System and method for injecting a fluid additive into a fluid dispensation system
09678512 · 2017-06-13 · ·

A method for operating a fluid additive control system to inject a fluid additive into a fluid dispensation system is provided. The method includes receiving a first control signal indicating that a fluid dispensation device within the fluid dispensation system is active, and determining a fluid additive quantity based upon the identity of the fluid dispensation device. The method also includes activating a fluid additive injection system, where the fluid additive dispensation system injects the fluid additive into the fluid dispensation system in response to the activation. The method further includes receiving a second control signal from the fluid additive injection system when the fluid additive quantity for the zone has been injected into the fluid dispensation system, and deactivating the fluid additive dispensation system in response to the second control signal.

A process and a nebulizer for dispensing a consecutively dose of medicament in the form of a mist, comprising: an energy source (ES), an air-conditioning volume, an air outlet fluidity connected to the air-containing volume, an air actuator adapted to release a flow of compressed air through the air outlet at such time as a predetermined ES pressure has been reached in the volume and at least two valve means in communication with the air actuator. The compressed air is released at a predetermined pressure of about 20 to about 100 psig. The valve means controls the actuation of the air actuator such that when a medication is nebulized, a mist distribution of a medication is formed having droplets size in the range of approximately 1 to approximately 7 which inhaled by a user at a set of predetermined intervals.

Sprayer with sudsing attachment

A handheld car washing implement that includes a handle defining a channel for receiving a flow of water, the handle including a nozzle in communication with the channel, wherein the handle further includes a plurality of teeth, extending radially outward from the nozzle; a sprayer, defining a second channel having a first and a second end, wherein the second end terminates in a second nozzle and the first end is dimensioned to receive at least a portion of the nozzle of the handle such that the flow of water is directed into the second channel, wherein the sprayer further includes a plurality of tabs, spaced to engage at least one of the tabs and a canister in communication with the second channel via a port, and configured to store and deliver a detergent to the second channel when water is flowing through the second channel.

A configurable nozzle system includes, for example, a first nozzle with a first nozzle and a second nozzle. Optionally, a nozzle housing retains both the first nozzle and the second nozzle. The nozzle housing includes, for example plumbing that interconnects the nozzle passages. In an example, a bridging valve coupled along the nozzle manifold selectively interconnects the nozzle passages, regulating agricultural fluid flow between them. Optionally, one of the first nozzle or second nozzle includes a configurable nozzle assembly and the other of the first nozzle or second nozzle includes a standard tip nozzle. The standard tip nozzle, for example, is in communication with a responsive flow control system.

Bag on valve technology

A dispenser includes a dispenser container and a valve assembly including a valve connected to the dispenser container. The dispenser container is at least partially filled with activated carbon and/or another adsorbent and a dispensing carrier gas. An ingredient is contained in an ingredient containing reservoir. The valve assembly further includes an upper end of which is in operative communication with an actuator spray nozzle, and a lower end connected to the ingredient containing reservoir, and a means to prevent the activated carbon and/or another adsorbent from passing into the valve assembly when the pressurised dispensing carrier gas is released. On actuation, the dispensing carrier gas is released together with the ingredient, and the ingredient and dispensing carrier gas mix before exiting the dispenser.
