The invention provides a skin disinfectant for treating skin with eczema, preventing bacterial proliferation, and removing biofilm. Compositions of the invention include hypochlorous acid, acetic acid, water, and one or more additives or excipients. The formulation process removes metal ions, reduces ionic strength, controls pH, and reduces exposure to air, thus improving stability and lengthening shelf-life.

A dispenser includes a housing that defines a first opening and a second opening. The first opening provides a first path of fluid communication between a first interior volume of the housing and an exterior of the housing. The second opening provides a second path of fluid communication between a second interior volume of the housing and the exterior of the housing. A divider is positioned in the housing between the first interior volume and the second interior volume. The divider defines a third opening that provides a third path of fluid communication between the first interior volume and the second interior volume. Provided is an airless type mixing container for two kinds of contents capable of discharging all the contents, in which two kinds of substances may be separately accommodated and easily used by mixing the separately accommodated substances. The mixing container is configured such that an auxiliary container mounting member is mounted so as to be positioned on a content receiving part of a main container in which one of two kinds of contents is accommodated, and an auxiliary container in which the other of the two kinds of contents is stored is mounted on the auxiliary container mounting member, so that the two different kinds of contents are respectively stored. When a content discharge pumping member is deeply pressed, as the auxiliary container mounted on the auxiliary container mounting member is released from a body of the auxiliary container mounting member, the two kinds of substances are mixed together.

A bottle and a bottle cap device thereof are provided. In the bottle cap device, the outer-cap outer ring is threadedly connected with the inner-cap outer ring, the outer-cap inner ring penetrates through the inner-cap inner ring, the lower end of the outer-cap inner ring protrudes for a distance from the inner-cap inner ring, and the guide tube is arranged to extend in the outer-cap inner ring. A spray device for delivering a mixture of fluids is disclosed comprising a removable fluid concentrate reservoir configured to hold a fluid concentrate, a single pump in fluid communication with the removable fluid concentrate reservoir and a fluid dilute reservoir and a top section comprising a manifold configured to mix a portion of the contents of the removable fluid concentrate reservoir with a portion of the fluid dilute reservoir. In some embodiments, the removable fluid concentrate reservoir is a removable concentrate cartridge and the fluid dilute reservoir is a removable dilute cartridge. In some embodiments, the fluid concentrate comprises a perfume. In some embodiments, the fluid concentrate comprises an essential oil.
