The controller is wired or wirelessly coupled to the tank and the spray bar to control at least one of a temperature, pressure, or delivery rate of the emulsion fluid through the nozzles.

The quantity remaining is compared with the required amount, which is the product of the number of weeks in the service interval and the calculated frequency. Thus, when the quantity remaining is less that the required amount, a warning will be provided to indicate that the dispensing product should be replaced, as it will be empty before the next service interval.

A low flow rate indicates of a fluid flow clog or plug within the nozzle or conduit. The flow rate or temperature results among the different nozzles are compared to detect which nozzles are partially or entirely clogged or otherwise anomalous. In various embodiments, the thermistor electronics are integrated in each individual nozzle. In some embodiments, upon detection of a potential clog, the electronics create an alert and respond to the clogged condition.

The turbine air for fanning or the fanning turbine is directed at the paint after it issues through a paint discharge port disposed centrally of the gun. The utilization of turbine air for both atomizing and fanning provides a paint spray gun which operates between psi up to about 10 psi.

DRAIN CLEARING AIR GUN

A drain clearing air gun includes a housing defining a main body, a handle positioned on a first end of the main body, and a nose positioned on a second end of the main body. A tank is at least partially positioned within the housing and includes a chamber for receiving pressurized air. A motor is positioned within a main body of the housing, and a pump is positioned within the main body of the housing and operatively coupled to the motor. The pump is driven by the motor to pump air into the tank. A pressure gauge is supported by the housing and includes an automatic shutoff feature. The pressure gauge is in fluid communication with the tank. When a predetermined pressure within the tank is reached the automatic shutoff feature is activated to stop the motor.
