Contents dispensing pump
A contents dispensing pump is coupled to a container for accommodating the contents therein and dispenses a fixed quantity of the contents through a pumping operation. A push button that is depressed deforms a deformed pressing member, reducing the volume of a temporary reservoir and increasing pressure therein. A valve plate closes a contents outlet and a valve protrusion wheel is widened by the increased pressure such that the contents contained in the temporary reservoir are dispensed through an outlet.
Device with closure including base with valve seat and support with valve member, penetrable portion and actuator
A device comprises a first portion including a first polymer, and a second portion that is relatively flexible in comparison to the first portion and includes a second polymer that is substantially not bondable to the first polymer. A chamber of the device is hermetically sealable with respect to ambient atmosphere and is defined by (i) an interior of the second portion, and/or (ii) a space formed between the first and second portions. A third portion of the device includes a third polymer that is bondable to the first and second polymers and fixedly secures the first and second portions to each other.
FOAMING CARTRIDGE
Foaming cartridge for use with a foam pump, refill unit or foam dispenser includes a housing and a foaming stage disposed within the housing. The foaming stage includes two or more mix media located within the foaming stage. At least two of the mix media are sponges and the sponges have different porosities.
Dispenser pump using electrically activated material
Apparatuses and techniques are provided for dispensing fluid from a dispenser that includes a flexible membrane having different levels of pliability according to a voltage applied to the flexible membrane. According to some embodiments, a biasing device, such as a spring, is disposed on a first side of the flexible membrane and is configured to apply pressure to the flexible membrane. When a first voltage is applied to the flexible membrane, the flexible membrane becomes sufficiently pliable to enable the spring to flex the flexible membrane, pushing the flexible membrane into a pumping chamber disposed on the opposite side of the flexible membrane relative to the spring. The fluid is stored in the pumping chamber and the flexing of the flexible membrane causes the pumping chamber to compress. Such compression of the pumping chamber forces the pumping chamber to dispense the fluid through a pump outlet.
All-plastic pump
An all-plastic pump comprising an outer cover, a plastic spring, an inner cover and a pressing head. The pump includes an accessory cavity in the outer cover, with a conveying hole. A tubular plastic spring is positioned within the cavity, surrounding the conveying hole. Supporting rods are arranged circumferentially on an inner wall of the plastic spring's port, with one end of the rods connected to a baffle. The inner cover surrounds the plastic spring, and a stop tube is inserted through the supporting rods, with its port sealing against the baffle. The pressing head, mounted in a pressable manner, includes a discharging hole, pressing sheet, and conveying tube. When pressed, the pressing sheet compresses the plastic spring, causing separation between the baffle and stop tube, allowing fluid discharge.
Pump for Dispensing Cosmetic Product and Dispensing Device Comprising a Pump of this Type
A pump 1 for dispensing a cosmetic product, having a pump body 10 and a diaphragm 20. The pump body 10 and the diaphragm 20 are rigidly interconnected and together define an interior space 19 in the pump 1. The pump 1 is equipped with an intake valve 222, which is designed to regulate the intake of the cosmetic product into said interior space 19. The pump 115 is equipped with an outlet valve 201, which is designed to regulate the expulsion of the cosmetic product from said interior space 19. The dispensing pump 1 is designed such that the diaphragm 20 being pushed down causes the intake valve 222 to close and the outlet valve 201 to open, and such that the diaphragm 20 being released causes the outlet valve 201 to close and the intake valve 222 to open.
DEVICE FOR DISPENSING A FLUID, CARTRIDGE FOR A DEVICE, MANUFACTURING METHOD AND PRIMING METHOD
A device for dispensing a fluid includes a pocket whose interior volume is delimited by a deformable wall; a pressing surface; a dispensing part including a dispensing cavity, an outlet; a dispensing orifice connecting the pocket to the dispensing cavity, and a dispensing valve located in the dispensing cavity.
Co-extrusion blow molding apparatus and method, and sealed empty devices
A device comprising a body including a first polymer and a closure including a second polymer that is substantially not bondable to the first polymer and has a relatively higher shrinkage rate than the first polymer, wherein at least a portion of the closure overlaps at least a portion of the body, forming a hermetic seal therebetween and defining a sealed, empty, sterile container.
Thread Dosing Feeder for Extracting Creams
A thread dosing feeder for extracting creams or gelatinous products contained within a tube from the tube whereby the dosing feeder tube can be applied to the tube, the thread dosing feeder comprises a rotary gate feeder (1), the rotary gate feeder (1) has a metering chamber, the metering chamber operates in conjunction with a plunger (3), the rotary gate feeder (1) is pivot-mounted on the thread dosing feeder and the thread dosing feeder has an outlet, and the thread dosing feeder has a re-circulation valve (11, 14, 20), the rotary gate feeder (1) has a concave finger receptor and is formed in one piece, whereby the metering chamber is locked and has an intake and discharge valve (6).
