Provided is a container processing system capable of improving a speed of processing containers with a simple configuration and providing a compact production line. The container processing system (10) includes a container conveyer (20) having a container conveying path (21a) that conveys containers (C) arranged in a row and a container processor (40) that performs processing on the containers (C) in a container processing area (A2) set lateral to a container transfer area (A1) set in a segment of the container conveying path (21a). The container conveyer (40) includes a container carrier (21) conveying the containers (C) arranged in the row along the container conveying path (21a) and a container transferrer (22) moving a container row including the plurality of containers (C) arranged in the row in the container transfer area (A1) toward the container processing area (A2).

CONTAINER PROCESSING SYSTEM

Provided is a container processing system that inhibits, a processing liquid that is used to process containers from being attached to peripheral equipment. A container processing system (10) includes a chamber (30) having in an inside thereof a gas flow control chamber (35) and a container processor (40) including container treaters (51) and (61) that perform processing on containers (C). The chamber (30) has container processing openings (36) and (37) making the gas flow control chamber (35) and an outside of the chamber (30) communicate with each other. The container treaters (51) and (61) are configured to perform, from inside the gas flow control chamber (35), processing on the containers (C), which are inserted into the chamber (30) through the container processing openings (36) and (37), or on the containers (C), which is opposed to the container processing openings (36) and (37), outside the chamber (30).

The atomizer is configured to generate droplets from the medication. The medication delivery component includes a delivery channel extending from the atomizer to an outlet opening. The medication delivery component is configured to receive the medication in the delivery channel from the atomizer and dispense the medication via the opening. The pressure sensor is configured to detect a pressure corresponding to a flow rate of air in the delivery channel and output an indication of the detected pressure.

The system includes a paint nozzle operable to spray paint upon a work piece, a paint supply tube system including a plurality of paint supply tubes operable to supply a flow of paint to the paint nozzle, a vacuum system connected to the paint supply tube system and operable to remove air pockets from the paint supply tube system, a pressure sensor connected to the vacuum system, and a computerized robot control module. The computerized robot control module is programmed to monitor data from the pressure sensor, compare the data to a threshold pressure value, and generate a maintenance warning indicating degraded vacuum system operation based upon the comparing.
