COMPACT CONTAINER HAVING SHORT STROKE PUMP AND RING BUTTON MEMBER
The present invention relates to a compact container having a short stroke pump and a ring button member and, more particularly, to a compact container having a short stroke pump and a ring button member, in which a pump support is formed in a plate shape on top of a container body and the pump is mounted on the pump support, wherein the pump is formed of a piston, a piston ring, a cylinder, and a suction valve plate as used in the conventional art; the stroke of the pump is reduced to 1.5-2.5 mm while the ratio of the stroke of the pump to the inner diameter of the cylinder is changed from 1:1-1:3 as in the conventional art to 1:5.5-1:13, thereby maximizing a content accommodating space in the main body of the container; a bushing is coupled to the upper portion of the cylinder of the pump, the end portion of the bushing being formed in a round shape, and a clearance of 0.3-1.2 mm is formed between the bushing and a vertical moving member so that the vertical moving member can flexibly move in the bushing; and the stroke of the pump is shortened in such a manner whereby a cosmetics pumping method is not restricted to pressing the center of a discharge plate, but allows a cosmetic material to be easily discharged even when any part of the discharge plate is pressed.
DEVICE FOR PACKAGING AND DISPENSING FLUID, LIQUID OR PASTY PRODUCTS
The invention relates to a device for dispensing fluid products which is provided with an extension tip (4) connected by a first end to a nozzle (3) associated with a metering pump mounted on a bottle containing the product that is to be dispensed and comprising at its distal second end a discharge orifice, said extension tip (4) bearing a shutter (5) a first end (5A) of which is arranged on said discharge orifice, this shutter (5) being intended to open at its distal second end (5B) under the pressure of the product when said pump is actuated, and said shutter (5) comprising a tubular external part (6), elastically deformable in longitudinal bending, of which a first end (5A) is arranged on the discharge orifice and of which the tapering external cross section diminishes evenly towards its distal second end (5B), at least over part of its length, said external part (6) being intended to deform elastically in a radial direction at its distal second end (5B) under the pressure of the fluid leaving the pump via said nozzle (3).
According to the invention, said shutter (5) comprises, inside said external part (6), a tubular connector (7) secured to said discharge orifice of the tip (4) and a stem (8) of cross section substantially equal to the internal cross section of the distal second end (6B) of said external part, which is connected by its first end (8A) to this connector (11) by means of an articulation and which via its second end (8B) closes the distal second end (6B) of said external part.
MEASURED DOSE DISPENSERS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
A dispensing closure (10) for dispensing a flowable product (12) from a squeeze-type product container (14) includes a closure body (16) having an upper deck (32), an exit orifice (34), a flow conduit (36) providing a flow path to the exit orifice, and a skirt (40) configured to attach to the product container. A measuring reservoir (26) is received in engagement with a lower surface of the upper deck. The measuring reservoir is filled with a measured dose of flowable product through flow ports (54) when the container is inverted. A piston valve (28) is slidably movable within the measuring reservoir between an open position and a closed position. The piston valve is movable from the open position to the closed position to dispense the measured dose of product responsive to pressure within the container induced by squeezing.
DEVICE AND METHODS FOR TOPICAL APPLICATION OF FLUIDS TO SKIN
Devices and methods are disclosed herein apply a fluid to the skin of a human or animal, in particular skin bearing hair or fur. The device comprises an array of hair plow elements, each hair plow element comprising a skin contact surface. Device is adapted to apply a fluid to skin and simultaneously lift any hair or fur covering the skin or hair or fur sprouting from the skin away from the skin so that the fluid is applied preferentially to the skin rather than to any hair or fur covering the skin. Additional embodiments of the device are described comprising a transcutaneous electrical stimulator adapted for supplying a current to the fluid and the skin. Methods of use of the device are also disclosed.
CONTAINER AND CAP
In the container, when the cap is capped on the container opening portion, an inner wall surface of a cylindrical sub-fitting wall portion of the cap and an outer wall surface of a large diameter opening portion of the container opening portion closely contact each other, and an outer wall surface of a cylindrical main fitting wall portion of the cap and an inner wall surface of a small diameter opening portion of the container opening portion closely contact each other. In this way, pressing force that is applied to the outer wall surface of the cylindrical main fitting wall portion of the cap from the inner wall surface of the small diameter opening portion of the container opening portion is increased.
Shut-off system for a dispenser
A shut-off system for a dispenser includes a pinch member that moves relative to a guide and which is normally biased against a flexible outlet tube that is disposed therebetween. The flexible outlet tube that carries material, such as soap, supplied from a pump to an outlet nozzle. The pump and the pinch member are in operative engagement with an actuator, such that when the actuator is not engaged, the pinch member closes the outlet tube to prevent residual material retained in the outlet tube from flowing or drooling out of the outlet nozzle. Correspondingly, when the actuator is engaged, the pump is compressed, and the pinch member is moved away from the outlet tube, allowing the material to be pumped through the outlet tube and dispensed from the outlet nozzle.
CONTAINER PROVIDED FOR A LIQUID OR VISCOUS SUBSTANCE AND EQUIPPED WITH A VALVE
A container may include a wall and an outlet valve, where the outlet valve includes: a membrane that is elastically deformable under the effect of positive pressure of a substance relative to the outside, an outer surface of the membrane being in contact with an external environment, in the area of a slit formed in a zone for removing the substance, the slit being suitable for allowing the discharge of a flow of the substance caused by the positive pressure; a wall configured to be, in the absence of positive pressure of the substance, in contact with an inner surface of the membrane along a contact line arranged on the periphery of the slit, and configured to allow the inner surface of the membrane to move away from at least part of the wall in the event of positive pressure of the substance.
Configurable Computing Array Comprising Three-Dimensional Writable Memory
The present invention discloses a configurable computing array comprising three-dimensional writable memory (3D-W). It is a monolithic integrated circuit comprising an array of configurable computing elements, an array of configurable logic elements and an array of configurable interconnects. Each configurable computing element comprises at least a 3D-W array, which stores at least a portion of a look-up table (LUT) for a math function.
Piston structure of pumping type cosmetic container
A piston structure of a pumping-type cosmetic container. The piston structure includes two pistons which come into close contact with an inner wall of a container body and are overlapped. During a pumping operation, a first piston firstly ascends to a certain section and then lifts up a second piston located on the lower part thereof such that the first piston and the second piston ascend together; thus, it is possible to reduce the volume taken up by the pistons when the contents are initially filled, while the thickness for a normal operation of the pistons is still maintained, so that relatively more contents for the same volume can be filled in the same container.
SQUEEZE BOTTLE DISPENSER WITH SAFETY CONTROL
A squeeze bottle dispenser having a squeezable liquid reservoir, and a discharge head with a discharge opening. The squeeze bottle dispenser has a protective sleeve captively connected to the liquid reservoir and which, with respect to a main axis, is displaceable relative to the liquid reservoir between a protection position and a release position. In the protection position, the protective sleeve prevents or impedes manual application of force to the liquid reservoir and therefore the discharge of liquid. In the release position, the protective sleeve does not prevent or impede manual application of force to the liquid reservoir and thus permits the discharge of liquid.
