A movement of the piston structure 6 from top dead center to bottom dead center causes liquid in the cylinder structure 4 to be discharged from a nozzle orifice N. The bulging portion 91 at the tip of the leak valve 9 is disposed to pass through the inverted-mortar-shaped lip 61. A through-hole diameter D1 of the mortar-shaped valve seat 81 of the valve case 8 is smaller than a nozzle orifice diameter D2.

The stopper comprises a plurality of through holes.
