Sequentially activated multi-diaphragm foam pumps, refill units and dispenser systems having a non-uniform wobble plate
A wobble plate for a sequentially activated multi-diaphragm foam pump includes three or more wings, a wobble plate shaft, and an aperture located in each of the three or more wings. A first wing is configured to have a first distance from first contact surface of a first pump diaphragm. A second wing is configured to have a second distance from a first contact surface on a second pump diaphragm, and a third wing is configured to have substantially the second distance from a first contact surface on a third pump diaphragm.
Two stage foam pump and method of producing foam
A foam dispenser with a pump mechanism that mixes a liquid with air to generate foam. The pump mechanism includes a first stage pump and a second stage pump. The first stage pump delivers the liquid and a first volume of the air through a first foam generator to generate a first foam. The second stage pump delivers the first foam and a second volume of the air through a second foam generator to generate a second foam.
PRODUCT CONTAINING DISSOLVABLE SOLID ARTICLE
Disclosed is a product comprising: a container; one or more first dissolvable solid articles contained in the container, wherein the first dissolvable solid article is characterized by a maximum dimension D and a minimum dimension z, wherein said maximum dimension D ranges from 1 mm to 300 mm, wherein said minimum dimension z ranges from 0.5 mm to 150 mm, and wherein the ratio between D and z ranges from 1:1 to 300:1; and wherein the product further comprises at least one of the followings: an indicia for a user to add the liquid carrier into the container; and an indicia to instruct the amount of the liquid carrier to add to the container. This provides environment friendly products. For example, by not containing any liquid during transportation, the products can reduce energy consumption for the transportation.
DISCHARGE CONTAINER
A discharge container comprises a discharge head including a discharge port from which bubbles are to be discharged; and a discharge head attachment attached to the discharge head, wherein the discharge head attachment includes a cylindrical portion connected to the discharge port on one side and including a first opening on another side, and a porous portion provided on the one side of the cylindrical portion, a side portion of the cylindrical portion includes a second opening, and a peripheral edge of the first opening extends at least partially along a circumferential direction of the cylindrical portion.
Pump dispensers, especially foam dispensers
Pump dispenser comprising a pump and a container for liquid to be dispensed, the pump comprising a pump body mounted in the neck of the container and a plunger reciprocable relative to the pump body to alter the volume of a pump chamber defined in the pump body and having an inlet and an outlet, the outlet leading through an outlet passage to a discharge opening. The pump cylinder body is retained at the container neck. A vent is provided in the cylinder body wall adjacent the neck edge. A vent block ring is disposed in the cylinder body adjacent the vent, and is moveable between blocked and unblocked positions relative to the vent. The vent block ring has an integral upward projecting formation which is engaged by part of the plunger in a locked-down position of the plunger, so that when the plunger is locked down the vent block element blocks the vent, while in a relatively extended position of the plunger the vent block element is in the unblocked position.
System for dispensing fluids or mixtures and device used in said system
The present invention concerns a system (1; 101; 201; 301; 401; 501; 601; 701; 801; 901; 1001; 1101; 1201) for dispensing a fluid (L; L1, L2), comprising a container (C; C′) for the fluid (L; L1, L2) and a device (10; 410; 510) for dispensing the fluid (L; L1, L2). The device (10; 410; 510) comprises a collapsible chamber (20; 420) which defines a volume (V; V′) suited to receive a quantity of the fluid (L; L1, L2) to be dispensed. The chamber (20; 420) is defined by a first portion (30; 430) and by a second portion (40) mutually coupled with each other, wherein the first portion (30; 430) comprises an area connected to the container (C; C′) and the second portion (40) is constituted by a portion of the container (C; C′).
Foam discharge container
A foam discharge container is a foam discharge container for discharging foam in response to a pushing operation, and includes a discharge port which is opened in a direction opposite to a pushing direction of the pushing operation and discharges foam, and a pushing portion that keeps the distance between a discharge target body receiving foam and the discharge port constant.
Pumps with self-adjusting volumes, refill units and dispensers having same
Exemplary embodiments of pumps, refill units and dispenser systems are disclosed herein. An exemplary refill unit for a soap, sanitizer or lotion includes a container for holding a fluid and a pump secured to the container. The pump includes a housing, a liquid piston, a liquid pump chamber, an air piston, an air pump chamber; and a piston holder. The liquid piston is connected to the air piston. The piston holder is connected to one of the liquid piston and the air piston. The connection comprises one or more projections and one or more grooves. The volume of the liquid pump chamber and the air pump chamber both change as a function of the engagement of the one or more projections with the one or more grooves.
