The liquid sprayer apparatus is capable of emitting a liquid spray over a period of time that is substantially greater than a manual pump action applied to the trigger.
Dispenser
A dispenser for dispensing liquid to pasty masses has a storage space and a dispenser head part, wherein a dispensing outlet allocated to the dispensing head part is formed, and the dispenser head part can be turned around a rotational axis (y) from a first position that impedes dispensing actuation into a second position that yields a standby position for dispensing, wherein an actuating part can be moved along a traversing axis (x) for dispensing mass through the dispensing outlet in the second position. In order to indicate an easy to handle dispenser, an outlet part exhibiting the dispensing outlet can be provided, so that the outlet part can be radially moved in relation to the traversing axis (x) while moving the dispenser head part from the first position into the second position and vice versa.
MANUAL PUMP
A manual pump (P) for associating with a fluid reservoir (R), the pump (P) comprising a pump body (B) that defines a slide cylinder (F), and further comprising a pump chamber (C), the pump (P) further comprising an outlet valve (V) and an inlet (E1) so as to take the fluid into the pump chamber (C) from the reservoir (R); the manual pump being characterized in that: the pump chamber (C) does not have an inlet valve; and one fraction of the dose of fluid stored in the pump chamber (C) is discharged through the outlet valve (V) towards the dispenser orifice (O), and the other fraction of the dose of fluid stored in the pump chamber (C) is discharged into the reservoir (R) through the inlet (E1).
Pump for dispensing a fluid
A pump for dispensing a fluid, has a pump head, a piston body with a piston, a pump chamber limited by a pump chamber body, an inlet valve and an outlet valve, the piston being moveable by respective movement of the pump head between an upper starting position and a lower end position. A return stroke force for a return stroke from the lower end position into the upper starting position is provided by a bellows, formed by two bellows arranged one above the other, Each of the bellows is folded up, when moving the pump head into the lower end position, by exerting a compression force on the pump head, the first bellows receiving the compression force by direct engagement with the pump head, the second bellows receiving the compression force only by engagement with the first bellows.
High-pressure pre-compression pump
Pump for dispensing a fluid product, having a piston having a pump chamber and an inlet and outlet valve. The outlet valve has an outlet valve element that slides inside the pump chamber. The pump chamber has a passage so that, at the end of actuation, the outlet valve element collaborates non-sealingly with the passage to open the outlet valve to expel product. The inlet valve has an inlet valve element sliding in a sleeve containing a spring pressing against the inlet valve element and against an end wall of the sleeve. The outlet valve element is formed by a component inserted with the ability to move into the piston, with the interposition of a second spring, the force exerted by the second spring is greater than the force exerted by the spring in the rest position, and less than the force exerted by the spring in the actuated position.
DISPENSER WITH ONE-WAY VALVE FOR STORING AND DISPENSING SUBSTANCES
A dispenser has a body with a storage chamber for storing product. A one-way valve of the dispenser includes a valve seat and flexible valve cover seated on the valve seat and defining a normally-closed seam therebetween forming a fluid-tight seal between the valve cover and valve seat. The flexible valve cover is movable relative to the valve seat to allow the passage of substance through the seam and out of the dispenser.
TRIGGER-TYPE PUMP DISPENSER
A trigger-type pump dispenser includes a housing 11 with a front cylinder part 11A and a rear inverted-L-shaped grip part 11B integrally formed, a nozzle base 12 attached to the housing 11 and having a front nozzle part 11C mounted thereon, a piston structure configured of a hollow-shaped piston 15 and a hollow-shaped piston shaft 16 and sliding inside the cylinder part, a spring 17 which presses the piston structure 14 upward, a trigger 13 positioned above the housing 11, having a front tip rotatably mounted on the housing 11, and having a mid part where a tip of the hollow-shaped piston shaft 16 abuts, and a valve rod 18 disposed at a center part of the cylinder part 11A.
Laterally-actuated dispenser with one-way valve for storing and dispensing substances
A dispenser has a body with a variable-volume storage chamber for storing product. A compression chamber is in fluid communication with the storage chamber for receiving substance therefrom. A one-way valve of the dispenser includes valve seat and flexible valve cover seated on the valve seat and defining a normally-closed seam therebetween forming a fluid-tight seal between the valve cover and valve seat. The flexible valve cover is movable relative to the valve seat to allow the passage of substance through the seam and out of the dispenser. A manually-engageable actuator connected to the dispensing portion is movable between first and second positions to dispense substance within the compression chamber out of the dispenser.
Method for dispensing ophthalmic fluid
An ophthalmic dispenser and method of filling and dispensing fluid stored therein. The dispenser includes a rigid housing defining a fluid-receiving chamber, a flexible bladder receivable within the fluid-receiving chamber, a pump coupled in fluid communication with the fluid-receiving chamber, and a nozzle having a valve defining an annular, axially-extending valve seat, an outlet aperture coupled in fluid communication between the valve seat and the pump, and a flexible valve cover extending about the valve seat and forming an annular, axially-extending interface therebetween. The valve interface is connectable in fluid communication with the outlet aperture, and at least part of the valve cover is movable between (i) a normally closed position with the valve cover engaging the valve seat to close the interface and form a fluid-tight seal therebetween, and (ii) an open position with at least part of the valve cover spaced away from the valve seat in response to pumped fluid flowing through the outlet aperture at a pressure greater than a valve opening pressure to allow the passage of pressurized fluid therebetween. The rigid housing is mountable within a cartridge which, in turn, is mountable within a dispenser housing including an eyelid depressor and a trigger for simultaneously actuating the eyelid depressor and pump.
Pump for dispensing a fluid
A pump for dispensing a fluid, has a pump head, a piston with a piston body, a pump chamber provided by a pump chamber part, an inlet valve and an outlet valve. The piston body is moveable relative to the pump chamber. The outlet valve is a valve body cooperating with a sealing rim formed by an opening in an outlet channel of the pump head. The piston body has a sealing lip for with an inner surface of the pump chamber body.
