Apparatus, Systems And Methods For Applying Fluidized Materials
Apparatus, systems and methods for applying fluidized materials to surfaces are encompassed by the present disclosure. The apparatus and systems can include a movable carriage supporting an applicator mount assembly that receives a fluidized material applicator for applying a fluidized material to a surface. The applicator system can move a fluidized material applicator in a reciprocating cycle along a horizontal path and allow for the pivotal rotation of the fluidized material applicator about a vertical axis while the applicator is applying a fluidized material to a surface. An accessory applicator system also is provided that can be used in conjunction with or separate and apart from the applicator system and can be used to apply a fluidized material to a surface via a roller, brush or similar non-spray applicator. The apparatus and systems encompassed by the present disclosure can be operated remotely away from the surface to which a fluidized material is applied.

CONTINUOUS FLOW INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS APPLICATOR DEVICE
The Invention is a spray gun device to apply a coating product: such as paint, stucco, and drywall mud, to any surface using positive air pressure through a material supply line connected to a sealed container holding the coating product, which has a removable pressure lid. The Invention has an air pressure system to provide pressurized compressed air to propel the coating product through the a material supply line to the spray gun, by producing pressurized compressed air through the compressor air hose from the air pressure source, into the interior compartment of the sealed container and to the spray gun. Clamps attaching to the outer side of the removable pressure lid and pressure regulators secure the removable pressure lid to the sealed container and allow for safe and effective use; and a chassis allows for transporting the entire device.
Paint application system
A paint spraying system is proposed with a paint spraying device with a paint spray gun with a fan for dispensing paint via a spray head, which paint spraying device is connected via a paint line to a base station with a connector to a paint reservoir. In order to achieve a low and uniform paint pressure which is required in the paint spray gun, the paint spray gun is equipped with a separate pressure reducing device and the base station is equipped with a pressure monitor, which pressure reducing device and pressure monitor perform a pressure regulation of the paint pressure in the system.
RECLAIMING PAINT CARTRIDGE DELIVERY CONTROL LIQUID
Systems described herein relate to reclaiming and reusing delivery control liquid (DCL) from a paint cartridge. In one embodiment, a system includes a cartridge mount to receive a paint cartridge that has a paint bag surrounded by a DCL region. The system also includes a mounting plate coupled to the cartridge mount. The mounting plate includes 1) an air inlet port to open an inlet check valve of the cartridge and introduce air into the DCL region and 2) an outlet port to open an outlet check valve of the cartridge and evacuate the DCL region. The system also includes a piston to depress the cartridge onto the mounting plate to open the inlet check valve and the outlet check valve.
Fluid dispensing systems
A variety of dispensing manifolds which are removable connectable to a single deformable container having a single exit portion are disclosed. The dispensing manifolds of the present disclosure provide a single deformable container having a single exit with one or more outlets from which a fluid can be controllably dispensed. The present disclosure also provides a single force generation mechanism, a deformable container holding a fluid or substance, and dispensing mechanisms all on one machine, i.e., a carrier; a system that may also include a pressurized air source that assists a flow of a fluid; and a system that allows for a continuous flow a substance. The systems of the present disclosure provide a deformable container and a method of dispensing wherein, during dispensing, an actuation member is continuously free of contact with the fluid or substance within the container and the actuation member only contacts the exterior surface of the deformable container.
Method for cooling and/or separating adhesively bonded components and/or removing adhesive residues from surfaces and jet apparatus herefor
In a cleaning method for removing adhesive residues from surfaces, in particular after separating an adhesive connection between adhesively joined partners, liquid carbon dioxide from a reservoir enters a jet apparatus and is guided there through a first dosing unit into an expansion chamber, wherein a cold-resistant liquid is then supplied to a mixture created in the expansion chamber from gaseous carbon dioxide and carbon dioxide particles and wherein the mixture, to which the cold-resistant liquid has been added, exits the jet apparatus via an outlet opening thereof. Furthermore, a jet apparatus removes adhesive residues from surfaces.
