LIQUID DISPENSING PRODUCT HAVING A SPRAY DISPENSER
The present disclosure relates to liquid dispensing products comprising spray dispensers and methods of using such products.
Systems and methods to precisely control output pressure in buffered sprayers (DuO1)
In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, various novel dispensing devices can be provided. Such devices can involve a range of sprayer heads and sprayer/foamer systems incorporating such heads. Novel sprayer/foamer heads can include buffers of various types. By using a buffer, a user need not continually be pumping the device in order for the device to be spraying or foaming. In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, such a buffer can be spring loaded, spring loaded combination, elastomeric or gas. In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the buffer can be in line or adjacent to a piston chamber. If adjacent, it can be connected to the piston chamber with a one way valve, to provide for spray after a downstroke of the piston has been completed, or without, to allow spraying to cease once a user releases the trigger or other actuator. In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, such novel sprayers and foamers can be mounted upside down, in various Flairomop devices, used to clean floors or the like. When using a buffer, a piston chamber can be designed to deliver greater amount of liquid per unit time than can be possibly dispensed through the nozzle or nozzles. The fraction of liquid that cannot be sent through the nozzle(s), due to their inherent restriction, can thus be sent to the buffer for dispensing after the piston downstroke has been completed. A volume of the piston chamber, a volume of the buffer, a pressure response of the buffer, the throughput of the nozzle, and the minimum opening pressure of the outlet valve can be arranged to restrict the outlet pressures of liquid droplets exiting the nozzle within a defined range.
Dispensing device of a fluid substance
Fluid substance dispensing device including a dispensing button provided with a hole for tight coupling with a hollow stem of a pump or a valve, and a dispensing opening associated with a shutter that, at least when subjected to fluid substance to be dispensed pressure, translates in contrast to an elastic element freeing the dispensing opening. The shutter having at least one projection cooperating with mechanical opening element associated with the dispensing button. The opening element devoid of fluid substance passages and having a first fixing portion to the dispensing button and a second portion to abut, in use, a fixed part from which the stem extends. At least one elastically deformable part mutually interconnecting the first and second portions. An actuation lever extending from second portion cooperating with the projection to open the shutter when the second portion contacts fixed part consequently deforming elastically deformable part.
LIQUID CONTAINER
A liquid container comprises an upper part having an open bottom, a lower part having an open top, the lower part detachably coupled to the upper part under the upper part, and a cap detachably coupled to the lower part over or under the lower part, the cap having a flange formed along a lower outer circumference thereof, wherein a container opening/closing means coupling the upper part with the lower part, the container opening/closing means including a first opening/closing means or a second opening/closing means, wherein the first opening/closing means includes a bendable part attached to a lower side portion of the upper part and an upper side portion of the lower part, and wherein the second opening/closing means includes a hinge structure configured to open or close the upper part and the lower part with respect to each other.
Trigger-type pump dispenser
A pump dispenser includes a housing, a piston structure, a spring, a trigger and a valve. The housing has a front cylinder part and a rear inverted-L-shaped grip part that are integrally formed, a nozzle base that is attached to the housing and that has a front nozzle part mounted thereon. The piston structure is configured of a hollow-shaped piston and a hollow-shaped piston shaft and that slides inside the cylinder part. The spring presses the piston structure upward. The trigger is positioned above the housing, has a front tip rotatably mounted on the housing, and has a mid part where a tip of the hollow-shaped piston shaft abuts. The valve rod is disposed at a center part of the cylinder part.
TRIGGER SPRAYER
[Object] To provide a trigger sprayer including a valve through which liquid flows with very high efficiency.
[Solution] The present invention is directed to a trigger sprayer for, in a state of being attached to a container, causing liquid inside the container to be sprayed from a nozzle part 3 through a passage by rotating a trigger part to move a piston part 5 to apply pressure to liquid inside a cylinder portion 42A of a cylinder structure 4, including: an F valve 2 provided in a passage between the cylinder portion 42A and the container; and an S valve 1 provided in a passage section between the cylinder portion 42A and the nozzle part 3, wherein the S valve 1 includes a first valve body 11 and a first valve seat 12, the first valve body 11 is oppressed against the first valve seat 12, and when the first valve body 11 moves away from the first valve seat 12 so that the S valve 1 opens, the first valve body 11 moves in the same direction as the direction that the liquid flows.
WEED-CONTROL DEVICE
A device for damaging weeds, the device having a pressure-conveyance unit, which is designed to convey a fluid under pressure, and a fluid-dispensing unit, which is fluidically connected to the pressure-conveyance unit and is furthermore developed to dispense the pressurized fluid to the weed in order to damage the weed, the fluid-dispensing unit including at least one valve that has a piezo-actuator or an electroactive polymer actuator or a magnetoresistive actuator.
Systems and Methods to Precisely Control Output Pressure in Buffered Sprayers (DuO1)

The outlet valve has a defined minimum opening pressure and is in direct fluid communication with either the buffer or bladder, or both the buffer or bladder and the piston chamber. The nozzle, with a defined throughput, is in fluid communication with the outlet valve. A volume of the piston chamber, a volume of the buffer, a pressure response of the buffer, the throughput of the nozzle, and the minimum opening pressure of the outlet valve are together arranged to restrict the outlet pressures of liquid droplets exiting the nozzle within a defined range of from (P??P) to (P+?P), where P is a nominal pressure and ?P a maximum pressure variation.
