Chemical injector for spray device
A spray device, such as one used with a pressure washer, includes a housing, a chemical container coupled to the housing, and a chemical conduit coupled to the container. The chemical conduit has an inlet and an outlet forming a chemical flow path therebetween. The spray device further includes a chemical flow controller allowing a user to adjust a chemical flow rate through the chemical conduit. Further, the spray device includes a water conduit forming a water flow path through the housing, the water conduit terminating at a spray orifice. The chemical flow path and the water flow path merge at a point proximate the orifice.
Back-mounted spray apparatus
A back-mounted spray apparatus includes a storage container shaped to receive therein liquid to be sprayed. The storage container includes a pair of side handles integrally formed therewith and a central handle therebetween and integrally formed therewith. Actuation of a spraying assembly of the apparatus causes the liquid from the storage container to be selectively sprayed outwards therefrom. The storage container has a lower or front peripheral portion that is arc-shaped in a direction extending between sides thereof according to one aspect. The backpack sprayer includes a frame member extending along a rear thereof and to which the storage container couples. The frame member has an aperture extending therethrough which is arc-shaped. A horizontal frame member is cantilevered from a vertical frame member according to another aspect. The storage container has a lower portion within an inwardly-facing channel shaped to receive and couple to the horizontal frame member.
Mist blower
A mist blower in one aspect of the present disclosure includes an air blower, an air feed pipe, a tank, a liquid feed pipe, a nozzle, a first electromagnetic valve, a controller, and a first manual switch. The first electromagnetic valve (i) opens the liquid feed pipe in response to the first electromagnetic valve being activated and (ii) closes the liquid feed pipe in response to the first electromagnetic valve being deactivated. The controller activates or deactivates the air blower and the first electromagnetic valve. The first manual switch (i) is manually moved by a user of the mist blower and (ii) commands the controller to activate or deactivate the air blower based on a movement of the first manual switch.
Mist blower and manufacturing method of liquid nozzle used for mist blower
A mist blower may include: a liquid nozzle configured to inject liquid stored in a liquid tank into an ejection tube. The liquid nozzle may include: an end surface disposed on a distal end of the liquid nozzle, an ejection opening being defined in the end surface; a side surface constituting at least a part of an outer shape of the liquid nozzle; and a corner part connecting the end surface and the side surface and constituting a corner of the liquid nozzle. At the corner part, a virtual end surface defined by extending the end surface and a virtual side surface defined by extending the side surface may intersect at a first point. Each of a distance from the first point to the end surface and a distance from the first point to the side surface may be equal to or less than 0.3 mm.
