PRESSING DEVICE FOR LIQUID FOOD CONTAINER
20190270109 · 2019-09-05 ·

This invention relates to a pressing device of a liquid food container, and the pressing device is mounted on the container's cover. The pressing device includes a pressing head which is connected to drive a compression part, so that the compression part can drive a first and second anti-leak valves in pressing and releasing actions. The valve heads of the anti-leak valves are alternatively closed and opened under the pressing and releasing actions. Thus, the liquid in the container can be stored in the liquid storage chamber through a liquid suction port, and then extruded out from a liquid outlet through the liquid conduction port. Therefore, the use of the anti-leak valves can effectively and accurately control the liquid out of the liquid's volume and the internal vacuum state, the liquid is locked in the pressing device without dripping in a vacuum state to achieve leak-proof and anti-splash effect.

The present disclosure provides an aerosol unit for an aerosol dispenser. The aerosol unit includes an axially oriented body, having a distal inlet part and a proximal outlet part. The aerosol unit also includes a carrier member arranged in the body, transversally to the axis between the inlet part and the outlet part. The carrier member includes through-holes which place the inlet part in fluid communication with the outlet part, and the carrier member is insert-moulded into the body such that a contact surface between the carrier and the body forms an air-tight seal.

APPARATUS FOR PRESSURIZED LIQUID TRANSFUSION

An apparatus suitable for pressurized liquid transfusion is disclosed. The apparatus includes a nozzle assembly enclosed by the combination of a casing and a check nut. The nozzle assembly includes an elastomeric ring and a nozzle received by the combination of a cap and a receptacle. The elastomeric ring surrounds the nozzle and a proper seal is created therebetween. The dimension of the internal contour of the elastomeric ring is a bit smaller than the nozzle. The elastomeric ring is stretched so as to receive the nozzle. Additional processing may be applied to the elastomeric ring to achieve a different type of proper seal. Pressurized liquid passes through the apparatus so as to be transfused. The aforementioned seal serves to avoid leakage or pressure loss at the apparatus so as to avoid undesired aerosolization effects of an aerosolizer the apparatus is installed in.

MICROSTRUCTURED NOZZLE

A microstructured passage module for aerosolizer is disclosed. The module includes a plate overlaid by a cover, an entrance, an exit, a plurality of protrusions and a plurality of pillars. The protrusions and pillars project from and are integral parts of the plate. Further, the plate can be divided into a first zone proximate to the entrance and a second zone proximate to the exit. The protrusions are arranged into parallel rows in a direction from the entrance to the exit and form parallel passages therebetween in the first zone for the liquid to flow along. The protrusions in each column are spaced from one another by tunnels. The pillars are interposingly disposed in the second zone and define certain channels therebetween. Moreover, a plurality of pillars further disposed in the passages increase a flow resistance for the liquid flowing through the passages.

ASSEMBLY FOR DISPENSING A FLUID PRODUCT
20190116960 · 2019-04-25 · ·

A fluid dispenser assembly having a fluid reservoir (R), a dispenser member (5), and a dispenser orifice (62). The fluid reservoir (R) includes a piston (42) movable in leaktight sliding contact in a slide cylinder (41) over a maximum stroke between a start position that corresponds to a substantially full state of the reservoir, and an end position that corresponds to a substantially empty state of the reservoir. The dispenser assembly has a detector (35) arranged outside the fluid reservoir (R) and acts remotely to detect a determined physical property that enters into a small detection field that covers an alert position of the piston that is closer to the end position than to the start position. The piston (42) carries the detectable determined physical property and the detector (35) delivers, in response to a detection of the physical property, at least one alert signal perceptible to a user.

Inhalation Atomizer Comprising a Blocking Function and a Counter
20190030268 · 2019-01-31 ·

This invention presents an inhalation atomizer comprising a blocking function through a locking-mechanism and a counter along with a method to discharge and atomize fluid. The apparatus is accommodated in a two part housing, wherein the two parts are mounted to be rotatable relative to each other, and can be blocked through a locking mechanism.

The locking mechanism is realized mainly by two protrusions. Protrusion A is located on the outer wall of the lower unit of the inside part. Protrusion B is located on the inner wall of counter. When the inhalation atomizer is actuated each time, the counter will make a rotation with a constant angle around the lower unit of the inside part. Once the predetermined number of actuations has been achieved, Protrusion A and Protrusion B will encounter with each other and hence the counter will be prevented from further rotation. Therefore, the inhalation atomizer is blocked and stopped from further use. The number of actuations of the device can be counted by the counter. Only when sufficient force is applied to destroy the device, this locking state of the device can be overcome. The inhalation atomizer in the current invention can be blocked suitably by this locking-mechanism.

Nebulizer

A nebulizer includes an insertable container and a securing mechanism for holding the container in the nebulizer such that the container can move back and forth but cannot be separated. The securing mechanism is formed by a metal unitary part. The securing mechanism forms a transportation lock for holding the container unmovable in the housing in a delivery state of the nebulizer. The securing mechanism forms a cage which encompasses the container.

Cap for vessel of cosmetics

A vessel cap of cosmetics includes a coupling member formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof with a female screw part such that the female screw part is engaged with a male screw part formed on an outer circumferential surface of an opening formed in an upper portion of a vessel which receives liquid-phase contents, a spuit tube which is coupled to the coupling member to suck and discharge the contents received in the vessel, and a pumping unit of the spuit tube, which sucks the contents into the spuit tube after inserting the spuit tube into the vessel in a state that internal air of the spuit tube is partially discharged. The spuit tube is inserted into high-viscosity and liquid-phase contents received in the vessel after the internal air is discharged from the spuit tube, thereby previously preventing the discharged air from being introduced into the spuit tube.
