Pumping device for a fluid container

A novel pumping device (1) with an actuator (4) and a head part (5) for dispensing a fluid from a container (2) is described. The actuator (4) comprises an outlet conduit (37) and a first cylindrical member (18) and the head part (5) comprises a second cylindrical member (20) which is arranged coaxially to the first cylindrical member. A folded membrane member (22) with an inlet valve (24) and an outlet valve (25) is provided between the first (18) and second (20) cylindrical members, such that the first (18) and second (20) cylindrical members and the folded membrane member (22) provide a variable pump chamber (27). The outlet valve (25) is arranged relative to the actuator (4) in such a manner that a suck-back chamber (38) with a variable volume is provided between the outlet valve (25) and the outlet conduit (37), which is simultaneously reduced as the pumping chamber (27) is reduced.

RETRACTABLE NOZZLE FOR DOSING OR DISPENSING HIGH VISCOSITY MATERIALS

A retractable nozzle assembly is configured for dosing or dispensing highly viscous materials. The retractable nozzle assembly may be fitted to a delivery device containing a highly viscous chemical product to be dispensed. The retractable nozzle assembly may be actuated by hand, by mechanical action, or by any electromechanical device such as a dispenser. The retractable nozzle assembly includes a first path through a central bore in which the material moves at relatively slower flow rate and a secondary flow path in which the material moves at a relatively faster flow rate. The difference in flow rates at the outlet of the nozzle between the two flow paths helps to eliminate stringing and tailing of the high viscosity chemical product during dispensation.

It is a monolithic integrated circuit comprising an array of configurable computing elements, an array of configurable logic elements and an array of configurable interconnects. Each configurable computing element comprises at least a 3D-W array, which stores at least a portion of a look-up table (LUT) for a math function.

Intermittent coating of moving surfaces

A device that intermittently coats a moving surface with a paste containing electrochemically active particles including a nozzle having a slot-shaped delivery opening, a paste reservoir from which paste being supplied to the delivery opening via a transport channel, a rotary valve having a rotatably mounted control axle that enables the paste supply to the delivery opening in a first switching position and, in a second switching position, blocks the transport channel and disconnects a section of the transport channel extending as far as the delivery opening from the paste supply, and a reduced pressure source in communicating connection with the rotatably mounted control axle via a reduced pressure channel, wherein the rotatably mounted control axle comprises a passage via which the paste reservoir is in communicating connection with the delivery opening in the first switching position and via which the delivery opening is in communicating connection with the reduced pressure source in the second switching position.

Pump for dispensing a fluid product, having a piston having a pump chamber and an inlet and outlet valve. The outlet valve has an outlet valve element that slides inside the pump chamber. The pump chamber has a passage so that, at the end of actuation, the outlet valve element collaborates non-sealingly with the passage to open the outlet valve to expel product. The inlet valve has an inlet valve element sliding in a sleeve containing a spring pressing against the inlet valve element and against an end wall of the sleeve. The outlet valve element is formed by a component inserted with the ability to move into the piston, with the interposition of a second spring, the force exerted by the second spring is greater than the force exerted by the spring in the rest position, and less than the force exerted by the spring in the actuated position.

Spin dispenser module substrate surface protection system

A spin dispenser module and methods for using the same is disclosed. The spin dispenser module includes a cup having a basin with sidewalls and an exhaust, a rotatable platform situated inside the cup adapted for holding and rotating a substrate, a liquid dispenser disposed over the rotatable platform for dispensing a liquid coating material on top of the substrate, one or more ejector inlets disposed over the rotatable platform, the one or more ejectors connected to a negative pressure source, and a motor coupled to the rotatable platform to rate the rotatable platform at different rotational speeds. The one or more ejector inlets may be translatable and/or rotatable with optionally adjustable suction pressure. The ejector inlets operate after a liquid coating material is dispensed to avoid deposition of suspended organic compounds after a coating is formed.

A suck-back valve selectively actuatable for dispensing liquid in its open condition from an associated liquid storage container, and for avoiding continued presence of excess dispensed liquid about the exit orifice in the closed condition of the valve, is formed at least in part of a spring member and a pin. The spring member includes a distal web that defines a valve seat and a dispensed liquid exit orifice, a proximal web, and a plurality of flexibly elastic bands helically connecting the distal and proximal webs. The pin includes an elongated shaft having a proximal end secured to the proximal web and carrying a substantially hollow frustoconical cone at its distal end. The cone has an outer valving surface for releasable abutment with the valve seat and the shaft has a bore of predetermined cross-sectional extent defined longitudinally along and within the shaft to create a continuous fluid passageway through and along the pin. Dispensed liquid remaining proximate the exit orifice is sucked back into the liquid container through the shaft bore as the valve returns from its open to its closed condition under the return urgency of the elastic bands.
