FLUID DISPENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD

A system and method for dispensing a treatment fluid is provided. The system includes a surface maintenance machine, a fluid reservoir, an air blower, and one or more fluid dispensing systems. The one or more fluid dispensing systems each include one or more nozzles in fluid communication with the air blower. The air blower generates an air pressure and dispenses air through the one or more nozzles while the treatment fluid is dispensed through the one or nozzles. The dispensing of air and treatment fluid dispenses the treatment fluid in a mist, fog, or spray to a surface. A method for dispensing a treatment fluid is also provided. The method includes generating an electrically charged treatment fluid and dispensing the electrically charged treatment fluid from the one or more nozzles to a surface.

ESSENTIAL OIL ATOMIZER
20220001404 · 2022-01-06 · ·

An essential oil reflux-type atomizer comprising the following structures: chassis (10), housing (30), atomization chamber (310), gas pump (21), gas tube (22), gas nozzle (23), oil nozzle (24), filter atomization mechanism (40). The filter atomization mechanism (40) is installed in the housing (30) and has a plurality of filter housings (41). A lower end of each of the filter housings (40) has one or more through holes (411). When the gas nozzle (23) ejects an airflow, the airflow draws out the essential oil through the oil nozzle (24) to form a mixed airflow which passes through each of the filter housings (41) successively. Larger essential oil droplets in the airflow are filtered by each of the filter housings (41) to be recycled, while the atomized essential oil gas will pass through the through holes (411) of each of the filter housings to be dispensed. At the same time, the essential oil droplets in the through holes (411) are re-atomized by the airflow to improve the atomization performance The atomization chamber (310) comprises a guide board guiding the airflow from the gas nozzle (23) upwards towards the filter atomization mechanism (40).

Portable spray system

Infectious diseases may be acquired in public areas such as transportation terminals, shopping centers, schools, hospitals, restaurants and hotels. Large surface areas may be disinfected using a spray system to distribute a suitable fluid such as a disinfectant. Many existing spray systems are large and unwieldy causing operator fatigue. Some spray systems have large, heavy external tanks that provide fluid to the spray system using an external fluid hose. Disclosed is an improved portable spraying system that may be carried by a system operator. The improved system has a tank, a pump, a valve, a nozzle, and a fan all powered by a battery. The tank, the pump, and the battery are arranged to minimize operator fatigue. With the valve set to the priming position, fluid recirculates to prime the pump. Once the pump is primed, the valve is turned to the spray position to begin spraying.

Fastening unit and modules

A fastening unit, in particular a fastening unit for modules which are intended to supply a user of a breathing mask or breathing hood with breathable air, and to such modules. The fastening unit is designed to secure one module relative to another module, and has a first component part for assembly with the other module and a second component part for assembly with the module. The second component part is rotatable, by means of the first component part, about a predetermined angle relative to the first component part; and first and second subcomponents within the region of the defined angle can engage with each other in a plurality of positions.

Systems and methods for communication and control in fluid delivery systems

A fluid delivery system includes a smart hose. The smart hose includes a fluid conduit configured to deliver a fluid. The smart hose further includes a first electrically conductive element configured to deliver electricity through a length of the smart hose. The fluid delivery system further includes master hub disposed on a fluid delivery device. The fluid delivery system also includes at least one slave hub disposed on the smart hose and communicatively coupled to the master hub.

Light beam emission system

A light beam emission system includes: a blower that forms a flow path in which aerosol flows; and an emitter that emits a light beam. At least part of the light beam propagates along the flow path of the aerosol.

LIQUID SPRAY ASSEMBLY AND COMPATIBLE LIQUID FORMULATIONS

A liquid spray assembly (la) comprises a liquid spray apparatus and a liquid, for example a paint. The spray apparatus comprises a reservoir (100) for the coating liquid, a spray applicator (300), and means for urging liquid from the reservoir (100) to the spray applicator (300). At the outlet of the spray applicator (300) the liquid is atomised by a flow of primary pressurised gas; and downstream the atomised spray profile is modified by a flow of secondary pressurised gas. It has been determined that the effective use of this type of spray apparatus can be achieved by using a particular class of coating liquids, which have a defined solids content, viscosity and amount of an organic or organically modified thickener, of which over 50 wt% is an organic or organically modified associative thickener. A method of using the liquid spray apparatus is also described.
