Sprayer for liquids with precompression chamber
A sprayer of liquids with trigger-operated pump includes a body which can be attached to the mouth of a container and a nozzle for delivery of the liquid. In the body is formed a pumping chamber in communication with the interior of the container and with the delivery nozzle. A one-way valve of suction and of delivery is located in the outlet duct of the liquid a system of precompression comprising a piston pushed with constant force by a spring in occlusion of the outlet duct such as to increase the pressure of the liquid in the outlet duct during the pumping, and also thereby increase the speed or the acceleration of the liquid in output from the nozzle.
TRIGGER-TYPE PUMP DISPENSER
[Object] To provide a trigger-type pump dispenser that makes it possible to prevent an out-of-nozzle squirting phenomenon that occurs at a final stage of sucking up of liquid out of a vessel into a cylinder.
[Solution] A trigger-type pump dispenser A includes a handle structure 1, a nozzle base structure 2 attached to the handle structure 1, a trigger 3, a cylinder structure 4, a cap 5 by which the cylinder structure 4 is held down and attached to the mouth of a vessel, a piston structure 6 that slides inside the cylinder structure 4, an inverted-mortar-shaped lip 61 formed in the piston structure 6, a spring 7 that springs the piston structure 6, a valve case 8 attached to the nozzle base structure 2, a mortar-shaped valve seat 81 formed in the valve case 8, a leak valve 9, attached to a bottom part of the cylinder structure 4, that has a bulging portion 91 at a tip thereof, a first valve FV, and a second valve SV. A movement of the piston structure 6 from top dead center to bottom dead center causes liquid in the cylinder structure 4 to be discharged from a nozzle orifice N. The bulging portion 91 at the tip of the leak valve 9 is disposed to pass through the inverted-mortar-shaped lip 61. A through-hole diameter D1 of the mortar-shaped valve seat 81 of the valve case 8 is smaller than a nozzle orifice diameter D2.
Dispenser System
A system for dispensing a personal care fluid, such as a hand soap or the like. The system includes a dispenser and a refill cartridge. The dispenser includes a dispenser body having a refill cavity and a dispenser lid configured to be coupled to the dispenser body. There may be a pump sub-system mounted to the dispenser lid, or alternatively the personal care fluid may be dispensed by squeezing the dispenser and refill cartridge. The refill cartridge is configured for slidable insertion into and removal from the refill cavity of the dispenser body. The personal care fluid system is designed so that a user can readily and easily change out/replace the refill cartridge for use with a common dispenser, dispenser lid, and pump sub-system.
Pump dispenser with outlet valve
An outlet valve for a dispensing nozzle comprising a first valve component constructed and arranged to be received by the dispensing nozzle and a second valve component constructed and arranged to cooperate with the first valve component. The first valve component and the second valve component define a normally-closed flow interface.
SPRAY PUMP
A spray pump is disclosed. A spray pump according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a housing having an inlet space and coupled to a container inlet; a housing cover coupled to an upper end of the housing; a disk for opening or closing the housing according to a pressure of the inlet space; a valve movably inserted inside the housing cover and having a valve head, a valve passage formed in the valve head, and a valve body; a guide having a portion inserted into the valve body and another portion located outside the valve body, and including a guide passage corresponding to a flow passage through which content is discharged; a pump spring for providing an elastic force for urging the valve upward; a piston movably inserted into an outer circumferential surface of the guide, and opening or closing the guide passage by means of an upward and downward movement of the valve; a nozzle having a coupling protrusion coupled to the valve head and in communication with the valve passage; a valve ball positioned inside the nozzle and capable of closing the upper end of the valve passage; and a pump spring for urging the valve ball downward.

Liquid pump capable of achieving pressure equilibrium
A liquid pump capable of achieving pressure equilibrium includes a body, piston member, unidirectional input valve, unidirectional output valve, input inner-pipe, unidirectional gas-feeding hermetic-seal valve and input outer-pipe. The body has an input opening, output opening and piston opening. The piston member has a piston space communicating with the piston opening. The unidirectional input valve includes an input plug and input resilient element. The input plug abuts against the input opening. The unidirectional output valve includes an output plug and output resilient element. The output plug abuts against the output opening from outside. An input channel of the input inner-pipe communicates with the input opening. Direction of gas-flow between the unidirectional gas-feeding hermetic-seal valve and the input inner-pipe is opposite input direction of the input channel. The input outer-pipe has an input portion communicating with the input channel. A gas-feeding-channel is defined between a gas-feeding-portion and the input inner-pipe.
