Eco-friendly pumping device using the principle of vacuum
An eco-friendly pumping device includes a press pumping unit, a bottle, and a replaceable soft bag disposed in the bottle. An opening part of the replaceable soft bag is directly connected to the press pumping unit. The interior of the replaceable soft bag forms a closed space and a negative pressure state simultaneously when operating the press pumping unit because of vacuum effect. A shape and an inner volume of the flexible bag body are squeezed automatically by external air pressure outside because of vacuum effect as the time of use and amount of use increase. The replaceable soft bag can be directly wedged to the press pumping unit to replace an empty one, so that the fluid material in the replaceable soft bag does not need to be poured and transferred into the bottle, and the fluid material does not contact with hands.
ADJUSTABLE DOSING FLUID DISPENSER FOR FLEXIBLE FLUID PACKAGES
A device for dispensing fluid from a fluid container, the device capable of being set to different discrete and repeatable/equal dispensing amounts, depending on the amount of fluid required to be dispensed by the user for various applications and uses. The device may also be set to an off or closed position to prevent accidental dispensing of fluid when not in use. The device is preferably configured to be affixed to the outer surface of a fluid container, which fluid container is preferably a flexible bag or pouch.
SHELL CONTAINER SUITABLE FOR HOUSING A DISCRETE REFILL CONTAINER
A discrete product refill container and a rigid outer shell container. The refill container includes a product chamber and a fitment secured thereto. The fitment includes a ledge which is suitable for resting on a ledge of the rigid outer shell container while permitting the product chamber to pass into the shell interiorly to the ledge. It may also include a rim for grasping by transfer equipment. The fitment includes a destructive cover, i.e., one which cannot readily be re-closed, so that the consumer can easily make the product within the refill available for pumping, as desired. The rigid outer shell container can be snap fit closed. The refill bottle may be a pouch or a thin walled bottle, with a fitment. The fitment may serve to support the bottle in an inverted position for display or storage. The refill bottle may also include an integral ledge for support in the rigid outer shell container, instead of a discrete fitment. A modular fitment may be used which accommodates different types of closures, if desired.
PACKAGING DEVICE WITH INTEGRATED VENTILATION SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a device comprising: a container (1) intended to contain a product to be dispensed, a cap (4), a head mounted on the container and comprising: o a nozzle (31) for discharging the product, and o a collar (2) including: # an upper working portion intended to engage with the cap to close the distribution device, and # a lower combining portion intended to engage with the container, characterised in that the device further comprises at least one ventilation opening which opens onto the interface between the upper working portion and the lower combining portion so as to maintain an air communication channel between the outside and inside of the packaging device when the cap is mounted on the collar.
Sustainable packaging assemblies
A packaging for storing and dispensing fluid contents comprises a body defining a reservoir, wherein the body comprises a base with an aperture defined therein, a receptacle configured to store the fluid contents therein is received within the reservoir of the body, and a one-way valve positioned in the aperture. The packaging further comprises an actuator comprising a channel and an opening configured to dispense the fluid contents out of the packaging. An intermediate connecting member comprising a first connection portion configured to engage the actuator, a bellow, a second connection portion configured to engage the body, and a duckbill valve integrally formed thereon extends between the body and the actuator. The duckbill valve is aligned with the channel, and the fluid contents of the receptacle flow out of the duckbill valve, through the channel, and out of the opening upon a user applying an input to the actuator.
Pump Dispenser and System Comprising a Refill Cartridge and the Pump Dispenser
Disclosed is a pump dispenser comprising: a body defining a hollow interior and an opening through which at least a portion of a refill cartridge containing a flowable substance is receivable into the hollow interior; a lid; and a pump for pumping the flowable substance from the refill cartridge when the portion of the refill cartridge is in the hollow interior and the lid closes the opening. The lid comprises a dip tube with a lumen fluidly connected to the pump, the dip tube has a tapered end located in the hollow interior when the lid closes the opening. At least one of the body and the lid has a grip on an exterior surface thereof for aiding relative movement of the body and the lid to access the hollow interior when the lid closes the opening. Also disclosed is a system comprising the pump dispenser and the refill cartridge.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR SEPARATING INNER LAYER
Provided is a method for manufacturing a container including a casing configured to contain a content, the casing including an inner layer having an inner layer opening and an outer layer having an air communication port communicating between a space between the outer layer and the inner layer and the outside. The method includes preparing a casing in which at least part of the inner layer and at least part of the outer layer are in contact with each other, inserting a support column inside the inner layer through the inner layer opening of the prepared casing, and separating the inner layer from the outer layer by supplying air into the space through the air communication port to bring part of the separated inner layer into contact with the support column. The support column includes a columnar portion and an extending portion extending from the columnar portion.
Depressible thermal tips
A dispenser includes a depressible thermal tip and a housing having a reservoir for containing a product, such as a cosmetic product or a medicinal product. The depressible thermal tip comprises a thermal applicator displaceable between open and closed positions. The thermal applicator may be depressibly coupled in a collar fixed to the housing, or the thermal applicator may be depressibly coupled in a button depressibly coupled in a collar fixed to the housing.
PACKAGING CONTAINER WITH A PUMP DISPENSER
The subject matter discloses a package for liquid edible materials, comprising a collapsible container for storing said liquid edible materials, a container neck attached to the inner sidewalls of the upper portion of said collapsible container, and designed to be detached from said container, a pump dispenser comprises a pump container inserted into the collapsible container through the container neck, a movable cap cover mounted on said pump dispenser and comprising a nozzle extending outwards, said nozzle is designed to release said edible materials, wherein said cap cover is designed to be pressed downwards and upwards and thereby to dispense the liquid, supporting edges extending upwards from the container neck, wherein said nozzle is moved between the supporting edges; a wearable coverage to contain the collapsible container inserted into said wearable coverage, said wearable coverage comprises a socket allowing the pump dispenser and the nozzle to move upwards and downwards
Apparatus and method for dispensing a fluid
A fluid transfer assembly comprises a housing for accommodating a fluid. A bellows member disposed in the housing defines an opening therethrough adapted to be in fluid communication with an applicator assembly. The bellows member is adapted to operatively engage the applicator assembly for extension in a first direction and contraction in a second direction. The bellows member seals against the inner surface of the housing during extension and contraction for defining a variable volume chamber with the housing. Expansion of the bellows member in the first direction reduces the chamber volume for generating positive pressure in the housing and forcing fluid through a valve to the applicator assembly. Contraction of the bellows member in the second direction increases the chamber volume for generating negative pressure within the housing for drawing fluid into the chamber.
