A computing system is configured to receive an input indicative of initiation of a purging operation and, upon receipt of the input, control an operation of a main valve to allow the air to flow through a main fluid conduit. Furthermore, the computing system is configured to monitor the air pressure associated with the purge tank and control the operation of the first and second valves during the purging operation based on the monitored air pressure.
AGRICULTURAL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PREVENTING ROLL-BACK OF AN AGRICULTURAL VEHICLE ON A SLOPED SURFACE
An agricultural method for preventing roll-back of an agricultural vehicle may include receiving a roll-back prevention input from a speed setting device indicative of a command to increase the transmission speed of the hydrostatic transmission while a service brake of the agricultural vehicle is engaged. Further, the method may include adjusting a speed mapping for the speed setting device from a predetermined speed mapping to a roll-back speed mapping in response to the roll-back prevention input, with the roll-back speed mapping being associated with a reduced speed range. Additionally, the method may include determining a transmission control command associated with a current position of the speed setting device based on the roll-back speed mapping and controlling an operation of the hydrostatic transmission to adjust the transmission speed based at least in part on the transmission control command.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PRODUCT SYSTEM OF AN AGRICULTURAL APPLICATOR
A product system for an agricultural sprayer includes a product tank configured to store a volume of an agricultural product. A fill station is configured to accept the agricultural product from an off-board source. A flow assembly is fluidly coupled with the fill station and is configured to direct the agricultural product into a product tank from the conduit. A reclaim system is configured to provide the agricultural product within the flow assembly to the product tank. A computing system is communicatively coupled to the reclaim system. The computing system is configured to receive inputs indicative of activation of a fill mode, detect termination of the fill mode, and activate a reclaim mode to move the agricultural product from at least the conduit to the product tank through activation of the reclaim system.
ROUTING SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR AN AGRICULTURAL APPLICATOR
A routing system for an agricultural sprayer includes a support configured to operably couple with the sprayer. An adaptor is configured to transfer a flow therethrough. The adaptor is at least partially positioned within an envelope defined between a wheel assembly and laterally offset components of the sprayer. A conduit has a first section operably coupled with a first portion of the adaptor and a second section operably coupled with an opposing second portion of the adaptor. The first section and the second section of the conduit are configured to transfer the flow therethrough such that the flow is serially transferred through each of the first section of the conduit, the adaptor, and the second section of the conduit.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING BOOM ASSEMBLY MOVEMENT OF AN AGRICULTURAL SPRAYER
The agricultural sprayer includes a frame and a tank supported on the frame, with the tank configured to store an agricultural fluid. Furthermore, the sprayer includes a boom assembly coupled to the frame and a plurality of nozzles supported on the boom assembly. Additionally, the sprayer includes first and second actuators configured to adjust the position of the boom assembly relative to the frame and an actuator control valve configured to control a flow of fluid to the first and second actuators. Moreover, the sprayer includes a first fluid conduit fluidly coupled between the first actuator and the actuator control valve and a second fluid conduit fluidly coupled between the second actuator and the actuator control valve. In addition, the sprayer includes a stabilization valve configured to selectively occlude the fluid from flowing between the first and second actuators via the first and second fluid conduits.
FOAM GENERATING DEVICE
A foam generating device includes a housing defining an agitation chamber and a conditioning chamber. A cartridge assembly arranged within the agitation chamber defines an agitation flow path of the solution to increase a quantity of a gas in the solution. A conditioning assembly arranged within the conditioning chamber defines a tortuous flow path for the solution including a plurality of cylindrical discs configured to sequentially receive the solution. Each of the discs defines a plurality of radial ribs on a first side and on a second side opposite the first side, the first and second sides separated by a floor, and a disc passage defined in the floor. The conditioning assembly is adjustable in order to selectively define the tortuous flow path with a first quantity of radial ribs and second quantity of radial ribs in order to alter the aeration of the solution along the tortuous path.
CLEANING SYSTEM FOR AN AGRICULTURAL SPRAYER
A cleaning system for an agricultural sprayer may include a sprayer boom, a plurality of nozzle assemblies provided in association with the sprayer boom and configured to dispense an agricultural product during a spraying operation of the agricultural sprayer, a first cleaning fluid tank configured to hold a first cleaning fluid, and a nozzle assembly fluid circuit fluidly coupling the plurality of nozzle assemblies and the first cleaning fluid tank. Moreover, the cleaning system may include a cleaning station supported on the sprayer boom, the cleaning station comprising a first valve.
