Pre-compression valve systems for trigger sprayers include one-piece valve systems having both check and pre-compression valves or multiple component valve systems. The pre-compression valve is positioned in a vertical cylinder, and may have a flat, concave, or convex surface.
PORTABLE COATING DEVICE
A portable coating device for applying a coating solution onto a solar panel includes a supply module for supplying the coating solution, a base, a spraying module disposed on the base, a transmission module disposed at two opposite ends of the base, an arc bracket, and an applicator. The base spans the solar panel and moves thereon through the support of the transmission module. The arc bracket is disposed at the bottom of the base and has a plurality of seepage openings, and an inner surface of the arc bracket faces the spraying module. The applicator includes a porous material that deforms under pressure. The applicator is assembled to the base and supported by the arc bracket.

The pressurised sprayer also includes a compressed air inlet for automatically pressurising the tank with air from outside, a pressure relief valve, a compressed flow outlet, and a removable, external compressor module that is independent of the tank, the compressor module for its part including an air compressor and a battery for supplying the air compressor with electricity, the compressor module being connected to the compressed air inlet, the compressor module being secured to the sprayer. The pressurised sprayer where the compressed air inlet includes a valve stem, the valve stem for its part being a non-return valve, and the compressor module being connected to the valve stem via a hose having a connection head.

A pressurised sprayer, including a tank, the tank including a main body, a head region and a plunger for manually pressurising the tank. The pressurised sprayer also includes a compressed air inlet for automatically pressurising the tank with air from outside, a pressure relief valve, a compressed flow outlet, and a removable, external compressor module that is independent of the tank, the compressor module for its part including an air compressor and a battery for supplying the air compressor with electricity, the compressor module being connected to the compressed air inlet, the compressor module being secured to the sprayer. POWERED LIQUID SPRAYER
A portable, battery-powered liquid sprayer includes a supply tank assembly, a body assembly, a battery, and a wand. The supply tank assembly holds a liquid to be sprayed. The body assembly is selectively coupled to and supported by the supply tank assembly. The body assembly receives a motor and a pump. The battery is removably coupled to the body assembly and is operable to supply power to the motor. The wand is moveable relative to the body assembly and is in fluid communication with the supply tank assembly. The wand includes a nozzle, and the wand is operable to activate the motor, which drives the pump to pump the liquid from the supply tank assembly to eject the liquid from the nozzle.

A fluid dispensing device includes a housing and a reciprocating piston fluid pump coupled to the housing. The reciprocating piston fluid pump includes a piston. The piston is configured to pressurize at least one pumping chamber. A motor is connected to the reciprocating piston fluid pump to actuate the piston. A spray tip connected to an outlet of the at least one pumping chamber.

A fluid dispensing device includes a housing and a reciprocating piston fluid pump coupled to the housing. The reciprocating piston fluid pump includes a piston. The piston is configured to pressurize at least one pumping chamber. A motor is connected to the reciprocating piston fluid pump to actuate the piston. A spray tip connected to an outlet of the at least one pumping chamber.

Disclosed herein are methods of delivering adhesive onto aggregate, which methods may include: providing an aggregate adhesive delivery assembly that may include: a vessel; a pump fluidly coupled to the vessel; an inner conduit fluidly coupled to the pump, the inner conduit having one or more inner apertures extending therethrough; and an outer conduit disposed around the inner conduit, the outer conduit having one or more outer apertures extending therethrough; pumping, with the pump, fluid from the vessel into the inner conduit; ejecting the fluid in the inner conduit through the one or more inner apertures in an upward direction into the outer conduit; and causing the fluid in the outer conduit to exit the one or more outer apertures in a downward direction.
Aggregate Adhesive Delivery Assemblies and Methods of Delivering Adhesive onto Aggregate
