Pressurizable fluid container apparatus
A bottle cap assembly for pressurizing a water bottle is described herein. The bottle cap assembly comprises a cap, a teeter valve coupled to the top of the cap, a pressurizing plunger, a hollow pump shaft receiving the plunger, a hollow uptake adapter, a relief tube extension and a flexible conduit.
SYSTEM TO PREVENT LEAKS OF LIQUIDS IN MANUAL SPRAYERS
System to prevent leaks of liquids in a manual sprayer—insecticides, herbicides, fungicides—comprised by a large storing tank in which a recipient is installed under pressure. A pumping assembly, which is manually activated, is connected to the inferior part of the container under pressure and to the lower part of the tank. The pumping assembly is comprised of an alternative piston to extract the liquid from the storing tank and to pressurize it inside the container under pressure. The pressurized liquid is applied using a hose and a regulating valve attached to the container under pressure. The pumping ensemble is comprised as well by a double-walled piston and a barrier against leaks of the piston, formed by a flexible sealing accordion with four lobes or waves that avoid grazing the cylinder and that prevent leaking from taking place between the superior side of the piston and the inferior side of the piston chamber, thus blocking the exit of liquid and forcing it to stay at the collection chamber until it is once again emptied thanks to the descending movement of the piston. The liquid is therefore taken back from the collection chamber to the storing tank by means of a returning hose, of an internal duct and of a siphon that unloads above the liquid level.
Hand-held battery operated sprayer with rotatable spray lance
A hand-held battery operated sprayer with a rotatable spray lance includes a spray lance assembly and a spray chamber. A motor, a pump, a shutoff valve, a suction hose assembly, a pump inlet hose, a pump outlet hose, a battery pack, and a conductor are disposed in the spray chamber. Water sequentially passes the suction hose assembly, the shutoff valve, the pump inlet hose, the pump, and the pump outlet hose, and flows out of the spray chamber. A rotary axle base is disposed at the front end of the spray chamber. A right-angled rotating shaft is movably connected in the rotary axle base. The rotating shaft is connected to the spray lance assembly. The pump outlet hose can reach a nozzle of the spray lance assembly through the rotating shaft.
SPRAYER
A sprayer includes a spray nozzle, a blower and a sprayer housing. The sprayer housing is configured to contain a liquid. The spray nozzle and the sprayer housing are connected. The spray nozzle is configured to spray the liquid out from the sprayer housing. The blower is fixedly connected with the spray nozzle, and the spray nozzle is connected to the sprayer housing through the blower. The blower is rotatable with respect to the sprayer housing so as to adjust the angle of the blower with respect to the sprayer housing, thereby enabling the angle of the spray nozzle to be adjusted with respect to the sprayer housing. The angle of the spray nozzle with respect to the sprayer housing is adjustable, so the spray nozzle is capable of ejecting the liquid at different angles with respect to the sprayer housing without moving the sprayer.
PORTABLE AIRLESS SPRAYER
A fluid dispensing device includes a housing and a reciprocating piston fluid pump coupled to the housing. The reciprocating piston fluid pump includes a piston disposed within a cylinder. The piston is configured to pressurize at least one pumping chamber. A motor is coupled to the housing and connected to the reciprocating piston fluid pump to actuate the piston. A wobble assembly connects the motor to the piston of the reciprocating piston fluid pump. A spray tip connected to an outlet of the at least one pumping chamber.
Portable spray system
A portable, self-pressurizing sprayer or shower system includes a pressure container within a tank. Pressurized fluid, such as water from a residential water tap, is fluidly connected to the pressure container to fill and pressurize the system with the fluid. The sprayer system is then disconnected from the pressurized fluid source and transported to a remote location. A tube is then fluidly connected to the pressure container and the pressurized fluid is released through the tube to provide a portable sprayer system. A heating probe is provided that is removably secured to a second port in the pressure container. A fill kit is provided to fill the pressure container with a fluid, and then a pump is used to pressurize the system when a pressurized fluid source is unavailable.
Resilient fluid housing
A high pressure capable fluid sprayer includes a piston pump, a main pump housing, and a spray tip. The piston pump has a piston disposed to pump a fluid. The spray tip has an outlet aperture configured to atomize and spray the fluid. The main pump housing is formed of compliant plastic and rated for at least 1600 psi, defines a main pump chamber surrounding the piston, and is disposed to receive fluid from a fluid source.
Paint sprayer floating pump
A fluid sprayer includes a pump motor, a piston, a pump housing, and an outer housing. The piston is reciprocatable by the pump motor. The pump housing comprises a pump chamber housing disposed to receive the piston, and a plurality of alignment pins extending laterally away from the pump chamber housing. The outer housing surround and anchors the pump motor, and has a plurality of internal lateral bores disposed to slideably receive and retain the alignment pins, such that the pump housing is free to self-align with the piston.
Liquid spray dispenser system
A liquid spray dispensing system has a liquid container receivable within a housing, provided in separable housing portions. The liquid container has at least one flexible side or end wall or a slidable end wall, movable by an actuator, to reduce the volume of a liquid storage compartment containing the liquid to be dispensed through a spray nozzle unit operably connected to the liquid storage compartment. By operating the spray nozzle unit, or a switch operably connected to a spray actuator of the spray nozzle unit, the actuator moves the flexible or slidable wall to reduce the volume of the liquid storage compartment, and thereby cause the pressurized liquid to be dispensed through the spray nozzle unit.
