A toy playset is presented herein. The toy playset includes a base section, a track section configured to receive a toy vehicle, and a biasing member coupled to the base section and to the track section. The biasing member is configured to bias the base section and the track section away from one another, and the biasing member is configured to flex to enable the base section and the track section to move relative to one another.

Toy vehicle carrier

A toy vehicle carrier is presented herein. The toy vehicle carrier includes a head, a main body coupled to the head, a base coupled to the main body, and an appendage coupled to the base. The head is configured to capture a toy vehicle in a closed configuration of the head and expel the toy vehicle in an open configuration of the head. The main body is configured to rotate relative to the base to transition the toy vehicle carrier between a first configuration and a second configuration. The toy vehicle carrier also includes a wheel coupled to the base. The wheel includes a protrusion and is configured to rotate about an axis to cause the protrusion to movably engage a camming surface of the appendage to cause the appendage to rotate relative to the base.

TOY VEHICLE LAUNCHER

A toy vehicle launcher comprising a housing defining multiple inlets and an outlet. The housing further defines a cavity in which a resilient rotating member is located. The resilient member is positioned to engage an upper surface of a toy vehicle passing through the housing. A crank arm is coupled to the housing and movable by a user to rotate the resilient rotating member to propel the toy vehicle.

A toy vehicle launcher has a housing, a handle, a slidable plate, a retention member, and biasing elements. The handle is moveably attached to the housing. The slidable plate is operatively coupled to the handle and movable with respect to the housing. The slidable plate includes sequential notches. The first biasing element couples the slidable plate to the housing. The first biasing element biases the slidable plate in a first direction with respect to the housing. Movement of the handle moves the slidable plate in a second direction against the bias of the first biasing element. The retention member is disposed proximate the slidable plate and configured to engage and disengage with notches. The second biasing element attaches the retention member to the launcher housing. The second biasing element biases the retention member into contact with the slidable plate.

A toy vehicle launcher translates a substantially vertical activation movement into a substantially lateral movement that launches a toy vehicle. The end of a lever arm used in the activation engages a vertical channel in a toy vehicle engagement mechanism. The vertical channel allows the end of the lever arm to move vertically within the channel with respect to the toy vehicle engagement mechanism as the lever arm rotates and the toy vehicle engagement mechanism moves laterally. The toy vehicle engagement mechanism engages a guide track in a base of the launcher. The guide track defines a lateral path that the toy vehicle engagement mechanism travels when moving between a loading configuration and a launching configuration. Thus, vertical movement from the activation is reduced in the transfer to the lateral toy vehicle launch.

A toy vehicle that is operable to be manually propelled by a user across a surface wherein a user provides a propelling force through utilization of an applied force member secured to the toy vehicle. The toy vehicle includes a body having a rear end and a front end. Wheels are rotatably mounted proximate the rear end and the front end of the toy vehicle. An applied force member is secured to the rear end of the toy vehicle. The applied force member is semicircular in shape having an upper portion and lower portion that are contiguously formed. A void is present between the upper portion and the lower portion and an opening is further present being contiguous with the void. The applied force member has a first position and a second position. A user transitions the applied force member to its second position by applying a force to the upper portion and lower portion. Releasing the applied force member so as to return the applied force member to its second position provides directional movement of the toy vehicle.

TOY CAR LAUNCHER APPARATUS

Four embodiments or variations of launcher apparatus storing either one toy car, two toy cars, eight toy cars or ten toy cars are disclosed. As a safety feature a flex member is used to block toys or other objects that are not properly configured to deflect the flex member. If the flex member is not deflected and the object inserted will not push an ejector rearward from a relaxed position to a cocked position. When a proper toy is inserted, the ejector moves rearward and stretches a spring that supplies launch energy to the ejector and the toy. The flex member is also designed to allow the ejector to deflect the flex member when the ejector is snapped back from the cocked position to the relaxed position. A safety lock is mounted to the housing for preventing operation of the trigger mechanism when the launcher apparatus is not disposed on a surface.

Transformable toy and launcher

A toy set is provided including a reconfigurable toy capable of transitioning between a first configuration and a second configuration. The toy set also includes a launch mechanism having an activation means and a toy receiver. A propulsion mechanism transfers movement of the activation means to the reconfigurable toy to propel the reconfigurable toy in a second configuration from the launch mechanism along a propulsion axis.

A toy-vehicle launcher is disclosed that includes a track member having a loop track section, a launching mechanism, and a base pivotably coupled to and laterally extending from a bottom portion of the loop track section. The launching mechanism includes a vehicle receptacle coupled to a first end of the track member, a trigger coupled to the vehicle receptacle, and a shuttle biased to move in a first direction along the vehicle receptacle from a loading position to a launching position. The trigger actuates to release the shuttle from the loading position. In addition, the track member and launching mechanism can be pivoted about the base by application of a lateral force on the trigger.
