PUMP HEAD AND METERING DEVICE

The present invention relates to a pump head that enables a metered dispensing of fluids. The present invention also relates to a metering apparatus that can, for example, be configured as a squeeze bottle, wherein the metering apparatus comprises a pump head in accordance with the invention.

PUMP HEAD AND METERING DEVICE

The present invention relates to a pump head with a specially configured elastic valve which enables secure closure of the pump head. It is ensured by the valve that complete emptying and, at the same time, secure closing of the pump head is ensured so that no residues of fluid to be metered remain in the storage state of the pump head. In addition, the present invention relates to a metering device which can be configured for example as squeeze bottle, as non-airless system or as airless system, the metering device comprising a pump head according to the invention.

Mixing and dispensing apparatus

A mixing and dispensing apparatus having first and second containers. The first container has a main body portion which retains a first substance. A separate compartment is located in the first container and an internal passageway is formed between the main body portion and the compartment. The second container is configured to retain a second substance, and is compressible. The second container has a top end and a closed spout, wherein the closed spout is located in the compartment with the spout extending through the internal passageway into the main body portion of said first container. A release mechanism is formed by a plunger extending within the second container. The plunger has a first end in communication with the top end of the second container, and a second end aligned with the closed spout. The second end opens the closed spout when the second container is compressed to release the second substance into the main body portion of the first container.

Manually activated dispensers for squeezable bottles

Another exemplary dispenser includes a refill unit and a refill unit frame member. The refill unit frame member has a bracket for receiving a lower portion of the refill unit. A back plate for mounting the dispenser is also included. An actuator is hingedly connected to the bracket. A curved push bar is connected to the actuator. An anvil is connected to the curved push bar. Movement of the actuator toward the back of the dispenser causes the anvil to move toward the front of the dispenser.

The Liquid Dispenser that can be worn as jewelry of the present invention includes a dispenser having a bladder assembly and an outer shell. The outer shell opens to receive the bladder assembly, which includes a flexible bladder, neck and valve. The outer shell has an opening, exposing the enclosed flexible bladder to enable a user to apply pressure directly on the flexible bladder through the opening. When a user applies pressure to the flexible bladder, liquid passes through the valve for use. In an alternative embodiment, a flexible bladder is contained within a watch base. The watch base includes a flexible watch face that when pressed by a user, applies pressure to the flexible bladder. In yet another embodiment, a pump/valve device in combination with hollow tubes that store liquid enables a user to press a flexible dome on the device to release fluid stored in the hollow tubes.

Device for Pressing out a Material from a Deformable Tube
20190100356 · 2019-04-04 ·

The invention relates to a device for pressing out a material from a deformable tube, comprising the following: a housing having a base end; an upper section opposite the base end; and lateral wall sections between the base end and the upper section; a squeezer that can be introduced into the housing, wherein the squeezer has a carrier element and two opposing jaws for gripping and squeezing out a material from the tube, wherein the housing has an opening in the upper section through which an outlet of the tube can be guided, and same has openings in opposing parts of the lateral wall sections via which the jaws can be actuated, wherein the jaws are secured to the carrier element at one end and the squeezer also has a manual lever element on at least one jaw, wherein the lever element is connected to the jaw in a connection region to form an assembly, in which a pressure manually applied to the lever element brings about a force on the jaw in the direction of the other jaw, wherein the lever element has a body with reinforcing ribs, wherein the reinforcing ribs are surrounded at least partially by a closed outer skin, wherein a region of the outer skin forms a gripping region.

DISPENSER FOR DISPENSING FLOWABLE MATERIAL

In one aspect, a dispenser is provided herein for dispensing flowable material, such as sunscreen lotion, including a resiliently deformable body encompassing a closed volume with an optional flexible pouch disposed therein to accommodate the flowable material. A discharge element is also provided having at least one discharge opening, along with at least one valve regulating flow from the closed volume or the flexible pouch and through the discharge opening. The body is configured so that a threshold amount of deformation of the body causes the flowable material to urge from the closed body through the discharge opening or the pressure increase of the closed volume acting on the flexible pouch sufficiently so that flowable material accommodated in the flexible pouch is urged therefrom through the discharge opening. Advantageously, the dispenser of the subject invention allows for a generally isobaric environment to be created which acts evenly about the flexible pouch. This allows for a more even application of pressure acting against, and a more complete depletion, of the optional flexible pouch.

FOLDER TYPE COSMETIC CONTAINER

The present invention relates to a folder type cosmetic container that can reduce waste of content in the container by dispensing a predetermined amount of the content when the content is pressed by a pressing-dispensing member, so it can be conveniently used. Further, the folder type cosmetic container can improve productivity, reduce the manufacturing cost, and improve convenience in use by employing a simple structure for dispensing a predetermined amount of content.
