PUMP-TYPE COMPACT CONTAINER
A pump-type compact container is configured such that, when the user pressurizes a button portion, the button portion is moved downwards, and then restored by the elastic force of the button portion itself, thereby changing the pressure inside the container body and discharging the contents. Therefore, since contents having a high viscosity can be discharged easily through a simple structure, even if no separate pumping member exists, the assembly time is shortened and manufacturing costs are reduced.
Dispenser container comprising safety button structure
The present invention relates to a dispenser container comprising safety button structure. The dispenser container comprising safety button structure according to the present invention is designed such that a button member goes up and down, thereby allowing the contents to be discharged by pumping of a pumping member only when a rotating body is rotated, and thus it is possible to fundamentally prevent a button member from being pressed by children with poor cognition. Therefore, it is possible to prevent children from taking in harmful substances into the body and prevent unnecessary waste of contents.
CREAM TYPE COSMETIC CONTAINER
Provided is a cream-type cosmetic container having a vacuum pump which is configured such that a pumping member performs a pumping operation to discharge contents when a handle part is rotated by a predetermined section. Thus, contents having high viscosity can be discharged even with a small force. Furthermore, the container is configured such that a discharged amount of contents is adjusted according to a rotation angle of the handle part. Therefore, a user can use the container while adjusting discharged amount to a desired amount.
FLUID PRODUCT DISPENSER
A dispenser having a fluid reservoir (1); a dispenser member (2) having a body (21) and an actuator rod (22) movable over a maximum rod stroke; a dispenser orifice (46); a rotary actuator member (4); a transmission member (5) that is engaged both with the dispenser member (2) and also with the rotary actuator member (4); and a cam mechanism (43, 55) for transforming turning of the rotary actuator member (4) into an axial movement of the actuator rod (22) or of the body (21). The cam mechanism (43, 55) defines a maximum cam stroke that is greater than the maximum rod stroke; and a resilient mechanism (56) acts axially to compensate for the extra amount of the maximum cam stroke and thus allow it to be followed so as to guarantee that the rod performs its maximum stroke in full.
AIRLESS PUMP DISPENSERS
A dispenser for dispensing a flowable product from a container has a pump module mounted on the container at an opening thereof. The pump module includes a pump body, which defines a pump chamber and a pump chamber inlet for product to flow from the container interior into the pump chamber. A pump actuator is operable in a pumping stroke relative to the pump body to vary the volume of the pump chamber and dispense the product. The pump includes a movable body portion which is operable in a displacement stroke into the container. The movable portion has a displacement body with a product-engaging face directed onto an interior product space of the container upstream of the pump chamber inlet, to assist priming. Below this a disrupter member, a grid of narrow bars, projects to penetrate the product.
FLUID DISPENSER
A fluid dispenser device including an outlet, a pocket having an interior volume for containing a fluid, the interior volume being delimited at least in part by a movable wall, a reservoir arranged to contain the fluid, a pocket cap, a cavity, a reservoir orifice joining the reservoir and the cavity; wherein the pocket cap is arranged to be mounted by insertion in the cavity of the device so as to be mounted by extending: —by passing through the pocket at least partially while passing through the movable wall or—by going along the pocket at least partially, the device comprising an inlet orifice arranged to insert the pocket cap into the device from the outside of the device and opening into the cavity.
Pump for discharging contents
The present invention relates to a pump for discharging contents, in which a pump upper body having contents outlets formed therein is inserted into the upper part of a pump main body having a contents inlet formed therein, a pump inner body is fitted into the inside of the pump main body and the pump upper body, the pump inner body integrally includes the serving as a temporary content reservoir for temporarily storing the contents, a suction valve plate for sucking the contents, and a discharge valve protruding ring for discharging the contents, and thus the contents are discharged as the volume of the temporary content reservoir in the pump inner body is changed by vertically moving the pump upper body relative to the pump main body.
Dispenser system
A dispenser system including a storage container a medium, having an outlet valve, a dispenser module having a medium chamber, a pumping device that is actuated to discharge medium from the medium chamber and having an inlet valve, and an actuating device. The medium chamber is a sealed chamber having a variable volume, and the dispenser module is coupled to the storage container to fill the medium chamber. During filling, the inlet valve and the outlet valve are opened such that the medium chamber communicates with the storage container. The actuating device has a magnet and a magnetic or magnetizable element interacting therewith for a volume change of the medium chamber. The actuating device causes a volume of the medium chamber to be enlarged to produce a differential pressure between the medium chamber and the storage container to convey medium out of the storage container into the medium chamber.
Metering dispenser for discharging an in particular pasty or viscous material, such as cosmetic cream, adhesive, and the like
A dosing dispenser for dispensing a material comprising a housing, a container moveably arranged in the housing and including the material, a pump unit, and an applicator for material output. The housing includes an actuation member which facilitates moving the container in the housing relative to the pump unit, so that the pump unit is activatable by the container for suctioning and dispensing the material. The actuation member is formed by an opening in the housing for manual access to the container in order to move the container in a linear manner. Alternatively, the actuation member is configured as a slider element which is inserted into an opening of the housing and coupled with the container, wherein the slider element is translatorically moveable in the opening so that the container is moveable back and forth by the sliding movement of the slider element in order to activate the pump unit.
AIRLESS COSMETICS DISPENSER
A product dispenser is provided that includes a container within a shell, and a pump and insert for dispensing the product. A spring biases the container and pump away from the tip of the shell. The bottom of the container is pushed up relative to the shell to activate the pump, thereby dispensing the product.
