Product dispensing device comprising a refill or module
A device for dispensing a product includes: a module including a head and a reservoir, the head including a conduit connecting the inside of the reservoir to an outlet of the head; and a housing having at least two mutually movable parts including an upper part and a lower part, the at least two parts being arranged to be assembled so as to receive the module inside the housing.
Method and device for cleaning and/or disinfecting surfaces
The present invention relates to a device for cleaning and/or disinfecting surfaces, particularly for cleaning inner surfaces of the toilet bowl. The device comprises an elongated housing connected to a bottle with the cleaning and/or a disinfecting liquid, and a pumping mechanism for pressurizing said liquid composition, and at least one nozzle for the output of said liquid composition, wherein the nozzle is in fluid communication through a conduit of the device with said pumping mechanism. The pumping mechanism is provided at one side of said housing and said at least one nozzle is provided at the opposite side of the housing.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING FLUID
An apparatus for dispensing a fluid from a source of fluid comprises a roller and a tray member. The tray member comprises a pair of spaced walls having a contiguous tapered inner surface for defining an arcuate recess in an outer surface of the tray member, the outer surface tapering to an outer edge of each wall. Roller mounting means includes a pair of resilient spaced arms, each one of the arms spanning between and interconnecting the ends of the spaced wall. The tray member defines a pair ports spaced along a central longitudinal axis of the tray member for providing fluid communication between the source of fluid and the tray member. The roller is rotatably mounted to the spaced arms for receiving fluid from the tray member and applying the fluid onto a surface.
Metering dispenser for discharging an in particular pasty or viscous material, such as cosmetic cream, adhesive, and the like
A dosing dispenser for dispensing a material comprising a housing, a container moveably arranged in the housing and including the material, a pump unit, and an applicator for material output. The housing includes an actuation member which facilitates moving the container in the housing relative to the pump unit, so that the pump unit is activatable by the container for suctioning and dispensing the material. The actuation member is formed by an opening in the housing for manual access to the container in order to move the container in a linear manner. Alternatively, the actuation member is configured as a slider element which is inserted into an opening of the housing and coupled with the container, wherein the slider element is translatorically moveable in the opening so that the container is moveable back and forth by the sliding movement of the slider element in order to activate the pump unit.
CARTRIDGE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CARTRIDGE
Exposure of a leftover material at a cartridge that forms a vapor product is prevented. There is provided a cartridge that is assembled in a part of a vapor product that includes a heating element for heating an aerosol source. The cartridge includes a first component and a second component, at least one of which being formed of resin, and a connection section whose one end is connected to the first component and whose another end is joined or welded to the second component. The first component includes a first facing surface that faces the second component, and a first outermost edge of the first facing surface. The second component includes a second facing surface that faces the first component, and a second outermost edge of the second facing surface. The first outermost edge and the second component are not joined or welded to each other, and the second outermost edge and the first component are not joined or welded to each other.
Drug delivery device
A drug delivery device, in particular a nebulizer or inhaler, for dispensing a fluid includes a cartridge having a collapsible container within which the fluid is disposed, a mechanism to help the collapsing process and to prevent the collapsed container from expanding again, hence preventing the forming of vapor and gas bubbles within, where the mechanism is adapted to pressurize the fluid within the container during withdrawal of the fluid.
Apparatus for applying a treatment solution to a treatment site
An applicator is disclosed for applying a treatment solution to a treatment site of a patient. The applicator can include an applicator housing comprising a treatment solution reservoir. A cartridge can be removably disposed in the housing. The cartridge when arranged in the housing can be in fluid communication with the treatment solution reservoir. The cartridge can include an electrostatic module for electrostatically charging the treatment solution in the treatment solution reservoir; and a nozzle for applying the treatment solution.
AIRCRAFT FLUID RESISTANT SEALANT FOR USE ON AIRCRAFT PARTS
A number of sealants are provided that are resistant to degradation by aircraft fluids. In some embodiments, the sealants are resistant to degradation by Jet A fluid and at least one of the three types of hydraulic fluids typically used in aircraft. These embodiments are also typically cure in place from a two-part polyurethane or polyurea mix, with cure to a visibly clear coating. In some embodiments, they may be sprayed on an aircraft surface or applied by hand (brush or injectable). In other of these embodiments, the sealants comprise, at least in part, a cured, soft, tacky polyurethane gel that is resistant to at least one of a synthetic hydrocarbon based or mineral oil based hydraulic fluid.
PISTON, CARTRIDGE AND METHOD OF VENTING A CARTRIDGE
A two-component piston for a cartridge includes a piston cover and a piston body. The piston cover has a radially extending attachment portion, a rear side and a front side. The piston body includes a front side and a rear side. The rear side of the piston cover is arranged adjacent to at least a part of the front side of the piston body and includes a valve member configured and arranged to be received within the piston body and to extend into the piston body towards the rear side of the piston body. The piston cover moves relative to the piston body upon actuation of the valve member, and the piston cover is non-releasably connected to the piston body by a part of the piston body being overmolded to the radially extending portion of the attachment portion of the piston cover.
Pump dispenser with actuating collar
A pump dispenser includes an actuator having at least one outward projection and a rotatable actuating collar at least partially surrounding the actuator and having at least one ramp rib defining a lower surface which engages the at least one outward projection such that rotation of the rotatable actuating collar acts on the actuator to dispense a product from or through the pump dispenser.
