Modular Paint Spraying System
A paint sprayer array may include an array frame. The array frame may include a first support member. The paint sprayer array may include an array mount. The array mount may include an array support member. The array mount may be detachably mountable to the array frame. The paint sprayer array may include a plurality of sprayers. Each sprayer of the plurality of sprayers may be detachably mountable to the array support member of the array mount and operable to selectively atomize paint. The paint sprayer array may include a sprayer activation assembly. The sprayer activation assembly may be operable to selectively activate at least a portion of the plurality of sprayers. The paint sprayer array may be selectably mountable to an aerial work platform. The aerial work platform may move the paint sprayer array to paint a large work surface.
Material spraying device and a method for controlling the spraying direction of the device
The present invention introduces an operational end module for material spraying or working tool applications. The end module may be fixed in an arm. The end module senses its current location and alignment, together with its nearest distance to an obstacle. The system corrects the direction and location of the end module based on the sensed data and the used application. The device has a user input interface and a screen for parameter representation. The end module direction and location can be controlled by three mutually orthogonally aligned motors connected along the material pipe, where the pipe curves between the motors, together with a variable length arm. A machined screwdriver operation in difficult locations is an example of the invention in the area of working tools.
Adjustable row unit and agricultural vehicle with adjustable row unit
In accordance with one embodiment, a row unit for an agricultural vehicle comprises an upper carriage that is movable or slidable with respect to a generally horizontal beam of the vehicle. The row unit has vertical supports, where each vertical support has an upper end connected to the upper carriage and a lower end opposite the upper end. The row unit further comprises a lower carriage that is connected to the lower end of the vertical supports, such that the upper carriage determines a lateral position of the lower carriage with respect to the beam.
Modular paint spraying system

Application method and application system
Applying a coating medium may include: emission of a coating medium jet from an application device and positioning the application device relative to the component with a particular application distance between the application device and the component, so that the coating medium jet impacts on the component and coats the component. The application distance (d) can be smaller than the disintegration distance of the coating medium jet, so that the coating medium jet impacts with its continuous region on the component.
AUTOMATED WALL FINISHING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A method of generating a building assembly that includes spraying a coating material onto a plurality of pieces of substrate disposed on a first assembly face. The spraying includes spraying the coating material onto the plurality of pieces of substrate via a sprayer configured to apply the coating material to a target surface via a nozzle coupled with a mobile storage container storing the coating material, the coating material impregnating voids of the substrate. The method also includes allowing the coating material impregnating the voids to dry and harden and become rigid to generate the building assembly.
MODULAR SYSTEM FOR WEED CONTROL
The invention relates to a modular system for weed control for a rail vehicle. The modular system has a control module including a control unit and a control module. The control unit is configured to generate a first set of control signals for controlling valves and mixers in an herbicide and mixing module configured to mix an herbicide mixture and to generate a second set of control signals for controlling valves of a nozzle assembly. The herbicide and mixing module has a plurality of containers for receiving different herbicides. The nozzle assembly has a first set of nozzles for spraying herbicides, and the control module, the herbicide and mixing module, and the nozzle assembly can each be individually fixed to a carrier element in a reversible manner.
METHODS, APPARATUSES, AND SYSTEMS FOR SMART DELIVERY OF COATING MATERIAL
Methods, systems and apparatuses are disclosed for controlling the release of a coating material to a substrate surface, with the system and apparatuses emulating an experienced human artisan by sensing condition parameters and substrate parameters and comparing parameters to stored parameter values and value ranges.
ELECTROSPINNING DEVICES AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS THEREOF
A portable, hand-held electrospinning or electrospraying device and system, method, and portions thereof are described. Such device can be for electrospinning or electrospraying a predetermined solution toward a deposit surface. The device can have a durable portion, a semi-durable portion, and a consumable portion. The consumable portion can be received and held by the semi-durable portion, and the semi-durable portion holding the consumable portion can be removably coupled to the durable portion.
PRINTING USING AN EXTERNALLY GENERATED REFERENCE
It is often desirable to apply graphic output to surfaces that are large, irregular, and/or contoured. Application of graphic output on large or complex surfaces may be accomplished by projecting a pattern onto the surface using a projector disposed at a fixed location with respect to the surface. The graphic output is mapped to the projected pattern, by precisely positioning the print head with respect to the projected pattern using a robotic or similar actuated articulated positioning device, graphic output portions may be disposed in each of a plurality of defined locations to form a seamless, large scale graphic output.
