An aligning apparatus can align the relative position of the droplet-delivery apparatus and a mold such that the droplets from the droplet-delivery apparatus are caused to land in each of the recessed parts. The droplet-delivery apparatus delivers a plurality of the droplets to each of the recessed parts; and the aligning apparatus aligns the relative position of the droplet-delivery apparatus and the mold such that a second droplet lands in each of the recessed parts on the center part side of a first droplet.
LOCALIZED CAN END REPAIR SPRAY
A repair machine is provided. The repair machine is structured to apply a repair fluid to a plurality of can ends. The repair machine includes a can end down stacker assembly, a can end conveyor assembly, and a spray assembly. The can end down stacker assembly is structured to move individual can ends from a stack to a conveyor assembly. The can end conveyor assembly is structured to transport the can ends over a path, the can end conveyor assembly including a number of reference locations. The can end conveyor assembly is disposed adjacent to the can end down stacker assembly and receives can ends therefrom. The spray assembly is disposed adjacent to the can end conveyor assembly downstream of the can end down stacker assembly. The spray assembly includes a locator assembly, a spray gun assembly, a motion assembly, and a control assembly.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DELIVERING FLUID DROPLETS ONTO AN OPEN AND STATIONARY TRAY
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for delivering droplets of fluids onto an open tray containing poultry, the tray being stationary. According to the invention, the method comprises the following steps: (a) a movable arm is moved over the tray in translation in a first direction, said arm supporting a first set of dispensing nozzles and a second set of dispensing nozzles, said nozzles of each set being arranged to cover the entire dimension of the tray in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; (b) initially, droplets of at least one first fluid are dispensed by spraying using the first set of dispensing nozzles; (c) and then at least one second fluid, distinct from said at least one first fluid to be sprayed, is dispensed by ejecting individual drops by means of the second set of dispensing nozzles.
Autonomous mobile coating applicator
An autonomous and self-mobile apparatus for applying a coating to a surface. The self-positioning apparatus can move into an interior or to an exterior of a structure, and can automatically apply a coating, such as paint, to a surface of the room, or a surface of the exterior of the structure, with little or no human intervention or assistance. The apparatus navigates and applies coatings using its sensors and a computer. In some implementations, the system may also include a storage, recharging, and monitoring unit that interconnects with the apparatus for applying a coating to a surface.
Method and apparatus for painting objects
An apparatus for painting an object, the apparatus having a painting head equipped with a spraying nozzle arranged to deliver a flow of paint on a surface. The apparatus also includes a device for moving the painting head in the space according to at least two degrees of freedom. An identification device is also provided for identifying the three-dimensional shape of the surface. COATING PRODUCTION LINE SYSTEM
A coating production line system for coating work pieces comprises a coating powder, a coating apparatus, an inspection unit to measure the thickness of the applied coating, a conveyor unit to move the work pieces through the system, and a control unit to use thickness requirements and coating parameters to control the coating apparatus based on said coating parameters with a machine learning instance. A database comprises coating powder characteristics parameter as input vector for the machine learning instance for generating an output vector to control the coating apparatus being a first additional part vector. The control unit determines the coating quality based on a comparison between the thickness data acquired from the inspection unit and the retrieved thickness requirement data as second additional part vector. The first and second additional part vectors are fed back as additional parts to the next input vector for the machine learning instance.
Hygiene compliance and monitoring system
A method of hand hygiene compliance enforcement and hand hygiene system comprising at least one dispenser unit that has an interior chamber containing a volume of hand soap or sanitizer and a dispenser nozzle configured to dispense a measured volume of hand soap or sanitizing material upon a triggering event. The dispenser also has a control unit mounted therein, the control unit is in electronic communication with the dispenser nozzle and has at least one identity sensor, at least one alarm indicator and at least one transmitter. The hand hygiene system also has at least one proximity sensor in electronic communication with the control unit. The proximity sensor is located a spaced distance from the at least one dispenser.
ROBOTIC AGRICULTURAL SYSTEM AND METHOD
A robotic orchard spraying system having an autonomous delivery vehicle (ADV), autonomously delivering an amount of a premixed solution over path, the path identified by a forward-looking sensor. The ADV uses GPS to sense an area containing the path, and LiDAR as the forward-looking sensor. Also, a mobile control center, configured to wirelessly inform the autonomous delivery vehicle of the path within the areas and to confirm that the autonomous delivery vehicle is following the path within the area. Additionally, a mapper vehicle generates the path within the area, the mapper vehicle being configured to communicate information about the path and the area to the command center. The mapper vehicle senses the path with a forward-looking LiDAR sensor, and senses the area with a GPS sensor. Moreover, a nurse truck has a reservoir of premixed solution for replenishing a tank of the ADV.
