WIRELESS ELECTROMECHANICAL DEVICE FOR DEMONSTRATING MULTIPLE FRAGRANCES OR AROMAS
Includes an electromechanical device (1), which acts like an electronic catalog for the olfactory testing of different fragrances or aromas, contained in an absorbent cylindrical element (2) inserted into individual cartridges (3), which are interchangeable and encased in a carousel (4), supported on central bearings (5) and radially moved by means of an electric motor (6) with reducer (7) and gearing (8) that acts in a circular rack (9). Upon receiving a command, via application, the carousel (4) turns positioning the cartridge (3), corresponding to the fragrance or aroma chosen, in front of the connector nozzle (10), thanks to a positioning sensor (S), which counts the turns of the shaft of the electric motor (6). Next, a mechanical actuator (11) formed by an electric motor (12), gearing (13) that acts in a straight rack (14), which in turn drives a drawing cane (15), which pushes, and then retracts the cartridge, (3) inside the connector nozzle (10), and jointly with the air flow coming from a flexible hose (16), from where the air inflated by a compressor (17) enters said cartridge (3), forces the emission of the scent by the outlet orifice (18) of the top (19) of the box (20), thus providing the user a reliable olfactory testing.
SPOOL VALVE FOR POLYURETHANE FOAM DISPENSER
A foam dispenser having a metal housing has a spool valve socket therein. A metal handle extends from the housing. A spool valve is disposable within the spool valve socket. A trigger couplable to the spool valve enables the spool valve to be rotated between open and closed orientations within the housing. The spool valve has internal channels for selectively passing liquids through the spool valve in the open orientation and not in the closed orientation. The spool valve also has a channel for selectively passing a gas through the spool valve in both the open and closed orientations.
METAL FOAM DISPENSER AND METHOD OF USE FOR POLYURETHANE FOAM DISPENSING
A foam dispenser having a metal housing has a spool valve socket therein. A metal handle extends from the housing. A spool valve is disposable within the spool valve socket. A trigger couplable to the spool valve enables the spool valve to be rotated between open and closed orientations within the housing. The spool valve has internal channels for selectively passing liquids through the spool valve in the open orientation and not in the closed orientation. The spool valve also has a channel for selectively passing a gas through the spool valve in both the open and closed orientations.
SPRAY FOAMS MADE FROM LOW PRESSURE PLURAL COMPONENT APPLICATOR SYSTEMS
Various examples are provided related to low pressure delivery, e.g., less than 250 psi at the point of application, of plural component system from unpressurized parts A and B material supplies. In one example, a system includes a polyurethane spray foam (SPF) raw material supply including parts A and B and a fluid handling system that can deliver the SPF raw material at low pressure to a metal spray gun in metered amounts through separate material fluid paths/conduits via a heated hose length and a whip hose. The fluid handling system can also deliver air at low pressure to the spray gun through separate air stream paths so that the air is communicated to the part A and B material conduits forward of the part A and B material input locations, where they are supplied separately to a mixing nozzle that is engaged at an end of the spray gun.
Substrate processing method
Productivity can be improved. A substrate processing method includes a processing liquid supplying process of supplying a processing liquid, which contains a volatile component and forms a film on a substrate, onto the substrate on which a pre-treatment, which requires atmosphere management or time management after the pre-treatment, is performed; and an accommodating process of accommodating, in a transfer container, the substrate on which the processing liquid is solidified or cured by volatilization of the volatile component.
Adhesive dispensing system and method
A dispenser system for applying multi-component adhesives or like substances to work surfaces in carpeting, roofing and like applications as well as a method of dispensing and applying multi-component adhesives to work surfaces.
SPRAY WAND
A plural component spray gun system for use with a reactor having a chemical supply, a heater, a pump and a compressor, includes a trigger module with a spool valve having an air inlet and an activating outlet and an deactivating outlet; and an air body connected to the trigger module by an intermediate extending portion and having a mixing chamber to combine pressurized chemical components upon activation of a piston by pressure from the activating outlet.
High-volume foam spray gun
A high-volume foam spray gun assembly having a mixing section comprising a chamber bore, and a mixing chamber movingly disposed within the chamber bore. The mixing chamber further includes a first lateral orifice, a second lateral orifice, a central mixing bore, and a central mixing bore outlet. The spray gun assembly is operable to spray a foam product out of the spray tip at a rate of in the range of about 10 lbs/min to about 100 lbs/min. The first lateral orifice has a first lateral orifice diameter in the range of at least greater than 0.1 inches. The second lateral orifice has a second lateral orifice diameter in the range of at least greater than 0.1 inches.
Spray system pressure differential monitoring
A control method for a two-component spray system having first and second pumps for separate fluid components includes registering a target spray pressure, registering a material-specific pressure factor margin, sensing an output pressure of the second pump, and identifying a failure condition in the event that the sensed output pressure remains further than the pressure factor margin from the target spray pressure for at least a threshold time.
ATOMIZING NOZZLE
Atomizing nozzle which combines two or more substances introduced through at least a first inlet (10) and a second inlet (50), and sprays the resulting atomized droplets through an outlet (110), capable of optimized flow rate and droplet size through a modular design based on interchangeable disk-shaped modules. When stacked in a hollow cylindrical casing conformed by a first housing (20) and a second housing (120), the plurality of modules conform a first mixing chamber (200) and a second mixing chamber (210) connected through a swirl module (60). Furthermore, when said stacking occurs, the first inlet (10) is connected to the first mixing chamber (200), the outlet (110) is connected to the second mixing chamber (210); and the second outlet may be connected to the first mixing chamber (200) or the second mixing chamber (210) depended on the configuration selected by the user.
