior volume and an opening. Further, the pulsation dampener includes a spring biased movable piston located in the interior volume and defines a variable volume headspace between the piston and the opening of the pulsation dampener, the opening being in fluid communication with the discharge conduit.
DEVICE FOR FIBRIN-BIOPOLYMER-FORMING SUBSTANCE APPLICATION
The two devices described allow for greater control over application of a fibrin biopolymer and yet remain simple enough to be used by both medical personnel and by non-medical workers. One of the devices includes chambers where components necessary for formation of a fibrin biopolymer are stored and are pushed by plungers connected to an actuator upon the actuator receiving pressure from the user, with the components mixing in a chamber within the device and flowing out of a tube connected to the mixing chamber before formation of the fibrin biopolymer is completed. The other device dispenses formulations that include components necessary for formations of a fibrin biopolymer onto a skin of a patient using one or more propellants, with the formation of the fibrin biopolymer being initiated after the formulations are dispensed on the patient's skin and are intentionally mixed together.
Cup liner and a fitting for a spray gun
A cup liner for a cup of a spray gun includes a fluid reservoir portion that defines a reservoir and includes a divider portion dividing the reservoir into two or more compartments. Each compartment contains a fluid to be dispensed by the spray gun and keeps the fluids separated from fluids held by other compartments. In addition, a fitting for a spray gun includes two or more inlet interfaces and an outlet interface. Each inlet interface couples to a fluid source and the outlet couples to the spray gun such that the fitting provides fluid communication between each fluid source and the spray gun. This permits the spray gun to spray a mixture of the fluids.
Natural-based liquid composition and electronic vaporizing devices for using such composition
The present disclosure is directed to a natural-based liquid composition for use with electronic vaporizing devices. The present disclosure is also directed to electronic vaporizing devices for using such composition. In one embodiment, the liquid compositions are water-based and are substantially free of propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin. In a preferred embodiment, the compositions may be augmented to include additives such as medicines, wellness elements, supplements, recreational elements, and natural elements performing the role of emulsifiers. The present disclosure is also directed to electronic vaporizing devices for vaporizing a natural-based liquid composition. The electronic vaporizing device may include the functionality to create specified or custom mixtures of a vaporizable material for the vaporizing thereof.
METHODS OF APPLYING A RAPID CURE SEALANT TO AN AIRCRAFT SURFACE
Applicant discloses a novel method of spray applying multiple courses of a rapid cure, two part polymer sealant to an aircraft surface. The method sometimes uses a two part polymer mix for use in the aircraft industry that is applied with pneumatic mix and spray gun. The two part cartridge is used in the mix and spray gun so the mix is applied immediately upon mixing, but the two components are kept separated unless the gun is applying the mix. The multiple courses cure to form a clear sealant that allows for inspection of cracks and corrosion beneath the sealant. It cures quickly so that the coated part may be further processed, for example in the assembly line during aircraft build. Applicant further discloses multiple spray gun systems for applying such a two-part polymer mix to aircraft parts.
MULTI-NOZZLE SPRAY DISK FOR AUTOMATIC MAKEUP MACHINE
A spray disk includes multiple nozzles at an outer perimeter of the spray disk, a center hole, and multiple partitions. The partitions are arranged around the center hole and have the center hole as an inner perimeter. Each partition includes an air inlet to receive compressed air, a liquid tank to store a liquid, and a corresponding nozzle from which to spray the liquid with the compressed air. The spray disk can be used in an automatic makeup machine.
Spray Head With Radially Separable Segments
A spray head for atomising fluid ejected from a fluid conduit, the spray head comprising: a body having a longitudinal bore for receiving the fluid conduit such that a distal tip of the fluid conduit extends to a distal end of the longitudinal bore, the body being configured to direct a balanced flow of gaseous medium over the distal tip of the fluid conduit, when received within the longitudinal bore, so as to promote atomisation of the fluid as it is ejected from the distal tip of the fluid conduit, wherein the body comprises at least two radially separable segments, each of which defines part of the longitudinal bore, said at least two segments when combined forming said body having a longitudinal bore, whereby the fluid conduit is received within the longitudinal bore by locating said at least two segments around the fluid conduit.
SHOWER CADDY WITH HEATED FLUID DISPENSER, ADDITIVE INFUSER, AND/OR 4-WAY DIVERTER
A shower caddy includes a 4-way diverter for attachment to a shower arm and to divert water received from the shower arm to a circuit of pipes within the shower caddy. The shower caddy further includes a heating circuit within a basin. The basin holds bathing fluids, and the heating circuit transfers heat from water traveling via the circuit of pipes to the bathing fluids within the basin. The shower caddy further includes an additive infuser attached to the circuit of pipes that infuses an additive into the water flowing through the circuit of pipes when the additive infuser is activated by a user. The circuit of pipes is further connected to a showerhead that outputs the water received from the shower arm following it being used for the heating circuit and/or having an additive infused therein.
