Solution Dispensing Device
A solution dispensing device includes a housing having an upper section and a lower section that seal when coupled, and an interior volume that functions as a refillable reservoir, the interior volume reservoir accessible via an aperture, whereby a refill cartridge containing a solute solution is deposited within the interior volume reservoir via an aperture, the solute solution and refill cartridge housing dissolving within varied measure of prescribed solvent added within the interior volume of the lower section reservoir. An actuator mechanism is configured to cause the mixed concentrate solution, which includes a combination of a dissolved solute solution, a dissolved refill cartridge, and a solvent, deposited within the refillable solution reservoir, to be drawn through and held within the actuator mechanism of the device, readied to be dispensed via an external port of the device, upon activation of the mechanism of the actuator external of the device housing.
FOAM DISCHARGE CONTAINER
A foam discharge container is a foam discharge container for discharging foam in response to a pushing operation, and includes a discharge port which is opened in a direction opposite to a pushing direction of the pushing operation and discharges foam, and a pushing portion that keeps the distance between a discharge target body receiving foam and the discharge port constant.
DISPENSER FOR APPLYING LIQUID, IN PARTICULAR FOR APPLYING A PHARMACEUTICAL LIQUID, AND SET COMPRISING SUCH A DISPENSER
A dispenser for applying liquid, having a housing with an applicator opening and a liquid reservoir. The dispenser has a ventilation duct by which an ambient atmosphere is connected to the liquid reservoir so that, after the application of liquid, an inflow of air from the atmosphere is permitted into the liquid reservoir. The dispenser is provided with a detection installation which for detecting an application procedure detects air flowing in through the ventilation duct. The dispenser has a protective cap covering the applicator opening on the housing. The dispenser in the ventilation duct has a switch valve operable by activating a push-button on the external side of the housing. The protective cap acts on the push-button when placed on the housing or when the protective cap is being placed thereon to open the switch valve.
Foam-at-a-distance systems and anti-drip mechanisms for such systems
Exemplary foam-at-a-distance systems include a spout, a container, and a foam generator having a suck-back mechanism located within the spout. The system includes a liquid pump chamber, an air pump chamber, a liquid conduit and an air conduit. The foam generator has a differential bore housing. The differential bore housing has a first portion with a first inside bore and a second portion with a second inside bore, wherein the first inside bore has a smaller diameter than the second inside bore. A piston having a seal extending from the piston that is in contact with the second inside bore is also included. A mixing chamber is located in the large bore. Movement of the seal in an upstream direction provides negative pressure in the second mixing chamber and draws in fluid from the outlet.
CONTAINER FOR SPRAYING LIQUID
A container for spraying liquid is disclosed, which includes: a tube having a filling space; a body in which the tube is inserted, where the outer perimeter of the tube and the inner perimeter of the body form a body outlet passage, a lower tube hole is formed at a bottom of the tube as an entrance to the body outlet passage, and an upper movement hole is formed at a top of the body as an exit from the body outlet passage; a body cover coupled to the top of the body, where the body cover includes a cover channel connecting with the upper movement hole and a pump insertion space connecting with the cover channel and receiving a pump inserted therein; and a pump support coupled to the top of the body cover and supporting the pump to block outside air from entering the pump insertion space.
Touch-Free Dosage Adjustment
A fluid dispenser having a pump mechanism that dispenses a dose of fluid when a movable pump member of the pump mechanism is moved between an extended position and a retracted position. A pump engagement body engages with the movable pump member for effecting movement of the movable pump member. A first cam surface and a second cam surface are connected to the pump engagement body, at least one of the first cam surface and the second cam surface comprising an adjustable cam surface whose location relative to the pump engagement body is selectively adjustable. A camming body engages with the first cam surface and the second cam surface to effect movement of the pump engagement body, and a dose adjustment mechanism allows the location of the adjustable cam surface relative to the pump engagement body to be selected.
FLUID PUMP
A fluid pump includes a press head portion, first and second unidirectional-valves, and extensible sleeve-pipe. Disposed in the press head portion, the first unidirectional-valve allows fluid to flow from its second end to its first end. The extensible sleeve-pipe includes a rebound element and outer and inner pipes which form a capacity-variable storage chamber. The inner pipe has a first end communicating with the first unidirectional-valve and a second end fitted to a first end of the outer pipe. The second unidirectional-valve allows the fluid to flow from its second end to its first end. The first end of the second unidirectional-valve communicates with the second end of the outer pipe. Upon contraction displacement of the inner pipe, the fluid flows from the storage chamber into the discharge passage via first unidirectional-valve. Upon expansion displacement of the inner pipe, the fluid flows into the storage chamber via second unidirectional-valve.
Foaming soap dispensers
Various dispensing devices, such as foaming soap pumps, are disclosed. The soap pump can include a fluid storage unit and a fluid handling unit. The fluid storage unit can include a reservoir that is configured to hold a quantity of product, such as liquid soap. The fluid handling unit can include a pumping assembly and dispensing assembly. The soap pump can be configured to withdraw liquid soap from the reservoir, convert the liquid soap to foamed soap, and dispense the foamed soap from the discharge assembly.
DISPENSER WITH VENTILATION FILTER
A dispenser system for a pumpable dispensed product, in particular a cosmetic fluid dispensed product such as a washing lotion, a cream lotion, a perfume liquid or similar includes a rigid or pliable product container and a dispensing device with a pump apparatus. The pump apparatus includes at least one first valve group for conveying the dispensed product out of the product container. The pump apparatus includes a second valve group for feeding air into the product container, wherein the second valve group defines a feed duct in which at least one filter unit for filtering sterile air is arranged. In subsidiary aspect, a filter unit for the dispenser system as well as a manufacturing facility and a manufacturing method for the manufacture of the dispenser system are provided.
Foam pump sprayer
A piston is formed by an outer edge of the cap. The piston and an inner wall of the nozzle body form a dynamic seal for the air cylinder, so that a main body of the air pump is formed. The cap extends downwardly to form a hydraulic cylinder. The hollow compression rod connects a pump component of the hydraulic cylinder and the mixing chamber of the head, so that a main body of the liquid pump is formed. The hollow compression rod is provided with an upper disk. The upper end of the upper disk passes the air outlet of the nozzle body and is inserted into the connecting pipe of the head in snap fit, and the upper disk opens or closes the air outlet. A fastening position is designed to form a gap between the head and the nozzle body to realize a floating valve function at the head.
